These are truly good people at this shop. I can't say that about every Goodyear shop but this ONE LOCATION IN SLIDELL OFF FREMEAUX is prideful and on top of business. They are superior at their customer service and customer care. They are professional with your time. I've never had to take a vehicle I own back for the same issue because it was misdiagnosed and spent money I shouldn't have. They are a busy shop and mechanics move quickly and precise. The guys up front are top tier at customer service. There's not many places i recommend taking a vehicle that has issues to but if you want it done RIGHT AND DONE THE FRIST TIME PROPERLY. THIS PLACE IS IT!

I brought my jeep in on 11/22 for an oil change. This was the second time I brought my jeep in to this location. The first time they had to guide the technician in to make sure they didn’t damage the rims. The second time they did not. As I was going to my vehicle I notice something on my rim. When I got closer I noticed it was scratched. I immediately walked around the jeep and noticed the second rim scratched. Went in the office told the manager about the scratches and he walked outside to look. As soon as we got to the jeep a technician walked outside and said oh they were already on there and kept saying I knew they were going to blame it on Goodyear. The manager then went back inside for a few mins then came back out with a paper that was not filled out with any of my jeep information and just writing on the bottom page saying there was scratches on the rims. And they added air in the tires. When I went back into the store so I could get a copy of the paperwork the manager said let’s meet in the middle and we can repair the rims. I know a place in Metairie. I told him absolutely not y’all need to replace them as they r very expensive and was not damaged when I brought my vehicle in. I caught the manager in multiple lies. First lie he said they don’t do incident reports. We called corporate and a report was filed. Second lie he said when the technician told him about the scratches he told the manager. But the manager didn’t know anything about it when I told him. Third the property damage department said they did t do anything to the tire. They filled them up with air. So of course they arnt going to admit to damaging the tire. This place does bad business and they are liars.

I brought my vehicle in to get an oil change on 11/22/2024. I was told it would be a while and asked if I could leave it, I reluctantly did. When picking my vehicle up from being serviced I noticed both of my front wheels were damaged. Upon noticing the damage management was questioned about what happened. They tried to tell me the damage was already there when I dropped the vehicle off for service, it wasn’t damaged before. I asked management how were they going to make this right? AUSTIN offered to repair the wheels. I told him they were too expensive and just purchased I wanted them replaced. He informed me that wasn’t an option. I contacted corporate about the damage caused to my vehicle. They did a sorry excuse of an investigation and told me they weren’t at fault and refused to repair or replace my new wheels. I will never do business with this location again as its employees lack honesty and integrity. I wouldn’t recommend anyone doing business with this location. #TRASH #NOINTEGRITY #Honesty #Liars #Blurcollarcustomer #HardEarnedMoney

I brought my wife’s vehicle in to have her tires rotated today. I was helped by Mr. Craig Stewart. He is an intelligent, cheerful, friendly and competent person. I cannot say enough good things about him. He answered all my questions and had the job done in record time. He also made sure that my wife’s brakes were inspected and gave me a copy of the records for me to keep. He is an asset to Goodyear and is certainly management material. I ran my own business for over 50 years and I know competence when I see it.

I just wanted to say how happy I am with the great service I got today… let me just say Mr. Craig Stewart the assistant is the absolute best!! He was so good the way he handled my stress with dealing with my SUV! I can’t thank Good year enough and the great customer service that I have received today!! In the past I have use them and will definitely be coming back for all my car needs!! I am very thankful and couldn’t be happier for what they did for me today!! Popped in to see if I could throw Goodyear a few bucks to air up the tires in my parents' car, which were all quite low on pressure. Joy was in the office and said she'd be happy to put some air in the tires at no charge. I offered to pay, but she wouldn't hear of it. While she aired them up, she gave them a quick little inspection and made some helpful observations and passed along some recommendations given what I told her about their driving frequency and income. Very friendly and professional, never mind super helpful. Joy rocks! Edit 6/25/24 Stopped by for the same purpose and Trey took care of me for the same low tire pressure issue. Great staff at this location.

BEWARE SCAM! Took my vehicle in and asked them to do three things. After having my vehicle for two days, they didn't do anything I asked olbut did try and tell me other issues that were wrong with the vehicle. They also managed to give me my vehicle back in worse condition than when I dropped it off. When I went to start my vehicle it didn't want to start, which had not been an issue. The engine light is now on and come to find out now has four codes, that were not present when dropping off. As I'm driving down the street, the vehicle is not acting right. As I get on the highway, the steering wheel is shaking and the vehicle is pulling hard to the right, again it was not doing any of this when I dropped it off. I stopped at a gas station and noticed the two front tires are heavy worn. The vehicle just had four new tires put on. I contacted the store manager to inform him someone had swapped out two of my new tires and that the vehicle was in worse condition than when I dropped it off. Unfortunately, he didn't care.

I brought my car in for a tire allignment and paid over $100 noticed my vehicle was still pulling to the right so I brought it back in. I guess the guy that did the allignments was pissed because he had to actually go to work when he got to work that morning because he had the most disgusting attitude when finished and was coming back in he started saying there was nothing wrong with my car and how about keeping my hands on the steering wheel and maybe it wont pull to the guy at the front desk. He didnt realize i was in the lobby and the owner of the vehicle. The desk guy who was super sweet through my entire transaction showed me there was indeed corrections made and apologized for his ignorance, but That was my first and last visit. Maybe if he would've gotten the job done right the first time I wouldn't have had to go back a second and him have to work

Professional, kind and experienced. Brody and Craig went above and beyond for us during our experience. We had payment issues and even though it was a stressful and embarrassing situation, they were kind, helpful and reserved any judgement. I would 100% go back and use this specific location just for them. I cannot sing their praises enough.

The Goodyear at Fremaux Town Center is my go to place for tires, maintenance and repairs. They are friendly, reliable and provide great service. I had a punctured tire and needed it replaced, along with a check engine light on. The KIA dealership wanted over $300 just to diagnose the problem. The Goodyear crew diagnosed the code for a fraction of the cost. I highly recommend their services. 10/10

We were on our way from Texas to Florida and had tire issues. Vincent and Kyle stayed after they closed to repair two tires. They were so nice and SAVED our vacation! BEST SERVICE EVER!
