From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, friendly, and genuinely eager to help. I brought my vehicle in under warranty, anticipating a longer wait, but to my surprise, they finished the repairs in just one day! This level of efficiency is rare and truly commendable. Not only did they address the warranty repairs promptly, but they also went above and beyond by fixing my seat belts, which had been giving me trouble. They charged a reasonable $100 for the seat belt repair – an incredible deal compared to the dealership’s quote, which was significantly higher. It's clear that Goodman Auto values their customers and strives to provide top-notch service without breaking the bank. The entire team at Goodman Auto is polite, personable, and professional. They took the time to explain the work done on my car and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the process. Nick and jared were super nice, I came in just for an inspection and nick noticed I needed some interior work and they fixed it for me for a great price. They also do mechanical work so if you need anything done yall need to come here!

I am a spanish speaker and it can difficult to find someone to help you get your vehicle fixed properly. They took the time to translate. The mechanic was great. My car failed and the mechanic diagnóstico my car and they showed me where the New tax office was. Best service.

This place is awesome. Nobody would pass my truck for inspection because the horn didn’t work. They figured out the problem in seconds and got everything worked out quick. Can’t beat that.

Amazing service! This was my first time here getting my car inspected. Nick, the owner, made me feel comfortable in a way that made it seem like he knew that his right-hand man will do a great job with my vehicle. Jared was the guy who helped me do my inspection. Though, I didn't quite talk to him much, he was quick and knows his profession, etc. I can ASSURE you that he WILL know your vehicle's right CARE. I will return again! Thank y'all!

Worst place ever. My friend went there because nick was saying how good his mechanic was ends up. They are a fraud, my friend went in for an alternator, and they dropped it saying that the alternator was broken from the beginning when he bought it at auto zone and it was fine. After that my friend went to another mechanic and the mechanic showed us how the serpentine belt was cut on multiple places and some wires were bunch up and almost broken. Now lets say they didn’t do this on purpose, which I doubt, nick for sure saw that it was broken and decided to not tell my friend which would have cost him his life. They are only looking for money and don’t even know what they are doing. Please do yourself a favor and don’t waste your money on him like he did.

Nik helped me when I had a check engine light on. His mechanic diagnosed the problem, the part was ordered, and my car was back to normal. I drove it 50 miles, brought it back, then it passed. The price was better than the other shops as well. I HIGHLY RECOMEND THIS PLACE AND WILL ONLY USE THEM FOR ALL OF MY AUTO NEEDS. I AM FROM ANOTHER STATE AND RHIS IS A BLESSING TO GET THIS HELP!!!! Cannot say enough good things about Nick and his guys. Very professional, fast, the process is super easy and he doesn’t beat you over the head with upsells or haggling. The inspections are what they are and he cares about his customers.
