After my nightmare with dick smith dealership. I called Goodyear ( I had my tires replaced this past summer at that store). I spoke to the manager Lee. Told him my experience at dick smith and he was shocked it was going to cost me 1,800 . He scheduled me an appointment the following Saturday. However, on my way to work the morning after dick smith work one my car something was horribly wrong with it. So, I called Lee at Goodyear and told him how my car was driving. He told me to bring it in that day so they could look at it. Mind you I didn’t even have an appointment. He told the time top just for me. I was truly impressed. I took my car over to Goodyear and told them that my car was driving bad and it was vibrating so bad. Also, mentioned that dick smith told me it had to replace a part on my car and it would cost 1,800. They were shocked to say the least. Jasper ( that was the gentleman who put new tires on my car last summer what a gem) took my car in there garage put it on a lift. He asked me to step out into the garage and showed me what dick smith was talking about. At that point, he took a crowbar and tried to move the part in question. He couldn’t even move it. That dealership lied to me and that was his opinion as well. However, there was a small hole in the boot of this part. I need to say take I did so much research On this part I knew everything about it. So, I told Jasper to just replace bother of them. I can’t tell you how relieved I was. He also told me that the dealership didn’t balance my tires and that’s the reason why it was driving so bad. My car is fixed now and I fell very safe driving it thanks to Goodyear!!!! I want to thank Lee(the manager), Jasper ( a god sent), Markie ( the sales associate), and Theo ( the gentleman who replaced the parts). The shop treated me with such respect and made me feel like I was the most important customer there. So, ladies, that’s how a car repair shop should treat you!!!! I CAN NOT express the gratitude I feel and the respect I was given. I’m going to be a customer of Goodyear for ever. Again, Lee I can’t thank you enough. If I could I would give this place one hundred stars!!!!!!

I took my car back for the oil change I tried to get a couple of months ago and this time was definitely a great experience. Mr. Haag and his crew took good care of me and my vehicle and I will definitely be back for other services. A complete 360 and was greatly appreciated especially having the time I had before.. 👍🏾

UPDATE 1 YR LATER: I arrived on a Saturday morning, just after they opened, to request an oil change, new wipers, and a quote for tires. At the front desk, a female technician consulted what appeared to be the manager and asked if I had an appointment, which I did not. Unfortunately, they were unable to give me a specific time for the services, and to be honest, their demeanor felt unwelcoming, and they didn’t seem interested in retaining my business. Consequently, I decided to go to the Express Oil change location on Forum Drive, where I received all the services I needed without any complications. Typically, I visit the Goodyear on Two Notch/Spring Valley. A YEAR AGO: I've never been to this particular Goodyear. My first time was last week. The techs were friendly, inviting, honest about the wait time, & informative. Most importantly , they ensured I was aware in detail in concerning my vehicle & any issues I brought forth.

Matthew Maxwell and his team did a great job when I had to get new tires and brakes/rotors. Very professional and it didn’t take long at all. Will recommend to anyone and definitely will be coming back in the near future

My husband took his truck for an alignment and the first one they did the steering wheel was at the 2 o'clock position and when he took it back the next morning the technician left many grease spots inside the truck which should not have been there.

Went in a few days ago for an oil change, I knew I needed tires but was unaware of how bad, Markie polity informed me that it was desperately time and also assist me with tire choices. I showed her were I was currently looking for tires she even price match for she went above and beyond, everyone was very pleasant and did an amazing job...I'll definitely be back ❣️

Made an appointment online for 8:30 am on 8/26/24 for a front end alignment check. Arrived at Goodyear on time with no wait. The lady behind the counter ask could she help me. I told her I had an appointment for 8:30 for an alignment check. She stated there was no mechanic there to perform the services. If the company can't perform services they advertise then don't advertise it. They need a protocol of monitoring appointments and notifying customer ahead of time if they can't perform any services. Update:At 9:14am Goodyear on Clemson Rd called my phone stating she was unaware of the technicians switching days. Says now after my original schedule appointment time has passed she has another technician in now who can do the front end check like I'm supposed to sit around and wait. I Told her I went to another shop and my vehicle is already getting serviced. Spring Valley Goodyear took me straight in and is servicing my vehicle.

Friendly and helpful staff. I can't complain. I came in with a flat that I got while driving from Florida and they quoted me and fixed it within 30 mins.

This is the best goodyear ever. They stayed after hours to replace all four of my tires and alignment. They made sure to keep me and my family safe on the road. I love these guys and will always come to this store. Matt and keyshawn and the goodyear team are the best!

Came for oil change before Thanksgiving and tire rotation and end up with technician stripping my oil pan and his own associate admit to it and want me to pay for repair and oil change but to get my car out there establish I paid for oil change but very unprofessional and untrustworthy especially if they mess up

I came in for a tune up and the second I walked in everybody was, joking around, laughing,and all around energetic.I’m usually nervous about taking my car to places I never been before but based off their vibes and energy I could tell they really take their time and are careful with the cars . They had my car ready the next morning and it was back running smoothly. This is where I’m going to bring it for now on

I really appreciate their honesty in fixing my car. I thought I had a wheel bearing issue but it was just a rock lodged between my rotors and wheel bearing. Thanks for not being money hungry and fixing something I didn’t need. Recommend Ben and Matthew.
