I spent $2700 there get my front end lined up. They said they put all new parts in there and I went driving it. It was pulling to the right. It shouldn’t be pulling anyway it was all new stuff and $2700 worth of equipment and parts. so I took it back to them, they said gonna check it out because after all it shouldn’t have been pulling no way no direction. He Took test ride and they said it pulled to the right a lil. So they switched the front tires around, left to the right right to the left. And he said it wasn’t pulling as bad now. So I took a ride and it pulls to left. He blame it on the tires. He said after all your truck is 20 years old I go yeah, but you put all brand new stuff on there. What else could be wore out and they did the bearings and everything too so .Mind you its 4 brand new tires so I wouldn’t take anything to Goodyear never again,

Had A Message Come Up On Our Car, Indicating A Possibility That Their May Be A Problem. So, Peggy Set Up An Appointment With Goodyear And Brought The Car In, And Corrected The Problem, Then Reset The Code Off. Peggy Waited Inside The Building And Was Soon On Her Way Home. Problem Solved.

Poor service on 4-18-22 went to get a tire repair and the lady at the front desk was the worst. Sharp and didn't know anything. I have had a lot of car's there for service but not anymore. Goodyear in houma is trash.

The staff a good year was phenomenal! I bought it in the same day I will need new appointment and arrive 20 minutes before opening. I was first in line as a flood of people arrived after me. One of the individuals continues to talk about how I might be waiting for a few hours. But didn’t take long within 15 minutes of my car hoisted and being worked on. It was a good feeling you know? Did an excellent job in the short amount of time go to Goodyear on MLK in Houma. They won’t let you down they may even exceed your expectations.

I got a nail in my tire at the heliport and was on my way back to lafayette.. they were more than kind enough to fix it even tho they were about to close!! fantastic people and I appreciate what they did very much!!

This business turned away my vehicle with a screw in my tire that could've blown at any time 😳 but another lady came in when they thought I'd gone and her "oil change" was more important than myself and my children's lives. Shame

I brought my tire to get plugged because it was the closest. It took 3 hours to plug a tire, and when we got home we noticed the rim was scratched and scuffed up. The car isn't even a year old! Will be there in the morning. My initial comment:^^^^ However I went back to the store and was informed on why the tire / rim looked that way and was given information on the stuff they used to seal the tire. The manager Mr. David was very knowledgeable and polite. They cleaned everything up and it looks as good as new!
