Bought tires about a month ago, brand new 800 dollars. After the day I got them the tire pressure sensor was on telling me they were low so I filled them and it did not go away. I thought one of the sensors were out. They were not. My back right tire is flat and I just noticed it 5 minutes ago. 800 dollars for tires with a defect. Coming in tomorrow and am really hoping a company of this size will not make me pay them for a mistake they made.

Open to 7? Not!!! Took car in with a nail in the tire at 6:20 and the place was locked up. Back to Discount! At least they're honest about their times! Edit: Upped my rating by a star as they were kind enough to respond... will give them a chance.

Took my car over there after suspecting a leak. They filled my tires, told me they couldn't check for a leak. Took my car back home and found a nail in my tire. I think they didn't bother to even look.

Chris was absolutely the best when acknowledging my mechanical issues, Chris elaborated his findings very well to my understanding and was able to rectify the error in a timely manner. I like this particular location in the manner which my vehicle is cared for.

Daughter's car battery died and took to Goodyear at noon. They found the brake light switch broken, replaced and in checking the year old Diehard battery, found it going bad and replaced under warranty. My family and I have been coming to this Goodyear since 1993. When I was General Manager of Foreign Accents I sent all the tire and alignments here. Chris is a great store manager and Jeff a great service manager. They have a good team of checks and the best alignment person in Hi Tran in MHO.

Everyone at this establishment is mad rude. It’s disgusting. I was handed my keys with no explanation to what was going on with my car. Waited for over an hour both times I was there. It cost nothing to be nice to people. I saw several people get treated way differently than me and it was really upsetting. I hope I never have to return here again.

Jeff and the crew took great care of my car and provided excellent service. Located the problem super quick and fixed her right up. They were busy as hell but still managed to get stuff done and keep their cool. I’ll definitely be back. I hope they all get raises! These guys work hard.

Made an appointment online for new tires, arrived 10 minutes before the appointment. Sat in the waiting room for 2 hours only to be told that they didn’t actually have the tires and that maybe they could get them today maybe not. Don’t waist your time at the Goodyear with the most incompetent employees in town. A good manager would have checked the appointments and checked to make sure the correct tires were in stock before I ever arrived.

One of the best automotive service centers you will find. Chris and his crew will take care of your vehicle. They are trustworthy, fair, and efficient. It's hard to find good mechanics you can trust. It is always a good year at Goodyear.

One star is the least option. Do not use this location. Managers Chris and Jeff need ethics/integrity training. Their service practices are showdy and dishonest. Im a current Goodyear Employee of 29yrs now and this locations service is Not Consistent with our Business Code of Conduct. Went in for oil change and a car care check because I’ve been hearing noises coming from car, got my oil changed and they told me it was my belt tension. Set appointment for that Friday to get it fix, even drop it off early. When picking it up I was told they didn’t do my service I ask for, they use some type of brush to brush my belt now the noise is gone all I have to pay for is them checking the noise which THEY ALREADY DID WHEN I RECEIVED MY OIL CHANGED. Next day my car is making the same noise, which he said “i don’t know how long that will worked” Sooooo why wasn’t my service just done? My time was wasted.

Would give less than zero stars if possible. Took vehicle in for a tire patch and after taking several hours discovered after pickup the Tire Pressure System was broken by the technicians. When I took it back to attempt to get it fixed, I was told they didn’t have time for it because they “only had a few guys” and it would take several more hours to get around to. Eventually cost me hundreds of dollars to get fixed at a different mechanics. Avoid at all cost

Came in for a inspection on a Friday, was told it would take forty five minutes and it did. My truck failed inspection for tinted windows. I had tint removed and set up another appointment with the Goodyear store. So the inspection process started all over couldn't just look at my windows. I have been here two and half hours. And they still haven't brought my truck back. He had previously said it wouldn't take but thirty minutes. I have worked for Goodyear for twenty seven years as a tire builder in Danville. And have always run Goodyear tires on all my vehicles. This is the worst service I have ever experienced!! I have purchased two sets of tires from this store. I will not be doing business with them again.

Chris was first class. Excellent customer service! Was visiting from far out of town and got a bolt through the tire. Called up this Goodyear asked about availability and cost. Given the nature of the circumstance, Chris could have sold us a tire but instead his team put a patch on and $20 later I'm out the door! This is integrity, service, excellence, honesty and how business is supposed to be operated. If we were locals, this would me my hometown tire and car maintenence shop. Plus, they even wrapped my driver seat, steering wheel and customary floor mat.

I like Chris and I have bought two sets of tires from him , however this morning I got there 30 minutes before they opened with a nail in my new tire hoping they could get to me right away .This was an emergency as I was on my way to Raleigh .I was told by the opening manager ,( not Chris) that they couldnt get to it until this afternoon. It takes less than 30 minutes to plug a tire and there were no customers there . I was very disappointed , and felt someone would have spent time with me if was was planning to buy a $900 set of tires at 8am ..Sometimes you make exceptions to take care of your customers if you plan to keep them and appreciate their business . I would have never driven my car to Raleigh knowing I could have possibly had a blowout...and no one seemed to care . I got in my car and drove to the Goodyear store on Battleground, and even though they were booked with appointments as well , they repaired my tire right away. That's Customer Service !

Second time that I made an appointment days in advance just to get a call 25 min before to tell me they are too busy and I would be sitting around for a while! Why make an appointment then in the first place if you take on more customers than you can handle and then don’t honor your appointments? I have a busy work schedule and when I make an appointment way in advance I expect them to stick to it! I know pulling a nail and plugging it isn’t a lot of revenue, but I also just had them put a set of new tires on one of my other cars 3 months ago for over 1k and had them switch and rotate tires on two other cars. I guess they don’t want my business and I am bringing it to a different place from here on out! Worst customer service and management! And now, to top it all off, they responded to my review with a standardized response that even talks about "my travel plans" that were interrupted... no travel plans were interrupted! I had appointments and you just wasted my time the first time for a few hours and this time I didn't let it happen because I simply didn't have time to sit around and wait even though I had an appointment! Just shows how important these reviews are for them. They don't even address the issue, because the manager simply doesn't care.

When I got 32k miles from a tire warrantied for 85k, and asked how much they would prorate the tires, employee lied to me on 4 different occasions, saying he's trying to find that out. Customer service confirmed that nobody from this location called about me. If they had simply said they weren't going to honor the warranty instead of lying, I would have bought the new tires anyway. You lost $743 of business, not to mention any future business. 18 years of loyalty means nothing to these people.

I made an appointment for a simple inspection and was there for over an hour. They insisted, in order to pass, that I replace my two-month-old windshield wipers. Would not recommend this place, unless you would like to be scammed.

Since my family moved to Greensboro area nine years ago, I have taken all three of my vehicles there for service from annual NC inspection to new tire installations. I have Goodyear tires on all of my vehicles, and over 24 Goodyear tires have been installed. One good reason I favored this Goodyear store on College Road is simply because the Store Manage, Chris Price. He has been always courteous, professional and transparent about what needs to be done and how much the service charge is. Often times he is so busy with numerous customers at the same time, he has tis patience to listen to your questions and offer you the most accurate answers. Just recently, upon his expert recommendations, I have had 4 sets of Goodyear Assurance ComfortDrive tires and 4 sets of Assurance WeatherReady tires installed on two of my vehicles. Chris, thank you for your expertise, professionalism and patience that really impressed me. If anyone wants new tires, remember to call Goodyear store on College Road first to make sure that Chris is there. Very often, the individual manager makes the positive impact in our daily life. Chris, appreciate you for your help and service from day one till now.
