I like getting in and getting out. I like that they use OEM parts too. The staff are top notch as well. Their prices post warranty are way cheaper than the dealerships.

I was very satisfied with the work done on my BMW. Amber was great in keeping me informed on the progress being made throughout the process. So far the car is running like new. I will definitely go back for any repairs on my vehicles.

Met with Skyler, Amber, and several associates/mechanics. I have to say the staff is very friendly and thorough when it comes to your car needs. They did a great job diagnosing the problems on both of our vehicles. Highly recommend them and they are definitely the better alternative to the high dealer costs.

Amanda was professional and courteous and explained everything and sent me the invoice for my approvals. I’m not a new customer as I was a customer before the buyout when it was Euro Car Care. Jim is still around and also doing great things. They always do right by me.

OK... where can I start, If done Business with Goose Auto care before however this time was different. if you live in San Antonio or the surrounding are and reading this, and you have a BMW, Range Rover PLEASE listen to my story. This shop took care of me.....They didn't use big words and shop talk Manager Skyler gave me the full run down on what I was looking at on parts and labor. He made me feel as that my concerns were being heard. Skyler gave me a plan of action, then he left me in the hands of Amber she then covered everything else in detail. the Mechanic JP even came out to shake my hand and said " I got you brother "... While sitting in the waiting area the owner came in Goose himself and we talked for a few mins. To the Costumer's that are looking for a good family owned, Reliable Auto repair shop, I'm sure you can go to the rest of them but GOOSE is the best of them

The best repair shop for foreign cars outside of the dealership repair shops.. They take care of my BMW and Audi. Their customer service is amazing!! Towed the 2021 SQ7 to Goose because the car was driving rough and check engine light came on. They identified the problem and ordered parts. Repaired and was on the road in three days. The shop was very transparent and informative. Skylar was a great help!

Very satisfied overall. Amber was extremely helpful. Took care of all approvals and payments online. They sent a LYFT to pick me up. Everything done and back home with a new alternator and battery within 24 hours. 😍🚘👍🏼

We had a battery replacement done in April of last year and it was failing. I called and they were incredibly accommodating. Once determined that the battery was faulty, they got me a ride home and replaced the battery as a warranty issue. Once completed m, ordered me a ride back and it was all very quick and easy!
