Great store and employees. Store primarily handles commercial fleets, local book accounts and national account type business. Not a retail store so be aware of this. Handled all of my questions and concerns quickly and professionally. A+++

ABSOLUTELY the worst place to do any kind of business! If I could use negative stars I would. I spoke with Ashley & that I needed a 16" trailer tire replaced on my 43' trailer & was given a price of $900! I called back after remembering I had a spare but no wheel & was told that they wouldn't do it unless I has an account with them! GOODYEAR! Good Ole boy system at its best!

$700 for an 11R22.5 trailer tire ???? Wow. I do believe in the free market but don't tell me you can't tell me the price until it's installed because of "sales tax". This is price gouging at its finest. Don't be desparate. Look around. There are cheaper places six miles south.

Bunch of bafoons, they wanted to send the high pressure coolant line back to the dealer and I had to show them that it was the right one. Then they sent the right coolant tank line back and replaced the wrong one. Skyler and Clarence are both liars. They promise you a ride to save you from taking an uber, then neither one would text or call back.

I was in a bind and needed some Good Year Endurance tires (255/85/R16) for my RV. Fortunately, these guys had them in stock! They even checked my truck tires while I was there and hooked me up with a major discount to get them replaced. Really nice guys and great service. Thanks again!

We had put our bikes in the bed of our F350 dually and were planning to spend the day at Martha Berry College. At the Carbondale Rd exit we had a blow out--one of the rear tires just peeled apart! We turned left off the exit and pulled into a Pilot gas station/truck stop. We looked up the closest Firestone--17 minutes away. We had no idea how we'd get that far! But, we noticed a Goodyear Commercial Trucking/Tire Center. I called, and they kindly said they'd help us. They were PHENOMENAL!!! The guys were a little rough around the edges, but they were all polite and very kind. When the tire came apart, it bent the muffler, broke the bracket the holds the bed and did other damage. The guys got out a torch, heated up the muffler and opened it up; they reconnected the broken bracket; and because they were so great we asked them to replace all 4 dually tires, not just the blown one. The charges were VERY reasonable. I truly cannot say enough about how very kind, helpful, and knowledgeable these guys were. If you're doing any kind of commercial trucking and need tires or a reliable mechanic-- this is the place-- they do roadside, too!

SLOW.......Sat here for 4 hrs after being told it's going to take less than 2. All just to get air lines replaced and 2 tires on the trailer. Need some motivation around this place

Very slow. Had 1 truck that just pulled in bay 3 when I got there for pm oil change. Got there at 330pm, got out at 745pm. Just there to get oil changed. On top of that, my truck was almost a gallon low of oil when I got out there and cranked it up. Had to get "technician" to add a gallon. Would not recommend this location to anyone.

I had an ultimate PM done, and found out that my drain plug was a vacuum seal. The tech that drained my oil messed up the plug, and I noticed an oil leak the next morning. I picked up a factory drain plug, took it back into this Goodyear location, and they swapped out the drain plugs and topped off my oil at no charge for their Tech's mistake. As near as I can tell, they stand behind their work, which is rare.
