Good. A lot of people don’t know Thais but if you buy 4 new tires from them you get a free for life , free tire , balance and rotation, and if you sign up to get like a warranty on a tire if anything happens to it, they replace it for free. At least the free rotation and balance I got that back about 2014 but I still think they have that deal. Just call and ask.

I went to get my car inspected before going out of town. They told me I need a left lower control arm w/ ball joint. Once I got on the highway and pressed my brakes the car started to shake. It was not doing that before I went into the shop. I called to see what they could do and they told me I had another issue and could bring it in. I will never go back. That was dangerous and I don't see how it was an issue before and it wasn't shaking until I left their shop.

GARY HUDSON should not be allowed to work for Goodyear or any other establishment that provides service. He called the police on me because I requested his name for his unprofessional and unethical way of speaking to me. Knowing very well he was wrong, I waited for the police to arrive. The police spoke to me and realize there was no issue and let me go without a warning. However, they stated that Gary Hudson is banning me from Goodyear, and I'm thankful for it. Although I have received tremendous customer service from previous employees. I will never set foot in a goodyear again, if Gary Hudson is the type of individual who has the authority to ban me. The entire experience was shocking because I was respectful and polite, and the fact that he used the police in that way was just deplorable.

First time visit on 4/5/24 as I needed emissions work done on my vehicle to pass inspection. This location came highly recommended from several people in the apartments where I live.... and now I know why. They were able to get me in quickly and everyone there is friendly, helpful, respectful and especially- most important to me- patient with my questions. The work was done just as promised and quicker than I had anticipated and I even was able to use a very good coupon. I cannot thank them enough for outstanding vehicle service and customer service. You will not be disappointed visiting Gary and his entire crew for your vehicle needs! 😁😎👍👏🧡

My family has gone to the Battleground Goodyear since 2000. The staff is knowledgeable and polite. I've never felt pressured to get extras or add-ons. They do excellent oil changes and state inspections.

Didn’t give me the advertised discount and added extra fees. What was advertised at $40 ended up being $55. Customer service was not prompt but the service to the car was.

Do not take your vehicle here if you value the appearance of your wheels. Absolutely ruined mine when I took it for 4 new tires. I expected better from Goodyear. Won’t be back. PS - they weren’t like this when I took it in. Unfortunately I picked it up in a rush and didn’t even think to check.

I made an account online and scheduled an oil change just to be told I can't use that type of oil. I drove way out of my way to come here too. I don't like bait and switch scams. I literally put my cat's make and model in the system it should have told me I needed a different type of oil there but they want you to come in and over pay for an oil change. I would go elsewhere.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. They do not want any extra business even if they appear to be Not busy. Coupon is scam and they will upsale you. I took my car in for oil change and an older man came out , didn't greet, said I needed my car registration to put into system or he couldn't help me. I brought back info and then he said that my car takes only synthetic which is not true. When I told him that I do not have to have synthetic he pushed my registration paper back to me without a word. I guess that was my cue to leave. Unfortunately BADYEAR will never get my business. I don't care if they offer free business. Guess I should have read the reviews before going.

GOODYEAR!?!? More like BADYEAR. Had a flat tire on company van. Company van also needs an oil change. Upon arrival a man came out of the back. Explained my issue to him offered to have them change the oil and fix the flat he said appointments only that they don’t have time they do appointments only. Right now there is 1 vehicle inside and the parking lot has 9 open spots. Looks to me like they are not so busy they just don’t want the “extra work”. Man inside did not even introduce himself or have a ID badge visible. Very unprofessional and horrible experience. Now I still have a flat tire, driving a 8,000 pound van safety hazard, and still need an oil change. What a waste of time!!! Maybe I should contact my tire company and see if they can schedule an appointment for giving me flat tires, so I can schedule an appointment with “BADYEAR” to fix them. 30 minute UPDATE. Went to Firestone less than a mile up the road they were actually busy but were willing to fit me in just said it would be “hours”, but hey atleast they offered to pump air in the tire. So I could make it down the road they even gave me the names of some places that may be able to help me out. THANKS FIRESTONE!!! MR. TIRE in the Friendly center less than 5 minutes from both Firestone and Goodyear! Is the real winner here. They are doing my flat repair and oil change and they have 4 vehicles in the shop and said I would be good as new in less than an hour! You made us a happy customer!!! You really have tires and oil changes figured out! WAY TO GO MR. TIRE!!!

My husband stopped in to get a tire on his truck patched/plugged this morning. The worker told him that he could " leave it and maybe they would be able to get to it tomorrow". A simple task that could have been completed in less than 20 minutes.

Good Year tire is a really good company to deal with. Everything from ordering, to customer service and installation were professional. The first set of tires I got installed were a bit more stiff and noisy. They exchanged those, with no charge, to to touring tire for me. I can say for my experience they certainly do live up to my expectations.
