The staff who answered my call on 11/21/24 at 12:11pm was extremely rude. I asked a few questions regarding tire rotation. First of all, I'm not a car person, so I did not know it's called tire rotation instead mistakenly said tire flip/switch. He immediately dismissed me and said Goodyear doesn't offer that service, but the way he replied was very condescending. And when I finally asked how long was the wait time, he initially said 1.5 hours (I believe), then I asked again for a clarification and he increased it to 4.5 hours. And then 5.5 hours. Will get my tires rotated at Bruce's instead (who patiently and respectfully answered my questions.)

Don't bother making inline appointments, they don't bother to let you know what times are *actually* available. Ordered a tire online plus scheduled an installment. It took them two and a half hours to even *begin* the job because multiple people all scheduled service at the *exact* same time, leading me to be late for work.

Bought new tires and a few months later an unrepairable tear with no warranty. New replacement then another flat… and then a complete replacement on a new motorcycle tire after two weeks (same time frame last year, 2023). Note: to self from now on, getting the warranty!!! Mark is good to deal with but he is in Los Gatos now. Thank you Mark!

Same old false advertisement. Online let's you book for conventional oil change, but then they say they don't have that oil and ask you to upgrade to higher costly oil (how in world a shop runs out of most common 5w-30 conventional oil), How the hell is regular oil change $24.99 and full synthetic over $100+. Last time i checked on Walmart or any other website, cheap oil is $10-20 for conventional and full synthetic valvoline or mobil1 $25-30. How the hell price jumps from $24.99 to $90 or $100 for full synthetic oil change. False advertisement at its best to lure customers.

Was going to have a tire patched here and scheduled an appointment at 4 PM. But someone at the shop called me and asked to reschedule my appointment to another day because “they close at 6 and wanna leave on time”. Will never do business with this location again.

I called them to check on a tire price. The person I spoke with, I think his name was Steve, gave me a high price. So I said, 'I found the same tire at Walmart for much cheaper than your price.' He replied, 'We sold the Goodyear name to Walmart, and they make their own tires!' Then he hung up the phone on me. What kind of customer service is this?

Apparently if you buy brand new tires from them and get a flat tire after 6 months (and its un-fixable) its not covered under warranty, the standard warranty according to them is only 1 month. The extended warranty is 3 years. They do good work other than that. Edit: I spoke to a manager and they were willing to at least offer a 3 year warranty for the 3 tires I bought 6 months ago from today's date.

Didn't honor the online booked oil change package and insisted on doing oil change with premium package. Didn't provided any report for 28 point inspection neither completed the tire rotation which was part of the package. Would not recommend going to these folks.

Great customer service from Armando! We showed up 30 mins before closing and he took us in and provided great service! Patched our tire from the inside instead of the normal plugs. Would recommend

I woke up to discover my tire had a gaping hole and, after getting here with a spare, they were able to get my tire replaced within an hour. They are FANTASTIC: I let them know I was in a hurry and Peter+Team worked hard to get it done quickly. I’ll absolutely be coming back here for any of my tire needs.

John and his team really helped us out of a bind recently. Two days before our 2,000 mile, cross-country road trip my wife identified a giant screw that had lodged itself in our rear passenger tire. With time not on our side we scrambled to find a shop who could take us on short notice to remedy the situation. John and his team were super helpful in not only repairing our tire on short notice but also performing a full vehicle safety inspection to ensure our successful travels. Huge thank you to the Goodyear team for such amazing service, we really appreciate you!

The service team at the Goodyear Auto Service center on Winchester in San Jose, CA are great!! John Michael Vincent is especially helpful and takes the time to explain the product & services and shops for the best pricing. I always feel like I am (and my car) is in great hands when I take my car into them whether it be for an oil change, brakes, tune-up and of course, tires!! Thank you guys!!

Darcie YN Fears is the best . Honest and trustworthy. I got them to do a wheel alignment today .Will be coming back for service in the future. I was impressed with her response and service.
