G-Man Automotive is one of the best shops in town to go to! Jonathan and Gonzalo have been a pleasure to work with and are very knowledgeable when it comes to getting your car back on the road. These guys are not those shady mechanics that you may have experienced in your past. I highly recommend this shop to anyone whether it's engine work or body work. You won't regret it! 2024 Update: I've been a returning customer and send all my friends and family here. I recently was involved in an accident in February and called Jonathan right away. He got me scheduled in and a rental as his highest priority. I was updated throughout the whole process and the repairs were phenomenal!

When you wreck your car, Insurance companies generally use Caliber Collision Center as priority contractor and recommend to their clients. While I do think Caliber is legit, I had a bad experience w/ them. They did a poor job replacing an ill-fitted bumper, whereas G-Man Auto replaced my back passenger door fitted nicely and painted the back bumper. I didn't leave Caliber a bad review since they offer to fix the problem, but I got no time to send in my car again. But then I thought I should leave a comment for G-Man, since they did decent work on my car.

G-man automotive is the best places to get you car fixed. I have my car for 4 years and I only came to G-man four time to get my car work on. So if you need your car work on please come to G-man automotive & body shop.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I went in to get an estimate for a headlight repair. He was very rude from the start. Pushing my headlight and insulting me, and my intelligence. He slammed my car hood down and kept pushing the front of car, insulting my car again and making rude comments!!! Service here is rude and very very unprofessional!!! In my opinion he was just racist against me, his angry come from hate against my religion. I did nothing to this man, other than ask for an estimate wearing a head scarf. The treatment I received was very unnecessary and immature. Not professional at all!

I knew my car needed a lot of work, I haven’t been taking good care of it. I explained how much I could spend this go around and asked if he could prioritize things, and I come back in a few months. They totally understood and worked with me on importance , timelines, and things I could do until I bring my car in next. He turned it around in a day and a half. Even buffed out my terrible headlights. As I was leaving they noticed my break light was out, and knew I would be getting an inspection soon. He called me and told me to whip it back around and they fixed it in less than 10 minutes. Communication 10/10 Repair time 10/10 Customer service 1000/10 I will be taking all my cars here, and recommending to all my friends and family.

I live in memorial, but work in Katy, so my car’s health is very important to me. These guys have always spotted my car every-time I needed repairs on it on short notice. I truly appreciate all the work they’ve done thus far. I can say these guys are extremely reliable and will tell you what needs to be done in the long term as well.

Johnathan and his dad provided great accurate service! They helped me with my Elantra on its last leg. They helped me get it back up and running with electrical and brake work and I was able to get it traded in (on their recommendation) for a new vehicle. When I need service again weather scheduled or emergency I’ll be back for years to come.

There was a time when this establishment provided good service. But, not now. I would not recommend them to anyone. Jonathan, the son was very rude and very very unprofessional when attempting to have a conversation with him & get an understanding about an issue. If you want to be treated with respect try another mechanic shop.

Was recommended to Jonathan at G-Man Automotive by a friend. He replaced an oil pump, cracked oil pan, and timing chain service on our Honda accord. He was doing things only as needed and wasn't trying to upsell. Since then I've brought him two more vehicles. One for a valve cover gasket, the other to replace the tensioner and idle pulley. Reasonably priced, and will continue to bring my vehicles here.

Wonderful shop with wonderful owners! Mr. Gonzalo was kind and gave me prompt fee and costs. They finished the bodywork on my car and on time! I definitely recommend them for bodywork and other services! Update: Went to G-man again for a body work and they never fail to provide quality service. Talked to Mr. Gonzalo and Jonathan, both were wonderful and kind. The work is perfect!

Explained my situation, we negotiated an estimate. After further inspection, more repairs, and more cost. G-man and Jonathan, went way over the line to get me the best, price, parts, and stayed within the first agreed labor cost. Even though several hours were spent on, fixing what I already had, to cut my cost.to driving across town,@4:30 , to get me home by 6 pm. I feel blessed to have found y'all yesterday. Great service, great attitude. Thank you thank you THANK YOU

Just like to share my experience with G-Man Automotive. From AC issues to Water Pump they have taken care off all needs for my vehicle. Both G-Man Pops as well as G-Man Jr. have outstanding customer service. Both times they address the issue with my vehicle and had it back in reasonable time. Last visit they hooked me up with an Oil Change. I recommend G-Man to everyone for any vehicle problems. I give them and easy 10/10. I will continue to bring my vehicles to them for any upcoming issues. Go check em out . You won't regret it.

WOMEN BEWARE!!!VERY RUDE AND CONDESCENDING MALE TOLD ME NOT TO SPEAK! I was the only one in the room with him, it was shocking!He was lying to insurance adjusters with repair pal about the car issues to get more $$ I corrected him and that’s when he told me not to speak!! I left!!! They have a big JESUS colorful sign in their parking lot, maybe they should pray to become better!!!!!! Terrible experience !!
