A shop that cares! We had problem with the AC on our International and the guys try their best to fix it. They found a replacement part, but it didn't work out, because the dealer have the wrong part number and it didn't fit. The service was great, honest and attentive. We also had a tire rotation on the trailer, and was a prompt service. Thank you to the staff, we appreciate your hard work and the great service you've provided!

GREAT service! These gentlemen put a good tire on, and got me going within minutes! I was headed to a family funeral when my tire went. After the man across the road was rude and cussed me out, these guys at GOODYEAR, replaced my tire, and got me back on the road. Definitely FIVE stars!

We needed a tire replaced on our toy hauler. We were able to drive into the service bay and have the tire replaced in less than an hour without unhitching. I think the price was a bit high, but I would trade that off against the convenience of drive-thru and not unhitching.

100% don't recommend this shop to get your trucks worked on or be employed by them. Extremely unprofessional company in general and this shop specifically. The management leaves much to be desired. Spend your hard earned money or your hard earned work ethic on a company that will be loyal to you. I'd leave half a star if I could.

Moral is at all time low, negative group went for steer tires now my truck pulls to the left, there fast but the negativity makes u uncomfortable with the service.

Very unfriendly staff today, 5/6/2020.(Especially the guy that actually completed the oil change) I waited from 1545 to 1715 for an oil change. Only 2 guys here, and had to wait for a truck in front of me, no problem. But then they give me attitude because they are supposed to close at 1730. The tech broke the tee for the tire inflation system, and then said that someone before him had tried to glue it back on. Not true, never had any problems and no air loss. I am certain he was in a hurry and made a mistake but did not want to admit it.Took photos and could not find evidence of glue. Wow GoodYear, you all need to check yourself. I was the only truck that even came to this shop after 1600. I spent $600 here today. I almost went across the street. And, maybe I should have.

CSR at front counter was not as polite, and very vocal and negative about company and it's policy and procedures. The tech just took his sweet time, over filled the truck with oil and then took a while to get back to work and fix it properly. If I had another option to go with on getting my trucks oil changed I'd have gone somewhere else. I don't think I will be back to this location unless some changes are made.

They do not do the work that they advertise, they get an attitude when you tell them their mistakes, when you come back for them to fix their mistakes they accuse you of trying to get a discount. Sad to say that it is hard to find good service anymore

Wonderful group of guys. They got us right in. Did everything we needed. Honest and fast. Did a great job on our KW and even let our dog, Daisy Mae run around the shop until it was safe to get back in the truck. Thank you for great service guys.

I had a pm service done Friday 12/7/18. Took over 3 hours to get in. They did give me a discount on the oil change because of the time but the Tec forgot to put the cap back on the oil spout when i checked it the next day boy what a mess oil everywhere

Pulled in the OKC branch off Morgan Rd with major brake issues on the trailer and tractor headlights, these guys were all over it and found the brake problem quickly and all the other issues I had. All staff super friendly and professional.
