The customer service representatives are very nice here. But the problem is I ordered two tires twice because the first time they didn't come and neither did they the second time. The first time they said they didn't even have my order in the system. When I went there I was told the order was in the system but they sent the tires back. They were supposed to call me to let me know when the tires arrived so that I could schedule an appointment. At the end of the day I have no idea where the mistake occurred but I just changed my mind and decided to go somewhere else. But as I said before, they were very nice the entire time.

I appreciate the courteousness and enthusiasm shown by the staff at Greenbrier Goodyear. My mothers car tire had been punctured by an object on 285 north. Thankfully we were able to pull in safely to this location. Kim got up in the middle of taking calls at the front desk to check out the car and Dwayne took time in between servicing other cars to give us a jack and attempt to top off the tire enough to get home. While they did not have the tire we needed and we came in last minute, these two were absolute professionals, very pleasant to work with and took care of us as best as they could! That counts for a lot these days.

It was busy and took a moment, discovered I had two of the same issues instead of one. But they were able to replace both TPMS and now, no lights or tire issues.

After a flat tire on 285, this was the closest location that was open on a Sunday. I called and spoke with Ms. Kim and she told me to get my car towed there and she would be there to help. After arriving, Ms. Kim was juggling and handling about 3 customers that had came in before me. She kept the environment fun and enjoyable even though the situation was frustrating of having a flat tire. Once checked in Ms. Kim provided me with a quote and I was ready for service. Mr. Felix handled the repair and did a great job with explaining to me the cause of the flat as well. I’m grateful for the service received and would recommend this location to all.

I was a bit unsure about bringing my car here after seeing some mixed reviews, but I went for it since my wife's car was having serious issues and we needed a quick fix. I'm really glad I made that choice! My first point of contact was Demetrius. I had my car towed to the shop and chatted with him over the phone to explain what was going on. He was super responsive and kept me in the loop the whole time. I towed the car in on Friday, and by early Saturday afternoon, it was all fixed up and running better than ever. There was a lot that needed to be done, but Demetrius was a huge help in figuring out what was necessary and adjusted the estimate so we could get most of the work completed. I really appreciate the service here. I’d definitely recommend this place and will return if I need anything else!

Do not go here , very high price , and they over charge for simple work , they charged me $200 just to look at my car and say it has an electrical problem, As I was sitting in them waiting room i over heard them up charge 3 different women for something they didn’t even ask for smh

Kim took great care of me yesterday. Mercedes needed tire replaced, battery and oil change. road in in tow truck, rolled out on the wind. PLEASE get new tv, furniture. have coffee, supplies or REMOVE maker. Clean ceiling and clean trash from around property. Let lobby reflect service.

Kim was Amazing my dad and I came in 2 hrs before closing and instead of her telling us no she was able to help us with 2 new tire installs and balancing. Her customer service was top tier and we will definitely give her location business in the future !!!!!

This is legit my favorite Goodyear and that’s no exaggeration. I have been to multiple locations and they ALWAYS take care of me at the Greenbriar location!! The entire crew is extremely helpful especially Ms. Kim 😌!

This is my first time at this location, and I had a very pleasant experience. Shay was super friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful! She got me taken care of and made sure I was comfortable as I waited for my services. I will be back to this location.
