This along with other problems. I had no idea the truck was in this type of condition. I have had to purchase a battery, 02 sensor, oil sensor, brake booster. Now I have to buy new brakes and rotors for all 4 tires and alternator. Like really why would I pay thousands of dollars for this. They told me that the truck just needed a driver. I could have died along with my son and granddaughter. I was on the highway when my brakes went out. I just purchased this truck in July of this year. Its extremely unfair. I have 4 stones keeping my truck from rolling down the street. One thing about me I am not a liar or a cheat. I tried to go about things in the right way. I tried calling you for months and telling you that the truck had problems. You told me to continue to pay u to perform changes to the truck I had already paid you for. You sold me q truck that should have never been for sell on anyone's lot. You have a full shop to perform ant type of test that needed to done to find the problem. I didn't ask for this and your establishment is sneaky and not fair to women especially. You saw a sucker when you say my face . You're not a proper manager and you're far from honest. You reply to Google instead of calling me. It shows you just want to hype your business. You don't really want to make this right with me. Its sad I have phone records to prove that my words i speak are factual

I love the guys at GOFLEX! I’ve been dealing with them for some years now. Was turned on to this shop by my aunt. Now basically our whole family bring our cars here to get work done. They are very professional. Informative and their prices are more than fair. I have not had a bad experience at all with this establishment. I highly recommend giving this shop a call. 🥰

Satisfactory Customer Service, Knowledgeable Service Technicians, all done in a timly fashion. The shop was also extremely clean with a nice waiting room to sit in while car is being serviced. I took my car here to get sway bar links tie rod ball joint replaced drove it ten miles and my wheel fell off because they didn't put my strut nut back on. And the new car I bought the wheel was loose on that car also

So I literally just left. I called about 9am and asked if I could get an emissions and safety for my mothers vehicle. I said I could be there in an hour and he said perfect seen you then. I live in Edwardsville and drove to Florissant, picked upbthe car and drove to the shop. I arrive 10 min early and the owner is on the phone while 2 other customers are inside. Immediately after I walk in he takes the phone away and says, "If you here for the emissions you gotta come back in an hour and a half, we had a tow" then goes right back to talking on the phone. NO eye contact, NO apology for wasting time and gas ( as if I dont have anything to do but wait). Now, I have no issue with responding to a stranded person, but there is a professional way to do it. There is no way in hell I would EVER RETURN OR RECOMMEND shop!!!!

I wanted to give 6 stars! At the end of the day yesterday, my brakes seemed to be rubbing. I went to Goflex Auto and they squeezed me in for a diagnostic and as promised my vehicle was ready early afternoon. I just picked it up. Customer Service, quality of work and the price were all great! Thank you GoFlex Auto!!

I originally went to a nationally known auto repair company that quoted me a price that seemed to be a bit excessive. I immediately went to GoFlex Auto at the recommendation of my sister. The co-owner, Mr. Jackson was able to have his staff look over my car and they immediately told me what was going on. The previous repair company had stated I needed more work than what GoFlex Auto recommended. If you are experiencing any car issues, I would highly recommend that you bring your car here first. I know I will be bringing my car here from now on. I most definitely appreciate their honesty and customer service.

I have 3 vehicles and I take them all to Goflex auto for repairs. They are only 5 minutes from my house and there prices are very reasonable. I had an emergency today. My starter had no more starts in it. If I would've turned of the van I would've been stranded. I brought a starter and called GoFlex Auto to see if they could put the starter in for me. They said yes. I drove to the shop and they pulled my van in immediately. They saved the day. THANK GOD FOR GOFLEX AUTO!!!!
