Folks are always pleasant and easy to work with. They even aired my tires up without asking. Big thing is they provide suggestions and best practices but don't push it on you like they're trying to jack up the bill for no reason. I'm far more likely to add on an additional service suggestion if you're nice about it and don't push me - these folks got the right idea.

Negative Stars, Be Very Careful. Horrible Service, Over Priced, Flat Out Rude! October, 2024 Bought 4 Pirelli tires for $1400 Goodyear recommended January 12 Front tire blew - Goodyear recommended I replace lug nuts, I bought them, put them in front seat of car. January 13 - Goodyear charged me $320 to replace tire - Asked for annual inspection - $120 to replace light in bumper, Ridiculous! - $40 for 4 lug new nuts, they said the old ones were no good. I said no. - when I arrived at Goodyear, the bag of five lug nuts was missing from the passenger side seat. - Goodyear put the old lug nuts back on, I paid them, and left. - When I went to pay, Jamie, the manager who originally sold me the tires, told me that there was something else wrong with my rear tire sensor, and that it would also have to be replaced. - I turned on the car, and it registered as nothing wrong, except they overinflated my new tire by 16 PSI. This is dangerous, incompetent, and unacceptable! Never again! They were rude, inattentive, dishonest, and extremely over priced, and they do not stand by their product. * Update: Goodyear response to my review lists a generic phone number that puts me in a customer service que. Absolutely nothing to do with discussing or resolving any concerns. Anyone considering doing anything, big or small, I would strongly suggest you reed this, and their many other 1 star reviews, before you risk your vehicle.

I tried. Showed up at 701 am, a minute after they opened. Just needed a tire patch. Three hours later, done. Also got an estimate for a tire replacement that I did not need for about 995 dollars. Priorities of using the slots is non existent. Oh and the tire they patched they over inflated by 10 to 45 instead of 35. Yeah, no. Thanks

We were ripped off of both our time and money by Goodyear and I am disappointed in the lack of communication to customers and honesty of the technicians. Brought our car in with a slow leak in the rear tire. After making an appointment online, we were told it would be an hour and a half and that they are “1st come first serve.” After about an hour, someone came out and said the car was ready and the tire fixed, when asked what was wrong with the tire they said “oh I don’t know the technician did not make any notes.” They charged us $40 for the “repair.” Within the week the tire light came on two more times, I finally took it to another company who said the leak was in the sidewall and therefore could not be replaced- we ended up needing to get a new tire. Goodyear saw a quick opportunity to make a few bucks knowing we would trust them to fix a simple issue.

Soooooo, they did exactly what was expected, for me at least! Only complaint I have is that they never changed my oil change sticker and reset maintenance required! I was given a call to approve whatever happened to my car before things were done and explained the cost and the value of doing so beforehand! Very transparent in their explanations as well!

Have an alignment warranty with them, but they didn’t take the time to properly align my truck. They adjusted the toe, which brought the camber barely within spec, but significantly off from the left side. Won’t be going back.

Other than the 35 minute drive I had a good experience. All of the gentlemen were friendly and answered my questions. I set and waited on car. Arrived around 8:30 left close to 11. The establishment is small on the inside. It was clean and organized. I watched HGTV the entire time. The mechanics were getting cars in and out. Overall great experience.

Found little difference in the cost of new tires for dealers in the area for my Toyota truck and decided to use this Goodyear store to do the work since it was close by. They had the tires and paperwork ahead of time as I had pre-planned on line. They indicated it would take 90 mins to do the work. I took closer to 2 hours. I thought this was more than it should have taken, but as I decided to monitor the staff working from the outside I could see why. Generally, they worked continuously, but they would be interrupted by people coming in to get their tire pressure checked. While outside I decided to scan the entrance apron to the service bays. Found miscellaneous debris including a metal valve cap. Made a point of handing it to the manager while asking if each morning they policed the apron area so that customers tires were not driven over debris. He laughed and tossed the cap in the garbage. So we now have Goodyear's answer to that question.

