Poor coordinating of alternative travel source, though uber was said to be an option. Received my car back without the recall completed due to lack of parts. Which was something that proper planning should have been easily rectified by either not allowing me to schedule the appointment or notifying me prior to my family rearranging an entire day as this was a scheduled visit. Also had a rim repair scheduled that resulted in a rim that looked exactly the same. Thus we have to return for “another” repair. Did not even get my car cleaned up before I got it back. I would have given a one star rating but the young lady at the cafe was so nice.

I always work with Sal in the service department. He’s excellent and really connects on a personal level. He goes out of his way to do more than what is required of him to help. If you ever go by Global imports, be sure to ask for him. He sets the bar very high.

I brought my vehicle in for a 50,000 miles check up. When they brought my car to me I heard a loud roaring sound from the engine. I had someone come and check it out. After turning the engine off the noise went away. After leaving and getting 10 miles down the road, the dashboard lights came on, showing the coolant engine level was slow. I knew something didn’t seem right. I had to call them back and turn around and take my car back up to them after sitting around for 3 hours waiting on my vehicle. No, I wasn’t happy with taking my vehicle back to them when the coolant fluid should had been added after flushing the system. They get a dissatisfied rating, I had to pay too much money for this service, and turn around and take my car back to them.

My question to their service department: “My car was due to be done today? No one has provided any updates - is it ready?” Very poor communication. Service number on website will NOT be answered. I had to make repeated calls to Sales (answered immediately) and ask to be transferred to anyone in service. Most of those transferred calls went unanswered. Texting and chat links on website will not do a thing for you. Still have not received answers to a couple of questions I asked by text and chat last week. So I have no idea what they are striving for but it falls short of anything customer friendly. No issues with the remedied recalls I took it in for. No need to contact me.
