I’ve been coming here since 2019, and I’ve had tremendous service. Every time I need routine maintenance or have actual car issues, they’re the first ones I turn to. Everyone is professional and friendly. The work is done same-day, in my experience. Their service recommendations are spot-on and not excessive, like other places I’ve been to in the past. They don’t take advantage of their customers’ ignorance. I cannot recommend this location enough.

Save your time and money and go to Discount Tire instead. Here you can expect slow service and high prices. They won’t respect your appointment times either.

Reliable, fast, easy in and easy out! The prices were very competitive and it was really great to have a nice walk downtown while I was getting new tires on my Range Rover. My family and I have been coming here for many years and the service has been excellent and consistent.

Don't go here if you just need a state inspection, unless you don't mind waiting for hours 🤣 I called to see if I needed to make an appointment so I wouldn't have to wait and they said just come on in! I wish I could have made an appointment! they are really nice though!

I had a great experience with the manager Raul He was able to acomódate me with my car I bought from CarMax he was able to get parts ordered and I had a call back to let me know what day would accommodate me I was there the next day by 8 AM. Took them an hour and a half and I was out. I had shocks placed which they were able to see one of my shocks was leaking. I also had brakes put on I would definitely go back for any other issues. I would have with my vehicle. Thank you much.

I brought my car for a core-scheduled oil change. I arrived 20 mibutescearly. Rheceirk did not begin until 90 minutes after the scheduled appointment time. UNACCEPTABLE!!

On my way to pick up my husband, the tire pressure light came on, around 4pm. To add more stress we are driving out of town tomorrow for our son’s band competition. Thankfully we stopped here and were helped right away. Thank you Domingo & staff for doing an awesome job and peace of mind for our trip tomorrow.

They do ok with oil changes and inspections but won't patch older tires (forced to spend over $200 for a new one). While i was waiting saw them try to give another customer the same rap about where the nail was in the tire "should get a new one". I will never go here for tire work again.

Goodyear’s mobile auto service is amazing! The technician (Alexis M.) installed four new tires on my vehicle at my residence and was very professional. I found this service to be convenient - highly recommend.

I came to this Goodyear because the AC machine was down at the Bandera location. This location did not want to do the diagnostic of the work from a Goodyear branch completed on May 30, 2024. They wanted to charge me 420 for a 90 part and charge an insane amount for labour. They wanted to charge 280 for freon that is 20 at AutoZone. They didn't put all my spark plugs back and my car ended up fixing on the way back to TN. They were just trying to over charge an out of female towner. I do not recommend going there at all

While some of the employees thative dealt with are nice, they take FOREVER!!! i got there at 12:10 pm or so this afternoon. I just left there and its 7:20 pm. All they did.... ALL THEY DID was an oil change, they fixed a flat and rotated the tires. The only reason i went was because its a Lyft vehicle and the only place i can take it to is Goodyear. The one off topperwein is JUST as bad!! Next time i guess ill try the one off bandera. I specifically asked if it was going to take awhile and i was told no. My daughter had an appt that i missed. I had a scheduled ride with lyft that i missed. I expected to be there an hour, max 2 hours. Not 7! Thats RIDICULOUS!!!! A lady who was there had called on saturday (today is monday) and made an appt to bring her car in today at 9 am. They didnt even get her car on the bay until 4, they didnt finish her car until 6-630. Myself i had to actually ask for my keys because the guy never brought it in. Didn't tell them that he was done. I watched him park my car and i waited 5 min before i got up and said something. No way EVER should it have ever taken that long! Insane!!

I had a tire repair on one tire. Dropped off my car @ 920am. Called at 10am. Was told they were just getting started on my vehicle. I decided to go back and wait. Knowing it was ONE tire repair. I didn’t leave until 1150am!!! I did notice the tech was working in slow motion. After he was done with my car he drove it out to the parking lot & went back inside the shop, sat @ his box, put in earbuds & ate while he was fumbling w/my paperwork.

