Where do I begin, I would first like to start off by saying Erik Burgess was absolutely fantastic 👏🏾 👌🏾 I was not having a great day at all, but after working with him, it got better. He was kind and very patient with me in my very hard time of need I dropped my car off at 7 am and at 2:30 pm it was ready he went over all the details and let me know if I had any problems to stop by or come by anytime that I am free , I very much appreciate him looking out for me in my time of need.

Great customer service they will check your vehicles for free.i had a whole in my pipes under my vehicle they couldn't fix it but they recommended me to Ralph mufflers thanks jerry

I actually look forward to bringing my car here... I find the waiting room to be very peaceful. There are two desks, and I always get a lot of work done while waiting. Brittany at the front desk is great at customer service and scheduling. The mechanics have always done a great job on my car at a good price.

We’ve been coming here for 25 years- Same owner, manager and mechanics have cared for our cars. They are honest to tell you if it’s a problem that must be fixed right away or one that could wait a bit. Their service team is always professional, timely & courteous. I won’t take our vehicles anywhere else

My experience was horrible. Came in for a flat tire and left with both my front tires having the wrong lug nuts on them and of course I the customer was blamed for the error. Even though I could have gotten killed after leaving this establishment with tires not securely on my car and about to fly off! FYI my car never made a sound or rocking motion prior to this shops visit. It literally was just gifted to me by my grandparents who takes great care of their cars. The manager lacked responsibility, accountability and professionalism. Never again!

Took my car there because one of the tires always was low on air pressure. Car was with them for 1 WEEK, then they called me & said there is no issues with tires! I drove home & I sprayed water around tire-valve and found bubbles, & took the car back to them, where they changed one tire valve for $80! Fine, but when they returned the car, at the GoodYear parking lot, I realized that the radio volume was on maximum on an Spanish channel (why do you change my radio channel & settings?) Ok not a biggie, & also the little device that records car parameters was on the floor mat (perhaps they forgot to put it back) which is Ok, but I also saw a NEW ERROR MESSAGE on my dashboard says “Auto Lamp Function Inoperative”. I walked back to the shop and told them about the error message issue. She (by the way she is a nice person) told me: we don’t know what is the reason for this error! The error remained for several days & I took the car to a mechanic shop, & they said the error means the front SAM electric module damaged! It seems like that the unprofessional mechanic (or his assistance) messed things up, & the manager perhaps even didn't know about it, & they are not fair either to tell the truth about what possibly happened during repair!
