What a waste of time. I get my car towed there and waiting for an hour just to hear that there is nothing that they can do. The overweight employee even thought that it was funny when doing this.

Every time I come here, they are always trying to get me to leave my car to the next day. They can never do same day service it seams. I came this last time at 1:00 pm and he still asking that I leave my car till tomorrow morning. I regret buying from them. If I didn’t Already have warranty on my tires with them, they would never see me again. I’ll be getting my next set from someone else.

I rate three due to i pay my credit card bill there and every time there's never no one up front to take care of customer service and I wait at least 20 minutes and no one still don't come to service desk. Unacceptable.

Needed a wheel balance check to see if I have a bent rim. Man on the phone says it'll be an hour, I get there and theyre telling me at least two hours. OK. 30 minutes later the guy comes and tells me it's pointless to check my wheel balance because my tires aren't brand new, and tries to charge me 600 dollars for new tires, which I don't even need, and isn't why I'm there. Waste of my time and theirs. At least I didn't give them any money, not going back.

Went in to have air-conditioning and power-steering repaired (08/25/23). Went in to have air-condition and power-steering repaired(06/13/24). Went in to have air-condition and power-steering. Went in to have air-condition and power-steering repaired, check engine light was on when I got in vehicle.07/04/24 still trying to resolve engine light problem.I am satisfied with the air conditioning and power-steering but not the cost.my engine light is still on.

Anthony Goodwin, the service manager, deserves a medal (and a raise if you’re reading this, corporate!)! I came in with a dead squirrel under my hood and asked for help. When it seemed like it was stuck and they wouldn’t be able to get it out, Anthony came out and worked on it, braving the stench, until he was able to dislodge and remove it. Thank you so much!!!

I got a flat tire after work one evening and had to have my car towed to this Goodyear since it is within walking distance from my home. I dealt with Melissa there and I can say that she was great! I needed all new tires, and she gave me their price and allowed me to shop around for a lower price, which she told me that Goodyear would match as long as it was the same brand and tire. I can't speak for other people there, but if you go here, ask for Melissa (she's the only woman there) and she will work with you, esp if you're on a budget like I was. She was honest, fair, and flexible with me and can't say enough about how she really helped me out when I was in a tough spot.

Excellent service, great price on tires, went up and above with a full vehicle inspection and no pressure to perform the work, even put my spare tire back under the truck. Highly recommend.

Oh my gosh, what an amazing store! I needed air in my tire and they were so helpful! One of the salesmen stopped what he was doing, took me to the garage and had someone get me taken care of-right away! He was friendly and thorough. He looked at my driver door to see the tire placard to fill my tires to the correct amount. He saw that someone took all of my tire caps and helped me put new ones on my four tires. I would have no problem referring my own mom to go there. The best part is this was deep downtown in Detroit! How refreshing to find such friendly and go the extra mile people!!

Book through their online promotion to be told at my appointment that they “don’t do that kind of oil change” and the oil change is 3x the price. What? It’s a conventional oil change. Was also told it’ll be 2 hours before they get my car in and that the appointment time is just the time they expect the car to be dropped off.

I don't understand I had a set of tires installed almost a week ago ,first he took forever with getting ready my papers and I had Togo to work, second I called to ask why one of the tires seem like it's a leak and I got hung up on ........ I'm not sure the standard of this new business practices but it's not very customer friendly.

I used to use these guys all the time when Skip was the manager, but since he left the place has gone to hell. Called them today to ask about swapping a set of winter tires onto my wife's car. They were already mounted and balanced - I just needed the summer tires removed and the snow tires put back on. Whoever answered the phone says no problem, $20 and 60-90 minutes, which is what I've paid many times over the last 20 years. I loaded the snow tire into my truck and we drove both vehicles to the shop. When I told them what I was quoted, the manager said sorry, it will be $100! I clarified what was needed (no mounting or balancing, just a simple 15 minute job) and he said $100. I stormed out and said never again. Got them done down the street for $20 the next day.

If you’re an Uber driver or Lyft driver don’t come here for inspection. They told me my four tires need to be changed so I did go to someone else to change the four tires because their price was too high for me this was on Saturday and after one day on Monday I came back for another inspection, they said outer and inner tie rod need to be changed as well !! Why didn’t you tell me this before so I don’t come back for another inspection unless everything is Okay as you previously mentioned at the inspection paperwork ? He said he can’t predict the future for whatsoever! He can only predict that I am coming back again and again and again… But I am not !

Mark me down as impressed: fast; a fraction of the cost that nearby shops were quoting to swap out my winter tires; technicians loaded the tires into my car and even took the time to fit plastic bags on the ones that went on my upholstery; and (unlike competitors I tried in the past), they checked the air pressure. I'll be coming back.

Terrible service managers are rude, nasty & could care less about customers. Brought in my car that wouldn't start & they put on a part that wasn't the problem & then sent me on my way with a car that still won't start. Find a better garage these bozos are worthless,!!!

They really helped me out of a bind after hitting a pothole and blowing out a tire on the highway. We were traveling from Detroit to Traverse City with a car full of luggage and presents a few days after Christmas. Earl couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful to get my car repaired that day. I highly recommend.

Untrustworthy, unreliable, liars, they add services you didn't agree with. My brakes were shot and all the notifications connected to the brakes were lit every time I started my vehicle. I asked Goodyear to repair brakes. They did, but returned my vehicle back to me with the same identical brake notifications lights still unattended. When I expressed my concern, the manager wrote up another estimate of couple of hundreds of dollars!!!! I saw the tech test drive my car. There's no way he didn't see the brake notification lights on dashboard still lit! Faulty work! Yes I received a refund, do the right thing the first time, no need for a refund!!

Went there to get my tires check and I must I did not have to wait. Good customer service as well. He came right and check my tires and put air in all of them even though it was a blizzard outside. Thank you Goodyear.
