Took my F-350 in for an alignment, tires balanced and rotated. Upon inspection they found the ball joints were bad causing the tires to wear bad. They gave me a very reasonable quote to get it all fixed up and had it done the next day! Will definitely be using them again.

Clayton was awesome. Golden Auto got my car fixed right away. I am from out of town and found Golden Auto just searching for mechanics in the area. I'm glad I chose Golden. Had a check engine light come on, that although was not catastrophic, needed some work done to avoid further problems. Clayton diagnosed the problen right away and got my repairs done the following day. Truly saved my vacation!!! Very friendly staff and honest too. I highly recommend this shop.

I started coming here a year ago. The mechanic at my previous place retired. At that time I had an 07 Ford F150 that had some leaks and a steering system problem that I been casing for a year with the previous shop. Clayton and Seth throughly went over the truck found the problems and fixed them the first time. This year I have had them work on my 06 Grand Prix and 08 F250. Both vehicles had multiple issues due to age. The Grand Prix had new exhaust and a gasket leak. Seth again did a thorough inspection and found some other critical things that needed to be addressed. Sure glad he did. The car runs great. And lastly my 08 F250. This repair says it all. Thank you so much for getting my F250 in this week. Clayton had a list of several things to look at and every item was looked at at fixed. And I could not have been more happier at the final cost. Test drove it this afternoon. Clayton the tow/haul and the four wheel drive work…… The A/C caught up in twenty minutes. Outside temp on the truck was 108 when I got in it. Thanks again Their estimates are thorough and accurate, service is timely and the cost is reasonable.. I highly recommend this place.

I am from South Korea, and travelling USA. And little problem in old car, but They fix, quickly, kindly, professionally. I don't understand review's number. I think they desderve 500 over review and 5/5. If I live here, I am regular customer.

Was raining and my wipes stoped working. I stoped at golden auto repair shop. Ask if they could look at my wipers. He said for 100.00 they could. I said it was probably a fuse . He said it would still cost 100.00 he said his mechanic has to make some kind of money. So I drove in the rain to Lyles discount tire he helped me and it didn’t cost me one penny

Been quite awhile since my last review here. Still highly recommend Golden Auto Repair. Clayton was able to get my car looked at this morning last minute as my air conditioner was no match for the dreadful heat we had the past week. Clayton was able to get my AC cold as ice again, and even helped me instal a passenger side mirror as my last one was sideswiped by a semi! Was in and out of the shop in 30 minutes tops! If you’re looking for honest mechanics who give you the best prices in the area, I would highly recommend coming in to see Seth and Clayton. 10/10 and the best place in Council Bluffs for all your car needs - GOLDEN AUTO REPAIR!

Took a car in for a pre-purchase inspection and they were extremely helpful walking me through everything they found. They showed me all issues they found, explained the likely cause and gave me a guess on possible fix costs. They were professional and helpful the entire way through, would absolutely go back to them in the future.

Very honest and up front! I brought in my old escort because it was idling rough and some of the interior lights didn't work. To fix the electrical would've been way more than the car was worth. And he told me that from the get go. He proposed to just fix the idle problem so I can get the car on the road and drive it till the wheels fall off. I had my car back in a couple of days. He has my F-150 right now to figure out an ignition problem. I'm definitely a repeat customer.
