I came in a few months ago for suspension issues and they didn't try to force any extra costs onto me and even gave me multiple pricing tiers and we're honest about issues I may encounter with cheaper options and what I should consider replacing in the near future for best performance. Highly recommend, I keep them in mind for any repairs I can't do myself

I went here to hopefully get the R134a refrigerant removed from my car as I do not have a machine to do so, they were nearby, and I'd seen them many times driving past. The reviews were good too, so I figured I'd see what they could do to help me not pollute the air with refrigerant. The reason is I do most of the work on my own cars, and I had to do the A/C because it was not working. I was just going to replace all of it, but I didn't want to blow the R134a out. So I went in, had a chat with Eddie who took care of me. The refrigerant was removed, and that really quickly. Entire trip was 30 minutes, he fit me in no problem! And when I paid for the service he said to bring it back to put the refrigerant back in as part of the entire deal. That sounded excellent to me, less to do on my end! The weekend spent on the project, and later in the week I got back to the shop... and promise kept, refrigerant in, all done, and only another 30 minutes! A/C is *awesome* now. I know that it's just the A/C refrigerant service, but the fact he got me in and out twice so quick, and the second time he was FULL of cars... Y'all need to go there. Fair price, straight up good service. It's 'just' the refrigerant drain/fill, but still, the way it was handled is why I believe they'd be the shop for you if you're looking for one. Great customer service. Also, thanks so much, the A/C works great! :)

Now that's was truly a smooth process. I had a radiator leak called and asked Eddie if I can bring my car in. Not only did he take my car late on a Thursday but by Friday at 2 I got the call my car was ready. Very honest and super intelligent about cars. Let me know about some things I asked to check on he actually said I didn't need that. How many mechanics jump at a sale . He's definitely got a new family member thank you for excellent work.

I highly recommend Goofys Garage to get all your car repairs done. I just got my car repaired at Goofy's Garage for my oil leak (valve cover gasket, rear main seal, oil pan replacement, and transmission mounts) and they were priced fairly in my opinion. Customer service was exceptional because they accommodated me by physically showing me what was leaking on my car and explained the repairs that needed to be done. So the employees there are very knowledgeable on cars and educated me on car issues, gave me a good price that I was happy with, and even offered payment plans if I couldn't pay it all off at once. When I got my car back after it was repaired, they didn't leave my steering wheel or dashboard with dirty handprints from working on my car like my last mechanic did. I also noticed a difference in how my car runs now because before I repaired my car, there was a 2 second delay between when I hit the gas pedal and the time my car accelerates. Now after the repairs, my car accelerates right when I hit my gas pedal. I am very happy with the job and customer service that goofy's garage has done for me.

Called Goofy's to get a 2nd quote. They were about 1/2 the price (parts & labor) of the 1st quote. Very nice. Explained the "how" and "why" of the repair they did. The 2 guys I spoke with were very nice. I also had a cosmetic repair I wanted done. They ordered the part will I paying for my current repair. I have no complaints. Both gentle men were very pleasant and professional.

Bad attitude and always trying to get over if a customer doesn't ask for a diagnostic test why would you do it and try to force a customer to get more done than what they come for and when they refuse the work you all still charge for the diagnostic, I'm glad I wasn't there with them you wouldn't have gotten a dime. Speaking up for the women you take advantage of and one of those women happens to be my mom.
