Went in for inspection sticker and was greeted with a young man with respect for older people. Everything was yes sir and no sir made me feel like they wanted my business. I would recommend this location to anyone

Honest and good people. Been using these guys for years. The only time I don't is when my cars are still new and maintenance is included. They have actually told me several times, best not to do any work for specific situations.

Really terrible service, we had bought 3 tires from them and within 2 weeks, one of the tires pops(went to another place and they the tires came bad- super old and had heat lines). We went back and they don’t want to reimburse or give a new tire. Honestly if I could put 0 stars I would

I have always been somewhat sceptical of reviews but not for Good Care Auto. I was in Houston, from Dallas, and my starter was flaking out. I had to go back to Dallas the following day and they got my car in and took care of it. I am extremely grateful for their quick response. The price was right where it should have been.

I love this place, they are honest and trustworthy. Hard to find an honest mechanic nowadays. I don’t mind driving far to get my car fix from them at all, even my car inspection : )

cool price. When you go in there is a entrance with some Asians folks at the front desk. That company is separate from the tire people in the back. They operate out of the same building but are two different companies. These guys are fair pricers. I highly recommend.

I've been going here for a year now and they always do good, honest work. Got a pre-purchase inspection done on a used car I bought and their report was thorough and correct in terms of issues. Minh is always super nice and helpful and always willing to work with you and explain issues as needed. Pricing is very fair. After years of dealing with weird shady auto shops, I'm glad I found this place.
