Have had them exclusively work on my car for the past year or so with no issues until I was quoted $800 to replace my front wiper motor. They said the part itself was $500 (very easily purchased new for $200) and the remainder was labor. Needless to say I’ve been second guessing how much they’ve been ripping me off all along. Install completed myself in under 20 mins lol

I called to inquire about walk-ins for a slow leak in my driver-side rear tire. Kevin was kind, he told me to bring it in so they could look at it. I was in the shop for approximately an hour. I'm grateful for there effort to plug the tire and the benefit of having a new tire available for purchase. Thank you all for the work you do. I appreciate your service. Blessings!

I brought my Subaru Crosstrek in for work on my rear brakes and rotors this past September. I chose GG because it’s near my apartment and it had good reviews here on Google. I won’t make the mistake again of taking my car somewhere without a friends recommendation. They were friendly, priced reasonably, and completed the work in a timely manner. But I immediately started hearing noises from the car. I brought it back a week later and the noise was explained away as a Subaru issue that only indicated dust/dirt buildup, nothing serious. The noise continued and got worse, so I made an appointment with the dealership I have gone to in the past. Didn’t make it there though, because the evening before my appointment I took the car down Livingston to a friend’s 10ish minutes away and my left rear tire came off. The service worker who came out to help me took one look at the studs and said he couldn’t put the tire back on. He seemed alarmed, and asked if I had work done on it recently. He said it looked like somebody messed up and did not follow protocol. I had to have it towed and got quoted over $2000. Hope this review saves somebody’s life. This was a frightening experience I’m thankful did not happen on the highway. It almost did because I stopped driving the car regularly after the noise got worse, but then chose to take it down the road to remind myself of what was going on before taking it in the next morning. Had I not taken to my friends that evening, it definitely would have fallen off on the highway heading to the dealership the next morning, which could have been disastrous.

If you knew the car was broken you should have never let him leave with it let alone let any one leave with a car that’s still broken u should have just fixed it like the car was brought in to be fix and then y’all banned someone just call yall couldn’t fix the car u just said it was fixed and it wasn’t so however y’all messed up

This place is trash my bf took the car in to give fixed they didn’t fix it gave it back and I stop damn near down the street and it stoped running they didn’t fix it and they sat there and banned him from the store know they didn’t fix the damn car now I have beef with y’all cus y’all are forever trash

While traveling to Columbus we had a small issue with the shielding underneath our car. I contacted GoodGrip Tires on a Sunday and they were able to provide a temporary fix so I could get back home and schedule time with my repairman. Really appreciated everything they did to get me in and out of there quickly and back on the road home. Love small businesses that are so customer focused. Would definitely recommend using them.

This shop saved the day, I blew out my lateral control arm on the highway and would have been stranded 175+ miles from home if it weren’t for them. They went the extra step to secure a part so we could get back on the road. The mechanics here really do care about your car, and in 2024 that’s rare to find. honest/hard/work. Hats off to Good Grip Tires, if you’re needing any vehicle work done this is a must stop for Columbus area.

Truck control arm gave in on the road had it towed here to get it fixed. They ended up fixing it but broke a sensor and tried to lie straight to my face about the lights that came on. I understood that the truck wasn’t the most pleasant thing to work on but to break something and not want to replace it because you don’t want to work on the truck anymore is unprofessional and laughable. (I also believe they blocked my number in hopes I wouldn’t call back and then just not show back up to ask about the lights) These guys are clowns and shouldn’t be in this industry anymore. I wouldn’t recommend trusting these guy with anything more than a simple oil change.

So happy we came here! We were in Columbus from out of town and the brush guard fell off my car and was scraping the ground. We had a 7 hour car ride back and didn’t know what to do but they took great care of us and fixed us up in less than 10 minutes. Amazing customer service, 10/10 would recommend!!
