Probably the most honest and caring people I’ve never met when it comes to automotive care. They did a great job with my alignment, found a couple of other issues, that were indeed problems, but they weren’t pushy or aggressive about needing it fixed right away. Their prices were very good, and I left feeling taken care of. High quality work from a family owned business.

Long story short, I went to a shop that quoted me a large amount for an issue I was unsure I had. After having my car looked at by Jasiel (owner of Gresham Automotive Service) he referred me to Goin’ Straight. I went there in the morning before work, (que violin) ran them the story of being an overworked single mom on a budget and the dilemma of the car issue. Jeff and Kim were soooo accommodating! They were able to work around my busy schedule look at my car diagnosis and fix my non-issue! There was no huge fix needed but an alignment that they were able to provide at a reasonable price in fact cheaper than other shops quoted my around the area. When I left the shop later that night the car drove better than I thought because I didn’t even know it could feel smoother. I highly recommend you start business with this company! The honesty is much appreciated in a car business, and the way they took care of me felt like family although they called me friend as soon as I walked in the door!

They are so accurate with their alignment services every time! I’ve come to these wonderful people once 7 year ago and again weeks ago. I will always continue to trust them as they keep my car going straight and recheck the tire wear/alignment specs within a few thousand miles to readjust if needed!

Had a wheel bearing done within 4 months it went out. Replaced it for free no labor. Hard to find something like this without having to be a karen about it. Would recommend

I just had to come on here and give a review! I’ve been here a few times and I’ve received great service. I called them the weekend ahead of the Thanksgiving holiday and they squeezed me in for a tire rotation that I needed before taking a road trip. I was so thankful for the very quick service and the mechanic even gave me a report on the condition of my tires. Shout-out to the office staff as well!!! - Victoria

My car was totaled but I had it towed to Goin' Straight anyway because they had worked on the car before. My previous experience was excellent, so if there was work to be done I wanted it to go to them. When I stopped by to get my things from my car, I met the owner. He seemed to genuinely care about me and expressed concern for me after my accident even though we had never met. I really enjoy supporting a business that is more about people and doing the right thing.

I came in for a wheel stud repair, and they took care of the issue in a timely manner. The staff were professional and very welcoming and friendly. I appreciate their thoroughness as well, and when done with the repair, they even explained what they did and things to watch out for. Thank you for the excellent service and care!

I can't say enough good things about this place. Friendly, kind, caring, knowledgeable and they really listen and understand when I describe what I'm experiencing in my steering and suspension. And they were happy for me to come back to make adjustments until it feels right. They care about their work and they care about my safety. They are willing to take the time with me to explain things and to troubleshoot and explore different options. These are good people and they took excellent care of me and my RV, and I'm so grateful I found them!

The BEST. So glad I found them. Friendly and knowledgeable right from the first call. They did pre-purchase inspection on a used vehicle for me (2022 Mazda Miata) and they were VERY thorough. True experts and they really care about their work - they had multiple technicians collaborating to figure out the details on the car! Great communicators too. Other shops should learn from them. They took my friend’s wrecked vehicle in knowing they aren’t a body shop. They then offered to fix the radiator and core support only which would have left the vehicle wrecked. Pretty selfish behavior and while she waited her rental car ran out. Ended up having to tow it out of here.

This is the best and most caring place on earth. Their knowledge blew me away! They explained and showed us everything wrong with our 5th wheel. Very honest and genuinely care about their customers.
