Came in to get an oil change, was given an ETA of 40 minutes to an hour and nearly two hours later my car was ready. If it takes two hours that’s fine but please give me an accurate estimate so I can make arrangements and not waste my afternoon.

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!! They diagnosed the problems on my Chevrolet Colorado and kept me updated on the repairs needed and had the prices ready for me to approve (their prices were very reasonable). The guys who work there were awesome to deal with. I HIGHLY recommend Goodguys Tire and Auto on Shaw and Brawley!!!!

I got it oil change from here yesterday.I tell the counter guy that when I got this car for 64000 miles on it, now i drive this car 3500 miles then i tell, whenever I would put my foot on the excavator, the car would start moving immediately but now if I put my foot on the excavator, it goes very slowly, so I want to ask something regarding this, It makes me very angry that we don’t do all of this for free. Its behavior was very rude. Even after asking they do not tell what kind of oil we are putting in the engine, they just say we are just changing it. While I was paying my bill, he suddenly hit the card Machine on the counter. I found his behaviour very bad and rude.

Joe explained to me in detail what my car needed. It was nice for him to take the time to answer all my questions even when I could tell he was super busy. I have been going to this Good Guys for some years and take all my children’s cars here to get worked on and I trust Joe as my mechanic and he does a really good job. I’m pleased with the mechanical performance he does. I will continue to spread the good word.

Ronald Lyons and his team were excellent, excellent care, excellent customer service, all around excellent experience. Came in for a routine oil change, and they offered some suggestions for other maintenance. It was great and informative advice without the pushiness of trying to sell a service or a product. Was very happy with the service. Very fast and efficient. Also liabile. Always go back to the Goodguys when I have issues with my car. They also have warranty's for the work they do replacing parts on my vechile. Never had any problems with their work. David Russo

Took my girlfriend’s car in to get an oil change. Jorge went out of his way to be unhelpful and inconsiderate. Even though they got it done in a timely manner the rudeness made the experience very bad. I asked if they could check out her axle to see what’s wrong with it and he said he couldn’t do it unless I pay for a diagnostic. If that’s a company policy, it needs to be addressed because that’s just bad customer service.
