200/10 service! Worth the 30 minute drive. The team at this Good Year (4733 on Bandera Road) is AMAZING. They are professional, reliable, kind, patient, and efficient! From check in to check out my experience was top tier. They changed all 4 of my tires, wheel alignment, and a thorough inspection to make sure my car is ready for our road trip all under 2 hours. Even when I left my lug nut key at home, they were kind and patiently waited until my husband drove it over. And at the end they made sure I knew all about the warranties and service that are included with my set of new tires! Most places just hand you a receipt send you on your way, not them! I've been coming here to service my car for a couple years now. I've recommended them to my family as well. This auto shop is excellent in customer service and makes sure to get the job done in a timely matter. Cory went above and beyond to help with service and went out of his way to go get the parts needed to get the job done quickly. If I could give more stars, I would. I recommend to anyone who wants honest and reliable mechanics.

Why have appointments if they are going to take other customers ahead of you that don’t have an appointment. Been waiting over and hour and still waiting. What they should do is take your as appointment first and if there are late then go to the next, it’s not that hard or just don’t make appointments

The staff at store # 4733 is beyond my expectations. All of the employees are very professional and experts in their field. I have been coming here for 12 years and I will never go anywhere else. We travel from clear across town at least 40 minutes away to get our vehicles serviced. We always recommend this store to all of our friends and family and they have all been extremely satisfied with the service they’ve received. Goodyear is a great company that hires only the best. I had a blowout in front of the store. I had two crying kids a 2 month old and a 2 year old with me. I just had almost crashed and was scared. I called the store and asked if someone could help me. They were busy but still sent someone out to help me within a few min. I couldn’t be more grateful for their empathy and service.

We went to Goodyear tire with a nail in the tire, asked for a tire plug. Instead of a plug, they took my tire off, ruined the bead then told me I needed a new tire. I got a second opinion and pep boys confirmed that the destroyed tire bead was due to misuse of a tire machine. When I spoke with good year tire about replacing the tire they destroyed the front desk employee was extremely rude and told me to go find his manager then repeatedly told me bye until I left. The manager finally speaks to me and sees they destroyed the tire and replaces it. Appears to be a possible scam where they destroy your tire and hope you buy a new one. To repeat we went in for a TIRE PLUG due to a small nail, they should have never removed my tire in the first place. BEWARE.

1. Goodyear, please do not reply with the same cliche response you’ve repeatedly responded to others concerns with. That alone shows you lack professionalism and concern in your customer’s issues. 2. Why have an appointment schedule? I understand you may not be able to guarantee a certain time. However when my vehicle has not moved for over an hour after the appointment time, there is an issue. 3. Another customer was waiting for an alignment. When your representative presented his options, they did not provide ALL options. He only presented the more expensive options with a warranty. It wasn’t until after the customer had to make a phone call, your technician presented a cheaper option with no warranty. I get it. It’s a sales move. But a terrible customer service move. 4. After waiting an hour and a half, I went outside to get a visual of where my vehicle was. It was on the lift, however not one person working on it with another truck parked behind it with the hood open. Your technician/front desk person noticed me outside and called for the workings to “wrap it up” on my vehicle. Oil change and tire rotation shouldn’t take long and lack of attention to a customer’s vehicle that has schedule an appointment you’ve failed to meet should cause some urgency on your end. But as others have mentioned, you have no respect for other’s time. Once again, why take appointments. Overall a terrible and disrespectful experience for me and others while I was there. If you would start showing respect and care for your customers, your customers won’t have as many bad experiences or watch other customers have bad experiences. The only response needed is improvement on your part.

Asked for a tire rotation and blance along with my oil change. Tires did not get rotated or balanced. They lied about the services after assuring me they were rotated. Next time you get your tires rotated and balance, mark your tires in case they lie to you, too.

Got me in same day to put new tires on my RV. The service rep was friendly as well as the technician who put the new tires on. The waiting area had adequate seating, free water bottles in a fridge and a coffee station. It was also close to my house. They also had a special that saved me $120 on all 4 tires. Great Job! I would definitely recommend them for your tire needs. Also noticed they do oil changes as well.

Scheduled tire service days in advance at Wednesday at 10am. Crew moving slow, eating breakfast, ect.... car was finished at 12:45. Absolute laziness. Group of grown men having social hour milking the clock....

This was a nice shop that provided great service! I wasn't aware I had to call Car Max to make an appointment so I'm not charged, but the guy in the front desk was really nice enough to cover it for me just for today. Really friendly people and excellent service!

Don’t bother making an appointment, it doesn’t make a difference. Two hour wait for an oil change with appointment. Won’t be back here. The location on St Mary’s was done in less than an hour without an appointment the last time I went there.

Terrible service. My wife got 4 new tires just 5 minutes driving out of the tire shop she noticed all 4 tires had different PSI levels and the rear tire got completely flat…. She was on the highway and was not able to stop in the shoulder cause there was no shoulder and almost got hit by other vehicles. She called the tire shop when she was finally able to stop and told her they were check and they took 40 minutes after just being a 5 to 8 minute drive. They said the valve of the tire whoever the technician installed it was loose and needed to be tightened. After the installation of the tires they broke my lug nut key and they charged to install a new one after they broke my own. Service manager terrible service not once said sorry for the inconvenience, instead said to make sure next time check the tire pressure. I DO NOT RECOMMEND COMING HERE

I took my car in because of shaking in the steering wheel experienced at 50+mph. Ended up paying for a cabin filter & installation with a val ventilation cleaning. Not until I met face to face was the wheel alignment done fixing the initial steering wheel shake problem.

Absolutely horrible. Went in for a 9am appointment and my vehicle wasn't even touched until 1pm. Had my AC serviced and it broke right after. I went back to try and ask if they could help out since I just dropped $700 there the week before. All I got was we didn't do it but for $200 we'll diagnose the problem. I never accused them of causing damage but I will never go back to that place. Staff need to learn to listen instead of going on the defense. The place and service straight up sucks.

The gentleman Andy was very professional, there was another gentleman that was helping me as well (I apologize, I can't remember his name) But they had my work completed within a couple of hours and helped me with the best selections for my vehicle. I would return and recommend.

I scheduled an appointment for a tire rotation and balance. Even with the appointment, I still had to wait 15 minutes to be assisted and would have waited longer if I hadn't interrupted after the wait that I have an appointment, and then another 25 minutes to close out my ticket after the service was done. The tires were over-inflated by 8-10 lbs and the tech that performed the service severely scratched 2 of my rims when removing the old weights. The only positive is that everyone was very polite, but seeing the scratches when I had to deflate my tires to the proper pressure was just infuriating.

I took my car for a wheel alignment I did the 3 yrs wheel alignment, after one week the car was even worse super bad pulling to my left side, I took it again the said the fix it, the car was better than before ?yes… but still pulling. Their answer was “ if it is better than before so it’s good” I won’t come back here. Pd: I appreciate your help Albert.

Within the last 3 weeks, I've taken both of my cars here for service. I would absolutely recommend any body with car issues to come here. Both times my cars were done within the same day, one for brakes the other for an electrical issue. The supervisor Adam helped me both times, and didn't try to up sell me on any unneeded repairs. If you can, bring your car here. Thanks to the guys at this shop for everything.
