DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR TO THIS SHOP, THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!! I write this in bold letter to urge you to avoid this place because the service is atrocious. It takes them a whole day to give me an estimate for a signal light that wasn’t working. They asked me for almost $600 to fix it. That’s crazy! I wish I read their reviews before I went there. Save yourself from disappointed. Terrible customer service.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! Brought my uncle car here 2 in a half weeks ago for something that I was told will take a day or two to fix but each time we go there they give us the run around saying the car will be ready the next day and it never is. What makes it worse is that after all this time the car is still not fixed. They just want to keep peoples cars hostage until they can find something else to make you pay more. Also, don’t even bother trying to call because they never answer the phone. These are very sketchy people, avoid here at all cost!!!!

Ashley was absolutely amazing. I got my clock spring fixed with in a matter 30-40 minutes. She followed up with me and reach out when my parts got delivered, for me come in, at my convenience, during the week for installation since I have a very busy schedule. Jean wrapped up every with my car good work ethic and care. Loved the teamwork!

let me tell you these people are not real mechanics they are over priced and unprofessional you better off going else where i shoulf of listen to the other comments i really spend so much money on my car and they damaged the parts really unprofessional idk how this shop is still up

they did an alignment on my car and charge $265 after 4 to 5 months I notice the tires was wearing on the outside which indicate they over did the alignment when I went back to explain they told me I only had 30 days guaranteed such poor customer satisfaction, you can't trust any mechanic to do a proper job on your car..

If you want to change your car oil don't go, don't waste your time, they don't have any oil, they have to buy oil auto parts the. Delivery to the shop and then change your oil, they tell you 15minutes is fine, but it usually takes four or five hours, or transmission oil they don’t care any oil

When my car broke down from overheating at a nearby exit off of I-95, I brought my car by towing truck to Global Auto Repair right before they were about to close for the day. The mechanics there took a look, let me know my car was leaking water, and explained that tomorrow morning, they will have someone look into it. The next day, I get a message first thing in the morning from Kathy, the front desk agent, to let me know my estimate was ready. I went ahead and approved it and within 3 hours they call me to let me know my car is ready for pick up! I was so happy! Thank you, Kathy, who was super helpful. They even gave me a 1 year warranty for the issue. Thank you, Global Auto!

Escribo esto para informarle sobre este taller de automóviles en particular. No hacen buenos negocios, solo empeoran los problemas y cuando los confronta acerca de la compensación, actúan como si hubieran hecho su trabajo. Espero que quien lea esto me tome en serio y se mantenga alejado de Global Auto Repair. Sin que ellos lo sepan, piensan que mucha gente no va a escribir comentarios negativos en línea porque la mayoría de las personas de color y negras no se quejan cuando las cosas se hacen mal con nosotros. Llevé mi vehículo para hacer un trámite simple y el trabajo nunca se arregló. Ahora tengo que ir al concesionario y gastar más dinero.

I have had nothing but good experiences here. I’ve been going to this business since it was at another location and moved to this location a few years ago. I know the owner. He is a very nice and polite person and will go out of his way to make sure my car or my husband’s is in perfect condition. I do have to admit that the area doesn’t have the more educated people around. It is a commercial street. There are quite a few fast food restaurants in case you need to grab a bite while you wait for your vehicle to be ready. I would recommend this establishment.

I took my truck in to get transmission oil checked and filled. They told me $40 and then charged me $80. If you dont pay they want to beat you up. THEY ARE GANGSTERS.

Took in my old 2009 Toyota Highlander which Im restoring and they made my engine look new with deep cleaning. I would recommend this cleaning to everyone once a year regardless of the age of your car. It also makes it pleasant for your mechanic to work and service your engine. See Pics.

I've been using Global for more than 10 years, I've have several cars and trust them with each one. Oscar the manager always goes above and beyond to make sure that my car issues are resolved at an affordable price. I'm not sure why some reviews are negative, keep in mind if you have a problematic car you can't blame the mechanic for that. I had a 2009 Nissan Maxima with electrical issues, they fixed one issue just for another to pop up, Oscar suggested that I take it to the dealer because they had done as much as they could and he didn't want to keep charging me for services. Long story short, Nissan told me they were amazed that my car was even still driving and that whoever fixed it prior was a "magician" and that they'd like to hire them. Unfortunately the type of electrical problems I had was not worth the cost to fix it at the dealer (3,000+ dollars)! Any other mechanic would never had told me to go to the dealer, they would've just keep "fixing" and taking my money. As a woman it's hard to find mechanics that will be honest and not over charge, Oscar and his whole team is AWESOME! Rest assured that you will recieve the best care at affordable prices! PS My son started driving and he too uses Global, I've referred several family and friends and they too are satisfied with the services rendered at Global!

i spent nearly $ 1,000 or more and my car is still has the same problem. i feel like im being ripped off because my car is overheating still and nothing is being fix. i will not recommend this car repair shop to no one because nothing will ever be fix they will actually make your car worst. stay away from them. stay away from them. they do not know how to fix cars its all a scam to make more money off people
