Annalise (sp) and Joe were excellent. We had to get our tire changed and we were sitting in the waiting room and Joe kept us occupied with an awesome conversation. Annalise and Joe did a great job replacing the tire. It’s always a good experience when we come here.

I would recommend this Goodyear on San Juan Ave to anyone who needs any car repairs. There is no job too big or too small for the crew there. I brought my Jeep in with a ton of issues and they finished all of the work in 48 hours. They did a great job for a good price. Joe, who I believe is the manager there is a standup guy. He is genuine, honest and transparent.10/10

I made an appointment for a simple oil change. I came in for a simple oil change and it took two hours. After being there for one hour I went to see how much longer and I was greeted with an attitude. It seemed that the workers don’t like to work, I saw one standing around eating and another one decided it was time for a smoke break. I was ignored by the workers when I wanted to ask another question. I would never recommend good year for any work on any vehicle. Also the receptionist wanted me to call my husband and have me change my mind on the service I wanted on my car. She acted like she knew better for my car than me.

So me And a couple of people had an appointment at 8 am So we come in and is told that we’d have to wait till 9 to be seen due to Goodyear not having mechanics ..like come on y’all ..I ain’t never heard nothing like this . Like the shop could have given us a discount or something on ..then they come out to me and ask me what’s wrong with my car ..it’s in the report why y’all asking me ..it’s written up ..

Called ahead and made an appointment at 2pm today for literally an oil change. My husband went, and sat till 2:50 being told it was being handled. He took the keys and left 2:55. No oil change. They fully acknowledged we made an appointment and that it was at 2pm. I’d give zero reviews if possible. I get things get behind, but bold face lying it was getting done isn’t acceptable. Why make an appointment if you can’t keep it? Why lie that it’s getting handled when it hasn’t even been touched? Liars, and slow liars at that.

Made an appointment for noon for a tire alignment and oil change and when I showed up at 5pm they hadn’t done anything yet and they close at 6pm. Extremely late to pick up my kids because of them and my tires still aren’t aligned and I had to pay $40 Ubers to and from because they just parked my car in front of the store all day apparently.

I have so much respect for the Manager, James and his crew at this location. He always gives me excellent customer service, repairs my vehicles and honest if it can’t be repaired. The staff here are great! Our older Rav4 needed a front end alignment. The crew did a good job/ gent stayed a little late so we could pick it up that night. And he was very courteous & kind. I wish I could remember his name but he lives in Macclenny for sure! Thank you for your kindness & going the extra mile!
