I must advise against conducting business at this location. Despite Goodyear's reputation, the character of certain individuals at this location is suspect. I had a remote interaction with his current partner, who inquired about helping him find new employment. However, I was unable to assist due to the distance. A subsequent conversation led to a heated exchange with references that I perceived as offensive & racist. I am not Native American, and I trust that Goodyear does not discriminate against employees or customers based on race. In September, I referred customers to him, but he refused to assist them. His actions demonstrate a lack of morals, as he pursued a married woman without regard for the consequences. He presents himself as a devout individual, but his actions contradict his facade. I would not recommend doing business with individuals who prioritize personal gain over ethics.

The most helpful, honest, efficient, tire shop I have ever been to! The men were ALL hard workers. They worked as a team, a very well oil machine! My hat is off to this business! I do believe Goodyear should give them ALL an amazing raise! They truly deserve it! May this business thrive for a long time to come! A true 1 stop tire shop!

Ask for Shawn. He's a pro. That said, they need to get this man some better help. He will correct them, but his underlings often have a hard time finding parts that are either in store, or at another store in town. This place is good and cheap, but DO NOT expect them to be fast. If they were, they'd get 5 stars instead of 4.

Marshal and the team were super quick to give me my options and have me back on 4 wheels. In and out in under 20 minutes. My go to place for a tire or oil change.

Always professional and gets the job done quickly. I like the concerns they might find along the way and calls me to go over the findings with me to see if I want to replace said findings or wait. I like it because they don't push you to change said parts. And they are pretty much a good price for whatever it is you're having done. I would recommend Goodyear to everyone.

$25.00 to fix a flat tire. They did let me use the air hose. Go to Hibbdons Tire they fix flats free

For over 10 years I’ve trusted Goodyear with my car services…..several months back my front driver side tire wobbled while breaking…..I knew it was my routers….bottom line, I spoke with a service rep about this…..I was told that it would be $75.00 per tire….I agreed….I had received a coupon for $50.00 off $100 service…..well to my surprise when I went to pickup my car and pay, the total was $149.99….not one service rep could explain this to me or honor the coupon…..the only proof I have is the receipt of service and my saved photo of the coupon….so be very knowledgeable of what coupon they meaning Goodyear will honor and how they will justify not honoring a coupon…..I’m going to report this to consumer affairs and the BBB…….get everything printed regarding costs prior to service then present your coupon afterwards

I had new Good Year Duratrac’s installed on my truck today at this shop and a wheel alignment done. I placed my order online the same day and they had it in and out in little to no time. The professionalism at this shop is top notch. I would tell anyone to go visit this location for all your tire needs!

Requested a tire rotation and balance. I can't tell you if this store balanced them. The staff operating the store said that they did. What I know for a fact is that the tires were not rotated correctly. The technician that performed the "Tire Rotation" at this store needs further training. My front tires were "feathered" quite a bit. Tires should have been cross rotated. Store front gentlemen claims they were. Do NOT waste your time at this store unless you are doing a videoed before and after story. Good Luck and if you have had a good experience; I hope it's not a fluke.

The associates at the store worked extremely hard to correct issues created by 2 associates who work for the Goodyear self service portal who also completely messed up my scheduled appointment, tires and payment. As a 38 year retiree, I am very displeased with Akron personal.

We went and had a water pump replaced, When I first called, Austin was super friendly, very helpful, answer my questions, and when I told Mike about the quote, I went and called Austin back and made an appointment the same day, Which was super super helpful. We needed the truck back, I really appreciate it. The honest, friendly total experience we will be back. Thank you Austin.
