Goodyear Tire Company I had a problem with my 2024 Chevy Silverado tires that caused a shake on the front end. Being a new truck with new tires I called Goodyear customer service and was told to go to a Goodyear company shop (3481 Cattlemen Road, Sarasota, Fl.). When I got to the shop the manager (Tim Burks) spoke to me about the problem and said “no problem we will balance them”. Well that did not work , so I returned to the shop and again spoke to Tim. He said let’s try to rebalance them. Again no good. I went back and Tim was not there and the worker said he would tell Tim I was back.Tim call me the next morning and asked if I could come by, that they were going to change all 4 tires out with new ones. This was due to the fact that the problem was still happening. In all of this I was amazed at the service that I had gotten from the shop. As I sat there the couple times I was there I saw others come in and the treatment that they got also amazed me. This kind of service is nowhere to be found today. THANK Goodyear, Tim Burks and his team at 3481 Cattle Road , you made me a believer.

I started coming here last April because of Carmax and now I just go here for anything my car needs. The service here is wonderful and the staff is what makes me come to this location. They are nice, patient, and have fun personalities. They keep it real and honest too!

Came in with a nail in my tire. Paul was super helpful and research that I had warranty on it. They replaced the tire in about 20 minutes and had me out the door with no issues. I’ve been here before and I keep coming back because of their great service.

Scheduled an oil change online. When I arrived with the car, I was told that they don't follow the schedule, and they wouldn't be able to the oil change. What's the point of having a scheduling system if you don't honor appointments?

First time here and I will be back! I just showed up because I had a nail in my tire and they happened to be close by. Tim was very helpful he explained that they were full for the day, but said he would try to work my truck in by the end of the day(6:30). I was able to leave it for the day and by 4:30 it was ready to be picked up. I’m very grateful for the ease of the drop off and pick up. My tire seems to be good to go. I drove it a few miles and it’s holding air. Thanks Tim and the staff that I don’t know by name. You are much appreciated!

Never had anything but a perfect experience here. Staff is super friendly and every time I've been there, the job has gotten done earlier than expected, and has been done correctly. Happy to have this nearby my home. No reason to go anywhere else.

Best store Kevin and Paul took good care. Kevin caught a safety issue on my sanata.. The tires had dry rot. 4new tires save this veteran life.

We had the best experience when replacing 4 tires on our 2019 Jeep. It was the day after the hurricane and Paul was so gracious and kind to work us in to get the tires replaced. He was calm despite the devastation that surrounded so many people in Sarasota. I would highly recommend Goodyear on Cattlemen as they are efficient and professional.

My wife brought our jeep in for 2 new tires, alignment, rotation and oil change: 1. The staff destroyed our locking lugs by using an impact driver on the key, then blamed the key telling my wife "oh yeah, these get destroyed over time" No they do not when you follow the warning right on the package that says Do Not Use Impact Driver. 2. In their panic of ruining the key, they opened up the back and attempted to access our tire iron (I assume they couldn't figure it out and gave up), then left the spare tire unsecured, jack rattling around and didn't put the floor mats back in place. 3. Since they destroyed the locking key, they couldn't get the lock lugs off of the driver's side tires. 4. THEN and this is why you should NEVER get work done here: they left ALL the rear drivers side tire lugs only FINGER TIGHT!!!!! On the way home one worked loose and was lost along the road. LUCKILY their incompetence left the locking lug in place which was the only thing holding the tire on. Inexcusable! So much so when the manager offered a discount and replacement of lost lugs We Went to the Jeep dealership and paid full price to fix the damage they caused and get the work done correctly. NEVER EVER get work done at this shop. I don't know how they could mess up such a basic job SO horribly.

Showed up with a deflated tired. They checked it out, turns out there was a screw. Originally wanted to charge me 45 for a patch, but when I said I’d go somewhere else the manager said to just patch the tire free of charge. Thank you would come back for service anytime.

This was my fourth visit to this location. Each time Tim and the team went above and beyond to take care of me. Very knowledgeable, fair price and great customer service. Waiting area was clean, comfortable and offered coffee and bottled water. Also charging stations for your phone or laptops. Highly recommended.

This shop always knows what to do for my car and I've had a decent amount of work done through them. 2 oil changes, 4 tires, rotate, balance, and alignment. They go above and beyond Everytime as well to ensure me of any updates that they come across while fixing my vehicle. I love this shop and they take great care of those who take care of their car!

At the end of a long day at work a flat tire is discouraging but I called the Goodyear store and the manager Tim B helped me . His crew had the tire patched quickly and professionally and I was on my way home. Thank you Tim !

Fantastic, quick service. We are from Ohio and had a flat on I-75. We put our spare on and called Goodyear to see how long we would have to wait. Their tremendous team had us on the road, back to Ohio within a hour. They are first class business!

Update 05APR24: just got back from picking my Tacoma up from Goodyear. And had a great experience. Didn’t get the tire rotation this time, but that was due to them calling me and letting me know I should wait and informing me as to why. Also, they were running a coupon I wasn’t aware of and gave me the discount. Changing my rating to 5 stars. Thanks guys. ********** Normally do my own oil and tire rotation but was on a crunch for time so I came in to have my oil changed and tires rotated. When I got back to pick it up I asked if my tires had been rotated, but was told that they “didn’t need it”, even though I had specifically requested it. I was quite angry at the moment, and likely won’t use them again. But I will say that they got around to rotating my tires fairly quickly and they knocked $10 off my bills for the inconvenience. I was pleased that they did what they could to make it right, but upset that what I had asked for in the first place wasn’t done. But as the saying goes, if you want it done right you should have done it yourself in the first place.

Always the best customer service at this location. I have been twice this month to get a new tire after running over a screw. They have been so quick and efficient each time & it is the only place I’ll go for tires! The road hazard insurance they have for tires has been the best.

On the way to work Friday I noticed my car’s breaks were not working well. This car hadn’t been driven much in the last few years due to extenuating circumstances. I called Goodyear and the gentleman told me he’d fit me in no problem. The work was more involved than expected, but he made sure to have it done by the time I was off work. When I picked it up I was treated with respect and watched the two gentleman employees treat two elderly customers the same way while I checking out. I was impressed and will use them again!

Been going to this Goodyear shop for four years, never had a bad experience before this year. This time they tried to tell me I needed 4 new tires, fact is that front tires are only a year old with 3200 miles on them and 8/32 tread (Paul claimed they measured 5/32). They lost a customer, won't be coming back.

Needed one tire as mine was damaged and not repairable. No one had one to match my other 3 new 2 month old tires. Goodyear rescued us and mounted it. They saved the day.