I had an absolutely terrible experience with Aaron at Goodyear auto service. He was incredibly disrespectful, insulting, and should never work with people. On top of that, the shop's negligence resulted in my friend's car being totaled while driving down the road. The lack of responsibility and care for customers is shocking. I strongly advise against ever going to this shop. Stay away at all costs. If I could give 0 stars I would.

I scheduled an appointment at the Goodyear tire shop for 11am on June 24th to make a warranty claim on a new tire. Despite arriving on time, I had to wait over three hours before they even inspected my tire. After finally examining it, they denied my warranty claim, stating they couldn't find any defect. This was incredibly frustrating as the tire was relatively new and had suddenly popped without hitting anything on the road, clearly indicating a manufacturing defect. Even though I contested their decision, they were unyielding. They offered a small discount, but I still ended up paying more for the replacement tire than I would have at Discount Tire. The long wait times, overpriced products, and unwillingness to honor their warranty have left me extremely dissatisfied. I do not recommend coming here.

If you value your time don't stop here. I was the first one in, to have a screw removed from my tire. An hour and a half later, I finally ask about the status of my car. ONLY then am I told that they can't fix my tire due to the location of the puncture. But we can sell you some air filters. AN HOUR AND A HALF IT TOOK THEM TO TELL ME THAT. AND THAT'S BECAUSE I ASKED. AND NO, I DIDN'T ASK FOR YOU TO CHECK MY AIR FILTERS. I have been here before and they ALWAYS TAKE A VERY LONG TIME. But this was uncalled for. Maybe 15 - 20 minutes to look at the tire and let me know that they can't fix it.

Quality auto shop but limited stock on hand - went online and made my appointment and preselected my tires, but when I arrived, they were not actually in stock, so I had to go with more expensive tires. It's not ideal, but the service was still good and probably less of a wait than some of the bigger shops like Discount Tire, Walmart, etc. Just wish the website was more accurate about stock in hand.

Waited almost 2 hours for a state inspection, I’ve never been anywhere else where I’ve waited more than 15 mins from entering to leaving for an inspection. If I could give 0 stars, I would have.

I should have looked at the reviews on how bad they are with appts. I would never have brought it here. After 1.5 hours after my a scheduled appt. I went to ask and was told they were barely going to look at it. It not like it’s free. Diagnostic testing is $150. I should have gone somewhere else. Very unprofessional. They don’t even check to see if we are doing ok. They really should not even make appts. So disappointed. I would give zero stars if possible

I've been living between NM and AZ for many years and came back to TX. I got used to being able to have dark tint without any issues and honesty didn't consider that when coming for an inspection. I get it, rules are rules... but this place wasted my time. I need to get my car registered and TX DL here right away for the sake of my JOB and an career move that I'm very passionate about. I waited over an hour for an inspection, the guy who did the inspection saw my car when I got there and even told me where to park. What I'm frustrated with is that it would have taken five seconds of kindness to tell me I wouldn't pass and why so I could do whats needed and be able to move forward. I honestly was totally naive to it. But this guy let me wait for over an hour, drove my car around the block just to fail me. I don't know what kind of power trip this guy was on, but it would have cost nothing in his life to just not waste his time or my time. I'm NOT removing my tint for sure now and I'm never coming back to this place. Inspections are going away in six months so this felt like some angry dude that should just run an HOA. For the management there, it's not about breaking rules for me. It's about having the decency to not waste people's time when you know what the result will be. In the end... I'm sure Mr. HOA felt so proud to put me in the system, but I already found a way around it. The tint stays.

This store and team is awesome! The staff at the counter was courteous and knowledgeable, and the techs in the shop were all smiling, which was nice to see, for a change! Will definitely return for service!

Today, I was at this location, and I would like to recommend it. Raul was very helpful he serviced my suburban. also, the waiting room is pretty big and cold, perfect temperature for this summer. They have enough parking as well. 5 stars. Very recommended

Took 4 hours to change 1 tire….. what is going on in there. After 2 hours to just diagnose the condition of the tire, we were quoted 15-20 minutes to change the tire and then proceeded to take 2 hours. An absolute waste of time and will never take my vehicle to a Goodyear again.