I had a really bad experience that I feel like needs to be addressed.We have frequented this store for 8 years. I went in for an oil change last week and they told me in addition to a new air filter that I needed rear brakes. They told me they measured 3mm and were too dangerous to be driving. Then quoted me nearly $700 to do the job. I have a maintenance plan through Ford so I told them I’d take it there. Well, I took it this morning and they told me they actually measured 6mm and did not need to be replaced…. 😡 obviously, I’ve lost total trust in this location and find it really disappointing that they are taking advantage of people like this….

So I had a blowout on 485 and luckily I was close enough to my exit off Rea Rd when it happened. I didn’t know where to go and looked them up on Google and crawled my way there. Apparently my tire was stripped on the inside which Chris showed me the condition. He offered me a great price on a new tire but since I was in such a rush, also my wife waiting for me to pick up my son from Jiu Jitsu, could not go for it. He offered to install my spare for a very fair price. Wow! These guys went above and beyond to accommodate me and I literally just walked in and felt at home! I will definitely recommend Goodyear off Rea Rd to anyone that is looking for a place that treats you with respect and integrity.

SHAME ON YOU. I recently had my vehicle towed there and the manager Jamie gave me an initial quote on a battery replacement of $606. The next day when I told him that I was having my vehicle towed and about the price of $329 that I was quoted. He told me that most places charge a flat rate, while they a charge hourly. LIES. Almost 100% markup… he should be ashamed of himself. I am not sure if he was overcharging because I am a woman, or African American or he had to make a quota or just to pad his pocket. Regardless the reason, he should be ashamed. As long as he is there, I would steer clear. The sad thing is I moved here from Md and primarily took my person and company vehicle to the Good Year in Olney… they were amazing. The other sad thing is he was training two young men… could you image possibly having two more just like him. Shame on you!

How is that other shops that do inspections can have someone in and out in 10 minutes? I was the first one at Goodyear my car was done in 30 minutes, that’s ok but my car and myself sat there for another 30 minutes while “paperwork is being updated.” I am never going to another Goodyear again.

Stopped in for oul change a few days ago. From the guys at the front counter to the Technician (Moe), I had a very pleasent experience. They took their time servicing my car and I wasn't there all day. Will definitely refer friends and family.

I took my car in for a diagnosis for an issue on 6/18/24. I paid a diagnostic fee. I paid for a repair on 6/19/24 that didn't fix the problem. The diagnostic fee wasn't applied toward the repair cost - I had to pay that fee separately. Now the problem is worse. I took the car back to this location on 6/25/24 hoping they could make it right. They're trying to charge me an additional diagnostic fee. Why would you operate like this?

Made an appointment online for 12:30pm, checked the box that I would be waiting for completion in store, and it was for a very specific item which was State Inspection, and got a confirmation email etc. So I show up at 12:20pm and am told the “guy that does inspections just left for lunch 2 minutes ago and isn’t back for an hour, do you want to wait?” Not sure how that happens if there is one guy that can do it, you have the reservation, you confirmed the reservation, and then the only guy that can do them leaves for lunch JUST BEFORE THE RESERVATION. People told me not to go here but I thought I would give it a shot. Guess I should listen to the reputation better.

Terrible service. In October, I came in for an oil change. The next day, the filter exploded, and all the oil leaked out over my car. The service initially didn't want to help or take any responsibility. Only when I mentioned calling the police did they decide to respond and call a tow truck. I spent the whole day dealing with this situation, and afterward, the workers were rude, denied responsibility, and refused to compensate for their mistake in any way. Recently, I went back with another car for an oil change, and it would have been fine if the people knew how to work. However, they didn't tighten the oil, and once again, the whole car was covered in oil. I'm incredibly grateful that my car is okay now, but the company is a complete disaster. I see no point in trying to sort it out because I already know that besides their rude attitude, I won't get anything from this service. So, I strongly advise against using their services.

