I was from out of state having a complete upgrade to the suspension on my M4 and needed the “Whole 9 yards” done to my alignment before I could get back on the road. The guys at the Lake Norman location got me in and out in one day on a next day appointment. Thanks for a Great job done, Dave A.

Excellent service, advice and scheduling. I had my oil service performed here and at the same time got my Porsche 911 windows tinted. They also replaced my broken lip on the front of the car. The process from start to finish was enjoyable, easy and is second to none. Jason went out of his way to help me and also suggested other things I wanted to have done to my car. Will only service my car here from now on… highly recommend this place if you have any German car.

I recently brought my 2011 Boxster Spyder to GMP Lake Norman for an oil service and inspection. The staff is very knowledgeable and did a great job with the service and the inspection report. The facilities are also top notch, and my experience was better than at many high end dealerships. Thanks to Connor and Matthew and the rest of the crew that assisted me. I will be coming back to GMP for all of my service needs.

UPDATED REVIEW 10/22/24 Purchased a 2007 C4S Cab out of state sight unseen and upon the 6 hour drive home car had some major issues not well disclosed by dealer and additional inspection. Next day, swung by GMP unannounced on my lunch break and Connor without any hesitation offered to take it for a drive to help figure out what it would need. After less than a week in the shop, these guys had the car back looking as if it just rolled off the showroom floor if not better and it drove like a brand new car! The entire time car was with them, they gave detailed daily updates on the car which was super helpful and appreciated. Once again, thank you GMP Lake Norman for another amazing visit and taking such good care of my “new to me” 997.1! Can’t wait to come back for a tune, exhaust and some other goodies :) ————————————————————————- When I told my Porsche buddies I needed some service and potentially get a tune, without any hesitation they all said GMP! I COMPLETELY understand why now! From my initial conversation with Connor over the phone it was evident he knew his stuff and knows EVERYTHING Porsche. His passion for cars was evident and I didn’t once feel like I was about to be sold a bunch of unnecessary services which couldn’t be said for a few of the big name Porsche dealer service departments. I also love that Connor knew my love for my baby Porsche and didn’t ever talk down on my car since it wasn’t a GT3RS or one of the high dollar vintage 911’s in their service bay. Being OCD about my cars, I loved day of service Connor provided a link to exactly what they would be going over on the car and I could follow them live throughout the morning. They also updated it with notes and pictures of the car which I thought was awesome. It should be noted too that a couple times I asked Connor about several items and needing to have them done right away which he confidently assured me they were not major issues and could wait. Again, I have not had a service department talk me out of spending more money with them. I left GPM with a MONSTER MACAN TURBO and feeling 100% confident I got the best service and can’t wait to bring more Porsches to them to tune and service. Make sure to ask for Connor when you call, he truly knows how to make customers for life.

Went stage 1+ on my Mk8 Golf R using unitronic parts and the shop did a great job on the install. Would definitely recommend and will return if I decide to do anything else.

Great service from a crew that knows their stuff. I’ve been to plenty of shops over the years and it’s nice to find a company that not only does good work, but is passionate about their trade. With 250k miles on a Mercedes I’m not trusting many people to have the skill to maintain it for hopefully another 250k Prices are fair for the quality of work, if you want it done right with quality parts then GMP is your shop.

I took my daughters Audi q5 in 6 months ago to have air conditioning repaired, and an evaluation showed several items to attend to, expensive one! Six month later, I went ahead with getting the work done, I felt GMP would do good work and extend the life of the car. I was kept updated during the repairs, done as expected and agreed to. It took 3 days, which I expected. The car feels like it drives much better. It was costly, but hopefully should pay off in longevity and performance.

I worked with Connor to gameplan what I wanted to achieve for my 2023 GTI autobahn. Every step of the way GMP was transparent with costs and work involved. They sourced all of the parts and took care of car like it was their own. I’m very impressed not only with the finished product, but the attention to detail and the way the car performs. Highly recommend.

Had H&R springs, ECS spacers, and Milltek exhaust installed into my 24 RS3 and they did an awesome job. Springs look perfect and the exhaust sounds perfect. Thanks again Jason for getting me all setup I’m stoked with the car.
