After a disappointing service in another workshop, I looked up workshop recommendations in forums. From all the possible options, I requested a quote with an explanation of my issue, and GIBBS talked me back with a precise quote and prior tests to see if it was worth fixing the problem I had in mind. The process was clearly explained and the fix worked. The final cost of the service was lower than expected. I will continue bringing my car to them, highly recommended

Gibbs has done extensive work on my 2004 Tahoe with 300k miles. All the fluid leaks have been addressed and the suv is reliable again. Now the neighbors can't complain about the driveway stains. The Tahoe is again a dependable off-roader.

Brought my truck in due to my engine going bad. George got my new motor and was very upfront with the timeframe and what was needed and why. Truck was back on the road quickly, even got washed. Mike was very thorough in explaining the warranty process of the motor and the parts that were installed. Glad they were recommended to me.

Mike kept me informed every step of repair. He let me know when they found additional parts that needed replaced, and kept the parts to show me. When the final repair was going past closing time on Friday and they are closed on Saturday he stayed so I could get it back , as it is my only transportation. I trust them implicitly!

Many Thanks to George!! I had called the shop a day prior & explained what my car was doing when it stopped working while I was driving. The following day, thanks to the tow truck company, I didn't get there until mid to late afternoon. Despite how busy they were somehow they managed to fit me in. From the initial phone inquiry, until my car was ready, there was the feeling of take care of the customer. Never once did I feel pressured into anything, upsold on any of the work performed, & there were no hidden fees. My sincere thanks to George & crew at Gibbs automotive service!! & I'll see you down the road.

My first appointment. Everyone I interacted with was very pleasant, professional and helpful. They were very thorough explaining potential future issues with suggestions and pricing(which was very reasonable). I was very impressed. Going to have them do the recommended service.

I dealt with George. Had a control rod snap on me. I needed a tow. I called them up and needed a tow and work done. I told George.. “let’s just get all the important things that need to be fixed, fixed.” It took a week but for what I asked them to do, was reasonable. The tow was like 100 bucks since it was a recommended service with them. They put that on the invoice so I didn’t have to pay for the tow right then. Had them change all the fluids/brakes/filters/ serpentine belts/ oil/control arm and a few other things. George was very professional and wasn’t upselling me.. but he told me things I needed to do soon. He was always there for my calls. Transparency is key. I know enough about cars to know he was straightforward. I won’t go anywhere else. Hope you see this, George. Shout out to josh and rich as well, who did the repairs. The let me know the warranties and the front desk was super nice and asked my daughter about her Halloween. There is definitely a reason they have such good reviews. —2015 Nissan Altima.

I would give 6 stars if I could! I was passing through town and they managed to exceed my expectations. Very fair prices! They didn't even charge me for a simple service. The highlight is the friendly service from the receptionist. I believe her name was Mikayla. Very kind!

They went way above and beyond after the dealership's negligence, did exactly what they said for exactly the price they quoted, have customer service so good that it's almost unbelievable, and have done flawless work. They also have, by light years, the best warranty I've ever even heard of from a shop. The location is nowhere near where I live or work and is not open weekends, yet they are now my go-to repair shop for everything from a simple oil change to any major work. It is worth making the time to come to these guys.

Gibbs was great from start to finish! They were friendly, listened to my concerns, and offered options. This was for an older pickup that I am planning on selling. But now I may switch to them for my primary vehicle as well, since the dealer is hard to work with lately. Thank you Gibbs!!

I went to Gibbs for years until this happened.. they quoted me at over $1000 to replace the clock spring in my Prius so that I could have a working horn again. When I told them I couldn’t afford it, they wanted to charge me $70 to tell me my clock spring needed replaced, which I already knew. They’ve never charged for diagnostics before and failed to tell me that up front that they would now be charging for diagnostics. When I explained this to the girl, she rolled her eyes, tore up the paper, and threw it in the trash. Rude. But WAIT! Here’s the best part… I ordered a used factory part online for $150, finished the job in under an hour, AND I now have a working horn. Brand new the part is $600 which means they wanted to charge me $400 for 45 minutes of labor. Criminal. If you’re a “dumb blonde woman” this place will try to take advantage of you. Look out!

Had to drop the car off the night before. They squeezed us in the next day and worked on it. They explain the problem very well and have very reasonable rates. They always make sure you have a ride. I would highly recommend them to anyone with car problems. They know their jobs.

I had a phenomenal experience with Gibbs! I called around 1pm, had my car towed to them because it had no power. They called within a couple of hours and had it up and running! I was blown away at how quickly they got things together for me. Absolutely went above and beyond. I will be bringing my car back for all automotive needs and will recommend to everyone I know. Thank you for the superior customer service and attention to detail to the whole crew and for picking me up to get the car back. Y’all are amazing!

Wonderful customer service- from making the appointment to picking up our car after work was completed. We needed our brakes replaced and they did an excellent job. We will definitely be returning for any future repairs we may need.

If I could give 10 stars I would. Gibbs repaired my SUV and I was about to chuck it! The cost was amazingly lower than I expected. The young woman at the counter and on the phone was knowledgeable and so sweet. Thank you! With a place like Gibbs around, don't chuck those fixable vehicles.