I read all reviews before to use their service. Reviews were 50-50 so I decided to give it a try. Reviews didn't lie - people working there kind of rude and unrespectful, not trustworthy. Wheel alighment is done fast - this is plus. But it was devalued by 2 minuses. First - they were out of ink and couldn't print the alighment report. As I needed this report, discussed possibilities of getting it - they put my car back, checked by machine and I could take photoes of the screen. But office supplies are included into bill. Second - I asked for free car inspection for 29 points as it is listed in Services description. They said nothing bad was discovered during inspection🙂 I know my car problems so I'm sure they haven't done it at all. Why to lie to me about that? So unrespectful trying to make fool of me. Make your own conclusion if it is worth of using this service.

They setup a 10:30am appointment and said it will take an hour for a state inspection. We dropped the car at 10:30am exactly. Came back at 12:30pm. Didn’t even bother looking at the car. The manager the guy with dark glasses and cap told me they are going to look at it now. So if I don’t go back they would have never looked at it. I said what happened you said it will be done in an hour, and if you can’t do it in 5 minutes I can’t stay around and miss my 1pm appointment. He said no inspection takes 5 minutes and i told him then I am leaving. He smiled and said thanks for coming by, no apologies for wasting our time and not delivering on promised time. Last time we are coming here and I hope people see this review and stop put business like this out of their misery.

Do not go here. 3 separate occasions I’ve been forced here because of availability and every time it’s been miserable. Twice they’ve diagnosed the issue, said they can’t fix it, and charge me $90 to tell me I have to take it somewhere else. The one time they did fix something it was a brake caliper and I had to take it somewhere else 3 weeks later because they installed it incorrectly. They will overcharge and underdeliver.

I drive for lyft and this was a location they offer when using a Vehicle through them. They have a rental program btw check it out!!!( Unfortunately I scraped my oil pan😩 going over a hard speed bump) Super friendly, and understanding. Just no MAJOR MECHANICS ON SUNDAYS (keep in mind)Very prompt and professional unfortunately I forgot the gentlemans name who took in my car but he was great none the less. So thank you. And from now on I will only use this location. The only thing concerning to give it a 4 not 5 was oil drips on the trunk and hood of the car? Which can ruin the paint it might not be my car but I will treat it as such... as im using it to make a living and I AM liable for any damage over 6 inches. OIL DRIPS ON HOOD WERE A GOOD 12 INCHES THE TRUNK WAS 2 SOILD SPOTS LIKE someone held it over the car is two spots. Please be more diligent in the care of ANYONES transport.

My son came here to get an NC inspection. That's all. He went in at 11:15 AM and was there until 2:00 PM. Yep, just an inspection. The bulb was out on his license plate so he needed a new one. They are on Amazon for less than $4.00, but he was charged $98.00. Do not go here unless you have plenty of time and even more money, to waste. Complete rip off. Unfortunately, they listened to my complaint about as well as my son did when I told him not to go there.

This is by far the ABSOLUTE worst Goodyear. Everyone here is incompetent and rude. I had issues a few months ago trying to get new tires on my car. Then today I figured let’s give them another shot since I have a wheel alignment warranty. I made an appointment on their website that listed 5 and 5:30 as available appointment times and made a 5pm appointment. Showed up about 10 mins prior and what does the guy tell me when I say I’m here for my appointment “well we close at 5”. No I’m sorry for the inconvenience or let’s schedule you for a time we’re open. Had no sympathy whatsoever. And then had the nerve to tell me it says they close at 5 on the door. I scheduled the appointment ONLINE. How in the hell could I have looked at the door prior to going. Pretty sure this is the same person that gave me such a hard time about my tire warranty a few months ago. And if you really do close at 5 then your website shouldn’t allow people to make appointments. That’s a pretty simple concept.
