Well I think everyone at the dealership is aware of the issues Daphne Pierce is the only one that knew what was going on. She is outstanding. The following is a list of issues. 1, Two weeks for a RF HUB 2. Battery was said to be bad but tested good still starting the truck tried to sell me a new one. 3. Took issue up with Stellantis and she setup appointment at another dealer third brake light is leaking water coming in cab. 4. Stellantis is refunding my money spent at Gillman. 5. Was in the parking lot when I gave service writer the okay to change the battery just to get my truck back and was watching them start my truck using both keys why is that a bold lie it needed battery. 6, Spent four hours at dealer getting them to work on it. 7. Was told it would be ready Friday by close of day and it was not until next day close of the day. So yes I did give three stars should have been one but it went to three cause of Daphne. Sure was not the service writer. Truck has a plastic bag over back light so water does not get in it until light comes in that Stellantis is paying for.

The repair period for my vehicle was first stated as 1 week, then it was stated as 4 weeks. Since my vehicle was under warranty, I requested a vehicle to be provided, but it was not provided for 10 days. Then, as a result of my insistence, the vehicle provided had an electrical fault. The customer representatives are not humane at all. They did not treat me well. I will definitely not even pass by them again.

Would not recommend! I brought my Jeep here because the steering was shaking at high speeds. I scheduled an appointment and was told the inspection would take 2-3 days. I dropped my vehicle off on a Tuesday, and it sat there for two days without being inspected. On Thursday, something came up and I needed my vehicle back for the weekend. I figured this would not be a problem since it hadn’t been inspected. My Jeep has GPS tracking, and I know it had not moved since I dropped it off. I spoke with Anthony, explained the situation, and he said I’d need to pay the inspection fee because they’d already diagnosed the issue. He told me I needed a steering damper and front shocks replaced. However, Anthony and his manager claimed my front shocks wouldn’t be covered under warranty, even though they were replaced by them in December 2023. This didn’t make sense, especially since I barely drive the vehicle and haven’t had issues with the shocks. It felt like they just made up an excuse to charge me an inspection fee without actually inspecting the vehicle. They never drove the vehicle to test or determine the issue. To top it off, I took my Jeep to another shop, and their inspection found a completely different issue. Don’t go here, they are only interested in ripping people off!

Anywhere I have gotten service done is about an hour I mean from Mercedes, Toyota, gmc, Cadillac. Bought the jeep for its first oil change because I bought it here, waited for almost 2 hours before seeing the jeep still parked outside. I asked what’s going on, their answer was it’s 3-4 hours. I said when you know someone is waiting, wouldn’t it make sense to let them know if your service center takes a lot longer than other places ? Took the jeep to Autonation Katy and was out of there in an hour 15 min . Will never go back there, was first and last time.

Kudos to Nico for doing such a fabulous job of communicating with me while my Jeep Grand Cherokee was in the shop! He answered all my questions and sent me videos of my car being inspected for issues. He even made sure my Jeep was washed when I picked it up! Gillman will always have my business!!!

I took my jeep into the dealership for service on my hybrid battery which had a recall. When I picked up my Jeep back my battery was only 46% charged, It should’ve been on 100%. I didn’t receive timely communication when my Jeep was ready to be picked up so it sat there an extra day. The service advisor made comments after I mentioned it to him that maybe my voicemail was full, which is an inaccurate statement. Once I picked my jeep up, it had a Styrofoam cup in the cupholder, I guess from the technician, who knows but I was definitely turned off. I typically receive great service from Gillman Jeep and this was not a way to start my year off.

They conducted a thorough inspection of my vehicle and suggested some services without any pressure to buy. I also appreciated the timely updates sent via text. The staff was nice, however after receiving my oil change on Saturday, I noticed today (Tuesday) they didn’t replace the mileage sticker so guess who has to go back to the dealership. Additionally, they didn’t vacuum the inside of my car which I’m used to having done after my oil change at the location near memorial…but maybe it’s not their policy. After returning to pick up my car, my check engine light was on…it wasn’t on when I dropped it off and seeing that this was my first time visiting this location, it was concerning. Since then, I’ve been having warning lights come on, but they said it’s related to my battery so. All in all, I would have at least liked to have the car vacuumed and sticker replaced so am rating a 3. Thanks!

Very pleased with my service experience with Gillman Jeep/Dodge. Luckily I had an extended warranty and they double checked the parts were covered as my Jeep GC needed motor mounts and a new display (the existing one cracked from the inside!). Jonathan Cristobal and Nick in Finance were very helpful in getting everything straight with the warranty, and getting my vehicle repaired in a timely manner. Thank you for the excellent service.
