Car had a vibration at 75 mph . Figured it was a bad tire and alignment . Goodyear said it was TWO front wheelbearings and quoted me $1700 for the work. I wanted a second opinion they charged me $100 for the diagnosis to get my car back . Took to an independent tire shop the issue was diagnosed as a bent rim cost of repair was $40 car drives perfect now . I’ll never go here again

Fui a dejar mi carro, para cambiar los reumáticos, y me lo entregaron sin una tuerca, 🥲🥹 tenia que comprar una nueva tuerca 🔩 porque ya lo habían perdido. Recomiendo. chequear los neumáticos o tuerca antes de pagar. 😉😉

Took my car in to have a tire replaced. Showed up the next morning to get my car (which they parked alone in the back while all other cars were in front) and immediately noticed this damage on the front end. Assuming it’s from lowering it down onto something but not sure. I brought it to the attention of the shop manager and he was a bit nonchalant. He said he filed a claim and Goodyear would contact me. It’s been 8 months and I still have not heard back from the shop manager or Goodyear in any capacity. Do not recommend trusting them with your vehicle, even for a simple tire change.

Corey and Richard were able to match the internet price on my tires, efficient install,added alignment and I requested they check front brake wear. Walked out with no “up charges”, hard to find that in most places lately. They have a satisfied customer and they’ll get my repeat business.

I was SO pleased by the service at this Goodyear on Lemon and 4th! It is a clean, well-organized shop where the staff are very friendly, as well as knowledgeable. I was especially impressed by the Asst. Manager, Corey Nicholas; he was so helpful! I plan to make this garage my “go-to” place, and will recommend it to all my friends.

After two separate events where this shop patched a tire and insisted on doing so for free (I tipped the tech each time), I finally was able to purchase new tires and have my front brakes, pads and rotors, replaced here. The help selecting a tire was very informative, and I ended up with a tire much better than stock and for less money. A RAM 1500 is not a cheap vehicle to "reshoe", but Corey and Rich made it painless and more reasonable on my wallet, even helping me with a $175 rebate. I cannot recommend this shop enough.

Gregg and Shawn were fantastic! I brought my 2017 Ford Explorer in for a whole list of things that needed to be done. Gregg was super friendly and quick to get everything ordered and to assure me that they will ONLY do what was absolutely necessary. They were honest and fairly priced. How many shops can you say that about? I will definitely go back when my next oil change is due.

This is the only place I would buy or have tires repaired!! I had a nail in the rear left tire. The folks here, gave us an appointment the day we called, plugged the tire and DIDN'T charge us!! A very professional and friendly place!!

I have been in to this shop several times over the past few years. We put news tires on one car, trouble shot issues on my daughter’s car and installed new brake pads and rotors for my wife’s car. I have been very happy with the quality of service and the people working there are really what keeps me coming back. In particular Richard is one of the nicest people I have ever met. My daughter drove by on her way to school and Richard recognized the car and saw she had a tail light out. He called me and I had her swing by and he fixed it so quickly. I don’t know how long it may have gone unnoticed if Richard hadn’t seen it and known the car. The people there are the best!

Richard at Goodyear is amazing !!! He and his team truly care. They ordered a tire for me overnight and installed it the next day. On another occasion. I had a nail in my tire and fixed it the same day. They’re wonderful and will continue to come back to them

We had an emergency with a blown out tire at 5:30 on a Friday evening. We were on our way to a dinner reservation to celebrate our 46th wedding anniversary. Pulling into the deal Richard came out and we explained what was going on, he said don’t worry we will get you out in 5 minutes. The tire was rare and in short supply but they found it and ordered it to come the next day(Saturday) He put the spare on and said have a happy anniversary and a nice dinner see you tomorrow. I went back at 12 on Saturday, the tire was mounted on the rim and they had the job done including check out in 10 minutes. In this post Covid era we live in service and caring have gone away, but not this place they were great and it was all due to Richard. Thanks Richard you made our night, you’re the best.

I rarely write reviews but, won’t hesitate when deserved. I live in downtown SRQ. Brought my Mercedes in for service at Goodyear on Lemon which is worth mentioning. This is a good team. Pleasure to meet manager Richard! Great service and fair prices.

I was recently getting my car serviced at Mercedes and was told my front tires were bald. It would have been easier to get the tires while I was there, but I didn't because of Richard, the manager at Goodyear on Lemon Ave. He is very customer centric, kind, hard working, efficient and most importantly, I trust him. He isn't a smarmy sales guy trying to upsell you. A priceless gift. I will continue to go out of my way so Richard and his team can take care of my tires and hope he doesn't retire before I stop driving!

Richard at Goodyear helped me greatly as I have a long distance trip ahead. He took care of me as I needed 2 tires plus a rotation. The location is wonderful as it is next to a breakfast spot that’s east to pop in/out of if you need to wait. If you need new tires this is a great place business.

We got a nail in an almost brand new tire. Greg and Richard were incredibly helpful locating the replacement tire and getting to the store for installation. They both were professional and one.
