Great service with the replacement of a tire damaged by road debris. I called to see if they would be able to replace the tire. Over the phone they gave me the price of the tire and installation. They were able to get me in for an appointment the next day. In addition to the customary mounting and balancing of a new tire, they also removed the spare tire that I had been using and returned it to the under vehicle storage space on my truck. Before my appointment, at the time of my appointment, and pick up of my vehicle, Jon was transparent and focused on making sure everything went smoothly and answered all my questions about repair versus replacement options. I have a service contract with my dealership for regular maintenance, but it is great to know that Good Hope Service is available for repairs.

Good auto shop!! They have a great tire offer this winter (Dec of 2024) that I would recommend to anyone. Update 12/2024: shoutout to Pat for top-notch customer service. They got my tires done so fast and answered all my questions. I love this place. Good people and reasonably priced.

Very Poor Customer Service Just Because I Asked The Right Questions Reguarding The Repairs Thats Needed On My Vehicle Some Guy Came From His Office And Stated That They Can't Do The Work I Just Laugh ... Bad Business

This place is outstanding! They NEVER try and upsell you with stuff you don’t need. They communicate clearly with only what you need and why and do the repairs promptly with very reasonable prices. My only regret is that I did not find them sooner.

Amazing staff!! Even though they couldn't repair my vehicle, they were awesome especially Pat! I had to leave my truck there for a few days unexpectedly and they were super kind and professional. I will recommend them to everyone I know!!

Great customer service & fast repair. Had an appointment at 9am but they said I could bring it in sooner so I took it in at 8:30am. Estimated time for the completed job was 12 noon but they were done fixing my car by 10:30am. Keep up the great work! 💪🏼

I found this hidden gem by mistake and it turned out to be the best mistake ever! From my first call they were so nice and had so much patience as I asked my many questions. Patrick, I can't thank you enough! He didn't try to over sell, he answered my questions until I felt comfortable, and he spoke to me and explain everything so that I could understand all the risk and safety about why I needed my repairs.
