I’m a Lyft driver and whenever have a maintenance issue with my vehicle I come here and I get the best customer service including greeting ,transparency and honesty from Edward ( service manager) and terrance . Very friendly environment and always they always go above and beyond . There is a good reason why I always skip several shops and come here . I highly recommend every one to come and thanks for the great customer service specially Edward . Definitely coming back again

I truly don’t understand how they even have business at this location, customer service is unspeakably rude and incompetent (Edward) I’ve asked for my receipt for almost 3 weeks and still haven’t emailed me a receipt and finally when do, it’s the wrong receipt, I’ve visited this location twice and my vehicle is still not performing properly, they literally have no idea what there doing here, I’m certain corporate office needs to be involved with the employees that run this place(, I would not recommend having any service done here,) and also I’ve read the previous reviews for this location and they all seem to align with the same service I’ve received from them , I advise any potential customer to have your vehicle serviced somewhere else, your going to get rude customer service and horrible work serviced for your vehicle, so they can keep having you come in for more work and having you pay more and more…Read The Reviews before you go to this place….

Bought tires and an alignment online. When I got there, the alignment machine was down, and had been for weeks. I decided not to get the tires and asked for a receipt for the refund. They immediately got snarky, saying "YOU need to handle that with goodyear.com. In seconds, a toothless manager emerged and told me they had nothing to do with the credit card transaction, and YOU need to handle that not US. Aggressive demeanor toward a customer who's been buying tires there for 15 years. They could have handled it with much more professional tact, instead they jumped right into accusatory defense. Will not be returning--you've lost a long time customer.

I had been saving for new tires for a while and found Goodyear in Katy. The Service Manager found me a better deal than I saw online and they were the same quality. Even though the price was higher when I was checked in, the Store Manager made sure it was within my budget. Not many Tire and Auto Service shops would do that. They also printed out a thorough list of maintenance my car will need soon. Trust me, they will get my business every time even if I have to drive a little ways to the shop. We need more places that think about the customer and provide top notch service. Thank you for making my experience a pleasant one,

I really don't know where to begin and people are probably going to think that this review was not real but it is real and I would recommend anyone to come to this Goodyear location with Terrell and Edward they are amazing just treat them politely and and be nice to them in there and they treat everyone with the same amount of professionalism and dignity that all the customers deserve I would definitely recommend anyone to come by. I have already had to come by and several times and there they've been the same consistency every time. I would not have been able to take care of myself and family without them! I would challenge anyone to find not only a chain store but any full service shop not only Goodyear but any other chain not only in Houston but Nationwide! Their prices on parts and timing on parts are best I've ever worked with! Clay M

Well, first off as I entered the business I was greeted with a good morning from Edward which made me feel comfortable, I explained the issue about my Lyft car,and there were some doubts if my Lyft car could be serviced there ,then Edward say's have a seat sir let me check on this issue for you ,after a few minutes Edward says he worked his magic and my Lyft car can be serviced, I want to give recognition to Edward for going above and beyond his job title,for making my experience a great experience.. Thank you again Edward for your going above and beyond attitude. I will be returning, with any issue I may have with the car, and my friends will be directed to Goodyear in Katy, they all will be asking for you Edward.!!!

Terrell Fagan is TOP NOTCH in customer service. Very helpful with my purchase of new Goodyear tires and warranty info. I wish every tire shop had friendly guys like him. I’m gonna stay coming here instead of going to the other guys. Highly recommended.

They messed up on a simple oil change. The mistake resulted in me paying for new parts which cost me $400 because they also forgot to torque the spark plugs properly. When I confronted them about it ,also showing them the old parts that were messed up because of the oil, they said it wasn’t their fault. I tried calling corporate as well. They told the district manager and the district manager tried to cover up their mistake. I’m out $400 because of a mistake they made and didn’t want to admit to it. My advice is go somewhere else.

All of the service reps and store manager were patient with us and worked with us to get the best service possible. My car is working as good as new and they were informative and helpful. I don’t know much about cars but they broke it down to me where I could understand. I recommend them and will be back whenever needed.

I would like to thank Edward (front counter) and Mr Fagan (store manager) for a very good first-time visit. The first battery in my 2018 subaru outback lasted less than two years. The second battery from subaru did last longer, however, I decided that my third battery will be a diehard. I decided on the diehard platinum, but the platinum was too large to fit in the battery space. Edward suggested to go with the "most popular" diehard gold. Mr Fagan, who was near by and over-hearing the conversation, managerially interjected and found a auto supplier that carried the right size diehard platinum and I left a very happy customer. Thank you Mr Fagan for taking that extra customer service care.

The tire pressure sensor on my car was showing low pressure and I pulled in with hopes they could look at the tire. These guys were great in getting my car right in and found a nail in the tire. They had it fixed and I was on my way in a short amount of time. They even offered use of small refrigerator to put leftovers from lunch in so didn’t have to leave in hot car. I’ll definitely go back to this location for other services.

Charged 40% more than what is advertised on Goodyear website for same tire brand and model. If I wasn’t in such a hard situation I wouldn’t allow them to take advantage of the situation that I needed it

Great customer service and I was in and Out no long wait. I needed a tune up and I had an appt tomorrow but I just showed up because I really needed it done today and Terrel took me right away. I appreciated his hospitality they even have bottled water and a coffee station. Thank you so much!

I wont go back and get tires or alignment from here. Management was kind of rude when I approached them about missing lugnuts left or taken off my vehicle while I had with my service done.

This store did an amazing job on my tire. I came into the store on a rainy Sunday with a spare tire on my vehicle. The store manager Edward Snelling was able to quickly get me in to see the tech without much wait. He let me know the price of a new tire upfront but they would try to see if they could save my original tire first. The tech, Isaac Lopez took time to check my tire and he found my tire had a nail in it but the nail didn't cause much damage. Isaac was able to patch my tire and place it back on my vehicle. He placed my spare back in my truck and they were able to get me on my way. 10 out of 10 best service.

I never used Goodyear before. I assumed they would be expensive. But their oil change price was the best out there. AND-Their cost for peripheral maintenance was so good, I had them change a filter and wiper. Mgr Terrel Fagan was excellent. He worked hard to get me a great price on everything. I'm impressed enough to stop what I'm doing to write this, which I normally never do. I am now a Goodyear customer.
