The shop owner Gerry represents honest highly skilled auto work for a good price. Dropped off my Ram pickup for an oil change, get the power side steps repaired and to look at an horrible exhaust leak while I was leaving out of town for a few days. I provided the electric motors to the mechanic for the power steps but an additional part was needed, Gerry was able to quickly get it and the power steps work perfectly now just like new. With the exhaust leak the mechanic confirmed, I had the dreaded passenger side cracked engine exhaust manifold. The RAM dealer told me 4 months to get parts..... Gerry found a replacement manifold in a few hours and had it installed on the engine!!!!! I was so happy when I got a call from Gerry saying my truck was completely finished, when I returned from the business trip my truck would be waiting out front.... heck they even washed it too. Wow, Excellent service done by Gerry and his highly skilled auto mechanics. Thank you so very much for getting my truck back to working and sounding like new again, I appreciate it so very much - Mike from White Lake.

Garry wanted me to pay $100 more for a battery than the garage down the street charged. When I wouldn't pay $400 more than his competition to repair the engine cooler water unit, he told me never to come back. I like that solution. He won't get my business if he is not competitive. He wanted me to pay $900 instead of the $350 that competitor charged for the engine coolant unit. He preys on the elderly! Garry avoids giving written estimates that could be used to show his predatory actions.

Be warned, these are mechanics that prey on those who don’t have knowledge on cars The people are nice and try to give good advice, but they are businessmen over mechanics, they seem to care more about money than fixing the issue at hand easy as possible. I took a car in to have two nuts and bolts replaced, a very simple job to drill them out or use a torch on them, and their only suggestion and solution was to cut off the whole flange and replace a section of the exhaust, with a price tag of $180. Took it down the road to a different shop and had the hardware on the exhaust replaced for under half the price they asked

Brought my car in for brakes, they were efficient with the work and clear with me on their test drive findings and how they wanted to proceed if I gave them a green light. Will return with problems I cant fix myself!

Horrible place. They took advantage of a young kid and charged him $230 for a $67 part, all day anywhere else. Told me " I can regular price, but labor would be more" what? Don't go here. They are scamming people

I only brought in our company vehicles thus far. I gave 5 stars because Gerry sets the best example. Love the cleanliness, the hospitality and the part where he works just as hard even as the owner... Really super amazing!

I pulled into this place out of need for a tire very low on air. They quickly helped fill it, checked my other 3 tires and were kind and friendly. They didn’t even charge me. So, I got treated super well not even being a customer!

CAUSED MORE REPAIRS THAN THEY FIXED!!! Brought in my vehicle to have the alternator repaired. Apparently a mounting bolt broke sometime on Friday. I didn't find out until I drove to pick up the car (which wasn't ready). Then I received a call that they would not be able to repair it but had contacted a repair shop that could. They didn't have it towed to the new repair shop or pay for the cost of the damage they caused (or even a percentage of the cost to repair the damage they caused). STAY AWAY!!!!

The best local repair shop. Definitely the most honest I've ever found. You can have 100% trust in them. They've really helped me out a jam where a Dealership has failed me. Great mechanics

These guys took care of the wheel bearing and axle on my work truck. Gerry was very professional and quick about everything. Mike helps out a lot and was consistently professional and helpful. I also met one of their guys named Carlos who never let me run out of bottled water for my own personal enjoyment. All together this team got me in and out of their shop in less than a full day and the cost was reasonable and what I expected. Highly recommended.

Tried to gouge on a battery and installation. Wanted 325 for an in shop battery and installation. Was able to get it done at advance auto parts with a diehard gold battery for about 233 out the door with free installation and 3 year warranty. Can't speak on their Craftsmanship here, but their quotes are definitely more in favor of themselves and not the customer from my experience.

We've used Gerry's Auto for years for all 4 of our cars. Recommended by a friebd. They've always done great work in a timely fashion at decent prices. Honest and friendly. Even our young adult sons feel comfortable dealing with them.
