After they repaired a car that was involved in a collision accident, they didn't re-connect the battery terminals, which lead the car to stall in the middle lane of the highway. Their negligence and lack of attention to basic routine procedures (any amateur mechanic is aware of) almost caused our loves ones to be in another dangerous life-or-death collision accident.

Brought my 2020 Malibu been going to Gerber dealer to have my suspension looked at no one could figure it out over 4 times I took it to the dealer to have it fixed and nothing I took my car to GMR AUTO SERVICE AND BODY SHOP THEY HAD MY CAR FIXXED WITHIN 3 hours of being there HANDS DOWN THE BEST SHOP IVE BEEN TO GREAT QUALITY WORK NORMAN IS AN AWESOME MECHINAC/PAINTER QUALITY WORK HONEST SHOP VERY RARE TODAY
