This Goodyear on Girvin Road is the best! I can always trust their service and advice on my auto maintenance. I’ve been going to this location since 2012 for tires, oil changes, brake service, and tuneups on the different cars I’ve owned. Matter of fact, I now drive from out of town because I trust this Goodyear location that much instead of taking chances on other places.

I wish to share my experience with the amazing service I received from Goodyear Auto Service on Girvin Road Jacksonville, FL. While traveling through area we were concerned with several issues with the tires on our travel trailer, contacted this Goodyear location and was immediately put at ease as they worked us in per our request. Pete, Will, Cody and Mike were absolutely amazing! Mike took extreme care with analyzing our previous issues, troubleshooted all tires, and provided a thorough briefing on his findings. This level of customer service is quite rare these days, thus I would highly recommend this team for those in the Jacksonville area. Thank you gentlemen, I will remember your extra care, I only wish I could find this level of service in the Atlanta area!!

After dealing with a slow tire leak for a week I was finally able to make it to Goodyear. Will and Cody were awesome and saved me a ton of time and hassle. Fixed up my tire fast and I was on my way. Highly recommend this Goodyear location.

One of my tires was cut through and they replaced all my tires in the same day. A Sunday. So they were faster than I thought they would be. One of my tires was low and I just drove up and they filled it for me with no problem.

Would give a 0 star if possible. After dropping it off to fix an engine issue they recommended changing the rear tires we agreed. Fast forward to the the next day and I drive the car to work at the end of my work day to find a tire completely flat. Tried filling it up and driving to safety only to need to pull over again and wait for a tow truck. So today brought the car back to them (no nails or punctures) to their own admission it was a faulty installation of the tire they installed the valve stem wrong! For my troubles they CHARGED me for the new tire THEY caused me to need!!!

We bought a Toyota Rav 4 from CarMax. They agreed to provide 4 new tires from Goodyear Tire Centers as part of the deal. We went to the Goodyear at 40 Girvin Road, in Jacksonville, Florida, and met Will Fritsche for the first time. He was friendly and professional. He gave us great advice on the best tires for the vehicle and he handled the payment directly with CarMax. Sadly, I do not meet many outstanding people in Customer Service these days. Will Fritsche is totally outstanding.

Got a good quality tire for a good price and they have nice staff! They didn’t have the original tire in stock so they found a better tire and granted us the original price quoted and was able to get it done at the original appt time which was very nice. I also came back to get something checked and was seen right away. I recommend this Goodyear location!

The customer service as this location is absolutely wonderful. The guy who checked me in was so friendly and cheerful for a 7am appointment! I'm sorry I didn't get his name. I can't say enough about Hilary who made sure my appointment was correct and also helped me when I picked up my car. I will definitely use this location for any tire/wheel issues. Go here!

I went about a week ago for a diagnostic because my headlights were having issues and my vehicle was not sturdy when driving. I already kinda figured it needed control arms and they diagnosed that correctly. But I was unsure about the headlight issue. The technician was Barney and the sales person was Sergio. They told me I needed a PCM reflash or a new PCM to fix the headlight issue. Then after charging me for the diagnostic, Sergio says they do not do that type of work. So, if you knew you could not fix that in the beginning, why wouldn't you say that when I dropped my vehicle off. THIS DID NOT SOUND CORRECT EITHER, SO I WENT TO MY OTHER MECHANIC AND ALL I NEEDED WAS A WIPER SWITCH. MY HEADLIGHTS ARE NOW WORKING.

They scratched all 4 of my wheels, but claimed they didnt do it. The wheels were perfect before I took my car but now have 2 nice scratches on each wheel. 0/10 would not recommend.

Went in for an oil change (free tire rotation included), and all of the free checks that they do. Gave them the phone number of a male friend I had with me because my phone doesn't accept calls right now. Waited about 5 hours, saw they called MY phone number not sure how they even got it lol.. ended up doing an online chat to see if my car was available to be picked up. When I dropped my car off I was with said male friend, Sergio (not the other guy I talk about later) helped me out he was friendly throughout the entire time I saw him :) came to pick up my car about 8 hours after I dropped it out, did not have a male with me but I was just picking up my car, thought it would go fine.. the guy didn't even acknowledge that I was there after I said I was picking up my car. 3 people walked in after me (men) and he helped them RIGHT AWAY when they were picking their car up. Waited about 10 minutes before another employee said he needed to help me. Just wanted to leave, paid, signed, left, no conversation at all so I expected everything to be a ok! Just bad service I guess? No. Now my car steering alignment is messed up, it pulls to the right. Checked the paper I was given when i left and i have bad tire alignment as well? Nobody told me this. Very disappointed I left with my car in worse shape than when I came in. TLDR bad customer service, my steering alignment is off now.
