After having our catalytic converter stolen within days of buying our Prius I called all over town looking for a shop that could help me out. What I found was of the few who could help me, they were unable to get me if for weeks and their quotes were hundreds higher than what I paid (including taxes) at Golden Auto. Not only that, I dropped off my car with no appointment and 2 hours later my car was fixed! I didn’t expect that kind of turn around. Additionally, Lisa (the owner, who was very helpful and honest) installed a catalytic converter plate and welded additional reinforcement to prevent it from happening again. I am so appreciative of her after going through this nightmare to have a positive experience. I highly recommend her shop, she’s quick, affordable and honest. What more could you want?

Brought my car to Golden Auto yesterday for an issue with my exhaust, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. They quickly identified the problem, fixed it, and had me in and out in 30 minutes. The price was perfect, and the team was incredibly kind and personable. It’s rare to find a shop that combines great service, efficiency, and affordability so seamlessly. I truly appreciate their work and highly recommend!

I let them work on my Audi q7 I did resonator delete and after I took for a spin it was making a lot of hissing noise, they messed up my whole pipe the welding job wasn’t complete and they left holes, I brought back the car to them 4 times and they said they can’t do anything about it and they blamed it on my engine with an excuse that didn’t make sense at all they said “your engine pushing too much power that’s why”clueless and they over charge for a job that wasn’t even finished I payed $500!!!! Take a listen at the video and see yourself, before it was flowing perfectly fine.

Customer service goes a long way for me personally and these guys have great attitudes. They had me in and out in under an hour to weld in a section of my exhaust that had a hole in it. Figured I would have them throw on a tip too for esthetics. Fair prices, quick service, and nice people. I work in the automotive industry as a technician and I can tell these guys are the real deal. Highly recommend!!

Golden Auto muffler is the best muffler shop I've been to and they always do good work with reasonable prices. I've been going to them for many years. This Google review request just popped up automatically or so I am writing this review now but I should have done it a long time ago. Joe the owner is also excellent and always gives the best service.

Golden Auto replaced my stolen catalytic converter quickly and efficiently. They confirmed parts in stock over the phone on a Saturday, finished the repair same-day, and even showed me how to handle the insurance claim. Highly recommend!

They kept my OEM muffler which worth thousands when had them installed a magnaflow on my Accord. They charged a full price on alignment but they only do the front wheels, and they claimed that too much rust on my vehicle and did not want to break my vehicle. I looked at the bottom of my vehicle and I didn't see much rust when I got home. Say away from dishonest people.

Superior workmanship. They installer clearly understood. This is a four-wheel drive that I use off-road and without mentioning it he installed the muffler a bit higher up instead of a stock location which would have been much lower. I really appreciate this attention to detail. The bead that he ran connecting the muffler to my exhaust system was seamless. Very very nicely done and worth the money

A couple of weeks ago, I joined the dubious club of Prius owners with stolen catalytic converters. I had been advised that my 2014 Prius V was not a target in the way the "classic" earlier Prius models were. Wrong. The part was stolen at night from my car parked on the street right in front of our house. After calling several Toyota dealers and a couple of repair shops, I was told by almost all of them that it would take months (4+) to get a replacement part. Joe at Golden Auto felt he could get it sooner, so I had my car towed there. He was able to locate a California approved replacement part from Oklahoma (!), and had my car fixed within 10 days of dropping it off! He also installed a very serious security cover to deter future theft attempts. Excellent service and advise. I highly recommend Golden Auto for your Muffler/Exhaust/Brake needs.

The catalytic converter on my little 05 Tacoma pick-up truck got stolen. Golden Auto was able to get it fixed in one day. Good job Kyle/Lisa. A bit dirty though because the technician who brought out my truck put mud all over the floor mat. I asked for OEM catalytic converters but Lisa said it will take six months so I had no choice but aftermarket. For the catalytic converters, $2561.44. (My Tacoma has 2 cats) Walker catalytic converter 83601 $600, Catco catalytic converter 775106 $1150, labor $332.83, O2 sensor $160, labor $130, tax $188.61 = $2561.44. I requested them to put in a cage so that this doesn't happen again. Instead, I received a Cat Shield from Millercat installed (shield $150, labor $635.19, tax 14.81) $800. $3261.44 total. So far so good. No exhaust leak or check engine light after about a week of driving.

Used to take all my cars good job and reasonable price right now one of the most overpriced places not like before went there to get a pipe welded on had no muffler they were trying to make me do a whole new pipe just so they can get more money DONT GO THERE IF YOU WANT TO GET RIPEd if I could would put 0 starts

Lisa and team do a great job getting you in and out fast. I’ve never been dissatisfied. The install of the Miller Cat plate and a welded crossbar will hopefully prevent theft in the future. Yes, I completely painted the cat in 2000f orange before bringing the car in.

My neighbor referred me to this location after my Catalytic converter was stolen. I had to pay out of pocket and worked with Kyle to get it fixed. I got to meet him and Lisa and they were so nice, welcoming and knowledgeable! I highly recommend this shop. It was quick, affordable and friendly! Thank you! had a broken tailpipe. 3 different mechanics directed me to this place. they got me right in and fixed it in 30 minutes for $180. very nice people.
