5 stars for the customer service and ease of getting my car taken care of. The guys were kind and knowledgeable about what my car needed. They offer online booking for appointments, which is super convenient. The lobby of this location is in need of a face-lift.

Got a flat on 4th of July morning and needed a tire last minute. I called and they were able to get me in within 10 minutes! Prices were great and the service technicians were extremely knowledgeable and professional. Couldn’t recommend this shop enough

Billy and The Team here at Good year are Professional and Caring mechanics. They make sure the job is right and the prices are fair & reasonable. The waiting area and bathrooms are very clean and they have complimentary beverages as you wait in the cool waiting area while you await for your vehicle to get repaired. You can trust the team here at this Good year.

Customer service was amazing I came in yesterday just for an oil change. While waiting the store manager came to me and broke down every reason why I need to get all new tires. He worked with me on financing to get 4 tires. Kurtis the store manager is amazing and a great addition to this store

Kurtis green, Mike stratman, Darrell Wilson. All extremely good employees. Actually care about you. Will go above and beyond for you. I highly recommend this place. If your gonna have to wait awhile for your car, trust and believe you will have great conversations to pass your time .

Online it says they closes at 7.. I get there at 5:25 just to get my tire mount and balanced and I got turned away because they shut the air off. Wow I never knew a company to turn business away even when you’re not closed and on top of that, they didn’t even have customers there. So they wasn’t busy. I even had the rim and tire off the vehicle to make it easy for them. Even if they closed at 6 they still had time smh.. terrible customer service

I walked in the last 20 minutes before close due to my tire going flat on my way home. The guy at the front desk was so gentle and kind and he made sure I got the help I needed rather than saying they would be closing. I am grateful for his kindness and I wish I knew his name but he knows who he is. These people are wonderful!

They got people thats dont know what they doing or saying always come here to change my truck tires. Today they said their machone dont have power to take my tire of the wheel 🤦🏽 its not a semi truck tire its just a normal f350 front tire smh

Took my GMC ENVOY to Good Year because my engine light was on. They took less then 20 minutes to look at it and then said my engine was damaged internally. They told me I needed a new engine. I took my truck for a 2nd opinion and found out it was my spark plugs mis-firing. I got charged $130 from Good Year for very bad information. I felt the mechanic did not take his time to find out what was going on, he only looked at my truck for 20 minutes.

Took my car for a slow leak in the front drivers side tire. I accidentally wrote "passengers tire" leak on the check info, but over the phone told them it was my drivers side. They replaced my passenger side tire, which was completely fine, after telling me it had something wrong. Charged me for that and also for breaking the lugnut. The price ended up being almost 400 for something that didn't need to be done. I took the same car to a different goodyear. They found the slow leak and charged me a very small price to fix it. This place told me I needed 2 new tires when I didn't even need 1.

Great experience at Goodyear today! Came in for an oil change, but the manager Eric walked me out to my car and explained a couple other things that needed to get done. I didn't feel haggled, he was great at explaining why I really did need everything (new tire and alignment) for my safety! Gave me a great deal and was still out within about an hour. I will definitely be back for any services I need.

I love this place!!! I made an oil change appt online for 9am the next day. I arrived at the facility at 8:57a, checked in and was OUT by 8:23a!!! Service Manager Eric is AMAZING, FRIENDLY AND COURTEOUS and doesn't try to sell you services you don't need. He always provides recommendations but doesn't try to force you into buying a service. If you're ever in the area STOP BY and let them service your vehicle.
