I’ve been going to Harry since early 2021. Each and every time he provides exceptional service. I never feel like I need to worry about getting ripped as a woman with unnecessary repairs. Every time I go to Harry he makes sure to explain everything thoroughly, including pictures and estimated timelines and pricing. He goes above and beyond to make sure that my car is safe and prepared for the road before I leave his property. If you need a reputable mechanic, this is absolutely where you need to be.

Glacier was recommended to me by another business that I have used for over 15 years now Austin Exhaust. I spoke with Harry on the phone and told him about my current vehicle situation and he was able to get my Suburban in. I met him at his garage told him my concerns and before I could ask him to go over the car he informed me of the point inspection he does - pleasantly surprised at that. I left he called and went over everything with me. Letting me know what was top priority and what could be done later. His explanations were clear and costs were disclosed, even after running into a problem he called before proceeding. My Suburban was done by the end of the day he went over everything again. He left me feeling confident in his work and integrity. His work space and office is a model others should follow.

Harry is that dude!!! I called looking around Columbus for a reasonable honest mechanic for an oil change a quick visual diagnostic. He was efficient, transparent, and professional in his approach on my vehicle. He honest and educated me about what I needed done and how the process would be. I highly recommend.

Harry is the best auto mechanic someone could ask for. My Subarus timing chain broke while my fiance was driving it on the highway and the car needed a totally new engine and torque converter at the end of the day. I had just graduated from the fire academy and had been out of work for 3 months during that time so I didn't have amywhere near the money for all the work it required. Harry went above and beyond giving me time and grace while I payed him for the repairs over the next few months. He found me a great engine with 20k less miles on it than my old one, did the instalation in record time and now my 2011 Forrester runs even better than when I first got it. So thankful for everything and I will sing this guys praises wherever I go. My and my fiancé are customers for life. 10/10.

Once again Harry a Glacier Automotive came to my rescue. Expedient and thorough. Front breaks were worn (80,000 miles) and thought I needed rear shocks. Upon inspection he discovered a ball joint had complete failure and was near accident causing breaking point, not a shock problem. Also discovered brake fluid seepage in one caliper piston and replaced. I mentioned one tire low air pressure when I dropped off my vehicle, well a screw was found in that tire and screw removed and leak repaired. All work was completed when promised. Thanks to Harry and Glacier auto repair.

The owner, Harry has worked on my vehicles over the years way before obtaining his current business but during that time was in the midst of putting his business plan together. I just picked up my vehicle with four new tires, pads and rotors and its running so smooth! Harry is extremely knowledgeable, listens to your concerns and will explain each detail in its entirety. If there is something else wrong with your vehicle other than the original concern, he will inform you, explain/show you and give you the pricing. He has never steered me wrong, ever!! I have referred my parents, friends and coworkers over the years and they have all been satisfied. If you're ever in need, contact Glacier Auto Repair and you will not be disappointed!

Glacier Auto is definitely my go to place for auto repairs now! The owner, Harry, was so helpful and made sure I understood what repairs were needed and why they were needed! He even gave our car a quick wash! My husband and I were blown away by the quality of customer service and we've had no issues with our car since. I did a Google search and found this place, scheduled an appointment online, received an email confirmation. That part was great! However, appointment time, they are not easily accessible, very tucked away in regard to location. Then, no one was there! The doors were locked, the lights were off, just desolate. I have been telling everyone I know to take their cars here. As a woman, I’m normally hesitant to take my car to the shop out of fear that I won’t be taken seriously or treated respectfully, but Harry at Glacier was so helpful, kind, and genuine. He gave me a really fair price for the excellent service he provided, and even offered me further deals for other services when I need them eventually. I’m overall very happy to have found a trustworthy mechanic who definitely knows his trade very well.

One of the best auto service experiences I've had yet. I called and Harry/Glacier took my call and took care of me right away. Easy drop off service, and he fit me in the next day after a cancellation. He listened to the repeat problems I have been having with my battery in which I have had multiple services on (including in the dealer) without a real solve. Harry/Glacier walked me through their troubleshooting and the plan to replace my alternator along with some other general maintenance items I had due. I am grateful for Harry/Glacier's service, and I felt the cost was also fair. I will be for sure bringing my car back. Thank you.

Harry owner operator of Glacier Auto went above and beyond. He towed my car to his shop in order to accommodate my lack of a return home ride. My diagnostics were sent to me via live video so I could see the problem, repair and completion in real time. Great customer service, fair pricing and fixed right the first time. I am absolutely impressed by the service here! My little 08 Honda needed some big repairs, and Harry was able to keep me within a good budget while ensuring that my services were still quality. He seemed trustworthy, knowledgeable, and professional l. He worked so hard that my car was ready in less than half the estimated time! He waived the labor fee for some of my repairs, and even put my license plate on for me. He supports our local businesses, and is just an all around good mechanic and guy. I'll definitely be heading back here for my maintenance from now on.
