Servicio del nabo, no saben quién soy y me contestan en inglés y después "que paso compa", no soy su compa, solo quería hacer sota para mis neumáticos Pero mejor voy a otro parte. Si eso fue por teléfono ue sucederá en persona. Muy mal educados.

Lleve 2 veces mi auto la primera de cambiar los frenos me cambiaron hasta la masa de la rueda aumentando el precio, la segunda ocasión fui por un cambio de aceite y de 90 dlls subió a 95 dlls así de la nada asiendo lo mismo. Está vez voy por un ruido al avanzar y salen primero que eran una parte de amortiguadores y en 1 minuto, cambio de opinión el disque gerente y chingarle 4000 mil dlls por cosas que no pedí saque mi auto de ahí... Lo lleve a otro mecánico y me resolvió sin tanta estupidez. Pues si mecánico me decía que necesitaba cambio de aceite de frenos, cambio de filtro de gasolina, el líquido anticongelante. Etc... Y no, no necesitaba nada. Tambien fui por un foco que no prendía tenía un falso ahh los muy vivos decían que 350 la hora más lo que se repare . Jaja los HDP le metieron mano al socket por eso tenía el falso querían que lo reparará ahí mismo. Y solo metieron un platico el socket ellos lo manipulan. Nunca regresaré a este taller pues de $4000 dlls paso solo a $1000 ya con todo nuevo. La otra es que según me cambiaron una manguera de anticongelante y solo le pusieron silicón al polo, pero me cobraron la manguera como nueva cuando solo la limpiaron pusieron silicón... Poca madre. No recomiendo este taller y menos si les toca con un gerente chicano... Pues son lo que roban y andan diciendo que saben cuándo ni carro propio han de tener. NO RECOMIENDO este taller por tanto que me querían robar... Y al parecer no soy el único que se ha que jado de este taller y sus mecánicos. OjO.

These people suck wish I could place No stars. They charged me for work that didn't need to be done. I payed to fix Valve gasket at their recommendation & That made my car worse & then they said it's something else. I paid again. I came back , my window didn't work & they returned the last payment & they said there is nothing they could do. Take it somewhere else. I contacted the B.B.B. goodguys never responded. Now I have a diagnostic from another mechanic. I'm taking them to Civil Court. They laughed at me & everything. Horrible people. The type you tell God about.

Most of these reviews are cap don’t fall for it. I went to get one of my flat tires replaced. The worker said they have the original tire that comes with my car. When I picked it up it was a bootleg brand tire I was so upset. They didn’t want to refund me or replace it. They wanted to charge me almost $330!!! For the original tire. Just because I’m a female dont up charge me. They are sloppy and have no morals. The manager is rude!! Expect long wait and no dams given to customer service. Save your time and money.

I took my car in for a routine oil change. Ismael and his team found a serious safety problem while they worked in my car (torn axle boot). They called me, explained the situation plainly, and completed the necessary repairs quickly. I had my car back quickly, and a quick search showed the price was entirely reasonable. I’m grateful they were able to take care of my family vehicle’s needs when we were so far from home.

Unfortunately the front passenger wheel bearing went out on our Dodge Durango our way to Mexicali, fortunately we were a few minutes away from Goodguys Tire and Auto. Their name says it all, they got us up and running in no time we made it safely to our destination. The team was courteous, professional and diligent. I will be coming back to buy some tires.

My tire pressure light came on while driving on the 99 from Sacramento to Orange County. I pulled in, was given instant assistance and they found a hole in my tire. I purchased 2 tires and was back on the road in record time! Fabulous service!!

First Mechanic I was able to go to that didn’t feel like they were trying to take my money, I got 2 new front tires and an alignment for 260 and then they did both my break drums and shoes for 400, which was still like 50-60 bucks cheaper than most other places I’ve gone too, it isn’t a whole lot cheaper but 50 bucks is 50 bucks, they’re also pretty fast, last mechanic I went to took around 4 hours just for a general inspection while this shop took that time to not only replace my drums and shoes but they also went ahead and did some inspections like checking my filters and a few other things which I didn’t even request, of course I knew this from just getting my car inspected before but it’s nice that they just included it as a courtesy, all though I hope to never have a need to go to a mechanic anytime soon, they have definitely earned my business and will be a repeat customer when issues arise hopefully in the far far future. Also Ismael was super helpful and was the one to help me out quickly and professionally, they also have a cool text feature that takes you to a site that shows any problems your car has that they might’ve found while doing repairs which is super convenient
