I appreciate how fast of service I’ve gotten 3 times in a row, the first time I went in on a Saturday they got my trailer tires installed with no appointment, they understood I needed the trailer for work Monday morning. I highly recommend

I’ve been taking my vehicle here since I moved to Hillsboro. The front end of my car needed work badly. I took it in for an oil change and they said they would check it out and give me a quote for the front end. Not only did they not give me a quote after asking twice, muitple phone calls and an in person conversation. They never once said they don’t not have a mechanic to fix it. If it wasn’t for the attitude I received to see why they didn’t return my call and to get it fixed, I would have stayed a loyal customer.

Great service, Jose did a great job promptly servicing my car. Steve the manager, got me right in for the service without an appointment. Fluids were topped off and it was really quick.

These guys are fantastic. I brought my car in short notice to get a flat tire replaced. Instead they patched the flat tire and didn't even charge me anything for it. It all took less than an hour too. Like I said this lot are wonderful - nice guys - great to deal with. I would recommend without reservations.

Awesome customer service! I had a bolt in my tire, called these guys and they got me in 20 min later and charged me 14$ less than what they quoted me. I’ll definitely be returning. 🙂

I would not recommend this shop,they do decent work at best. I brought in my 2018 Cadillac Escalade for suspension work/alignment and got overcharged for labor and they left my interior extremely dirty, doesnt seem very professional considering the amount of money i paid them. On top of that, the guy I spoke to told me my truck would be ready by 4:00PM, it was not ready until 5:30PM. Overall not the best experience, might as well have this type of work done by certified technicians at the GM dealership.

This shop has a wonderful staff! I had a great chat with Mr Rolfe today. They worked very efficiently and were respectful of my tight schedule. In my career I've worked closely with hundreds of shops and would absolutely say this is one of the good ones. If you prefer the feeling of a smaller Ma & Pa owned business, I would recommend Gill's to you. By no means are they a small shop (they're a franchise store) but they will definitely give you the assistance, knowledge, and attention that you wouldn't necessarily receive at a Firestone/Midas/Walmart. This location of Point-S is great at what they do. They are quick to diagnose the problem, tell you what it will cost, and getter done faster then any other service for cars. It was just 20 minutes on this last thing they worked on. In and out with very reasonable “K-Ching. Thank you Point-S.
