Trucker dont go there that worst place i’never seen my appointment was at 8am it was 12pm still there loose my next load to pickup at 11am loose time and money don’t go there don’t go there .

Driver don’t come here with a side skirt trailer if you do come then you will see me what I have been through to make my delivery and good luck. 3 stars the staff are helpful.

I called around yesterday morning with a hard challenge of getting a contraption from both my front tires. Jeff was pleasant, educated me about what tires he recommended and the reason behind it. Even though he and his crew had a jam packed day on his schedule, he gave me a reasonable price and even though it took a lot longer than expected, he stayed with his original quote! I run a non-profit organization, and even though I could save a bunch of money by purchasing tires from the state we're registered in ,due to our non-profit status, I would go to Jeff in the future!!!

I stoped to replace the tire on the trailer. Gave my brand new spere tire / their labor only. Worker didn't let me stay close, so I can see his job ( he worked outsede). Overtight nuts with air gun, then used tork range. This is inproper use. air valve uneven / close to each other. Asked for tips., asked to avoid paper work. Did not install air cap., inproper psi. Do not recomended.

I have never in all my years driving had to pay $1000.00 for one tire to be installed. We called road service out to the rest area in St Augustine 62 miles from there shop and it was put in at 6 PM. I understand its after hours but that's a disgrace. I would never call them or use them again after speaking with the store manager and him thinking nothing of it. Think twice before calling them out to the side of the road. It's all the other fees that add up and get you.

For our fellow truck drivers, if making a delivery/ pick up at this place then be ready to deal with hell because this place is extremely tight. Only straight truck can be with ease doing back up but when It comes to a driving with sleeper and a 53' trailer, good luck to you. But the warehouse staff are nice.
