I came in on a Saturday, early. I was able to be helped right away. Whole process took about 2hrs. I did not wait in the office, they texted/called when my car was ready. I was purchasing 4 new tires. They also did a cursory examine of my car as well. There was a little hiccup with a brittle part on my rim, but the nicely compensated by reducing my bill. Which was definitely satisfactory to me. I will visit this location again for my tire related inquires.

Great customer service and great work came in to get a diagnosis ended up being the ac compressor they changed it out fast and got me back on the road I’ll definitely come back here thanks guys

These guys are actually good guys! They helped me with my yukon that I was trying for months to fix with no success. Ishmael was very accommodating and and Edward gave me a really good price on the work done. They also replaced another part for me for free since it was similar to the issue I went in for. They earned my return business.

I was able to get in quickly and the service was completed the same day. They fixed the issue it was bright in for and recommended another service that could have been dangerous if not repaired. I received pictures by text, although they arrived after they called with the recommendation. I probably could have asked to see them first. Dave was easy to talk to and explained things well. Would recommend.

I thought I had a potential coolant leak and they were able to inspect the issue. They showed me an area where my car was dripping water from normal condensation. I’m not from the Fresno area and they made sure to check out everything before my road-trip. They price match as well.

Parts were more expensive then even the dealerships charges. Service seemed acceptable but only time will tell. They will try to sell you on a credit card after they overcharge you for basic services. On top of that they are deceitful about their “upfront pricing” I would only recommend this place if you are looking to waste your money. They make the dealership service look like a deal.

I've been getting work done here for the past year and a half through the credit card offered in store but have not been completely satisfied with the quality of overall results. Its very difficult to communicate Concerns as management constantly changes and get Different answers based on the person. I recently had a few oil leaks And was told to return if leak continues And is actually still leaking. They changed my rotors and in a few months my car is bouncing when slowing and alignment they did seemed to have only last a few months. I would say quality of work from my experience is a 2 out of 5 and customer service experience the same. I will be Going in soon to have these leaks reviewed And and will post an update in regards to what their suggestions/resolutions are. Website stars they will repair their work at no charge but I didn't get that same feeling of confidence when calling in.
