After calling several shops in the area... I finally found the shop that had an amazing staff, same day appointment, washed my car and was a fair price. Now I have a place to take my car here in Vegas.

my car broke down in las vegas and was towed to this auto repair shop. the mechanic sort of ran diagnostics and said that the throttle valve and the entire def system needed to be replaced, naming the repair cost at $12,000. of course, i didn't agree to this and the next day i picked up the car with a trailer and delivered it to my home. after diagnostics it turned out that one of the chains had broken. very bad experience when visiting, they tried to sell services that wouldn't help in any way, the diagnostics were disgusting, they didn't even lift the car onto a lift to inspect it. i can only say thank you for helping me load the car onto the trailer

German Motors is the only shop I've trusted with my '86 BMW 535i and my '12 VW Passat. I used to bring my BMW to them, back in 2011-2012, and they always did great work. Brought them my VW this month, and was pleased to find out that they're still as professional, honest, and reliable as they were over a decade ago. Dave is just outstanding! I'd recommend this shop to anyone with a German vehicle in need of maintenance or repairs.

Don’t even bother looking at the 1 star reviews they are all lies and over exaggerated. I read reviews religiously before I make a decision on where to take something as important as my car, and these guys were nothing but efficient, fair, informative and kind. Non-biased, don’t know any of these people, got recommended by a friend because I had a really bad coolant leak and they took care of me in a span of 3 days total and extremely fair priced!! Fernando was great and super helpful. If you’re looking for a place to take your car because the dealership is charging you way too much, look no further and give these guys a chance.

Josh and his team are five star service. They are efficient and professional and communicate well. German cars are never easy or cheap to fix and they 100% gave me a fair price. I highly recommend German motors. Another 5 star review from me. Fernando and his team were amazing to work with. Communication on point and honesty. German Motors has done an excellent job with my various repairs. The service advisors and technicians are very responsive and will talk at length over the phone about every detail of your vehicle and the various options you have. Highly recommend if you are looking for a Euro focused shop.

German Motors has excellent customer service. Moshe has been my service advisor. He has been very accommodating and straight forward which is appreciated. The first time I reached out to them was regarding an aftermarket exhaust. They were honest and directed me to a specialist exhaust shop. The second time they checked out my car for a coolant leak, washed my car and I can't even recall if they charged me. The third time I got preventative maintenance done and even worked with me on a small discrepancy. I have an M340i and I've had a pleasant experience at this shop. I recommend it.

Had an issue and was able to get in the same day, was picking up my car the next day with repairs complete. Dave and Fernando were both great service advisors! Dave even stayed late for me when I was running behind picking up my car. I will definitely be returning when I need service or repairs in the future.

It's never pleasant having your vehicle at the repair shop. Especially if the problem has not been specifically identified. However, it's pretty seamless with "German Motors". They are efficient, good communicators, professional, and don't give you the 'hard sell' on getting some work done that you probably don't need. On top of that, I feel that their pricing is fair!!

BE CAREFUL - They are so nice, until you catch them lying. Then, they blame everything on you... 5x the quote of time and money is a huge deal, but being talked down too when you have proof is where I draw the line. Elsewhere is likely a better option!

Techs are good, office and owner are another story. Was basically called a liar, and when I showed call logs proving it, owner was rude and asked why I agreed to pay instead of taking it somewhere else. They charged me things they didn't do (drain and drop gas tank, when they simply lifting up back seat) gagues that were fine at drop off were then broken, likely or at least POSSIBLY due to not disconnecting battery before working on the fuel pump. Basic first step, as seen in all tutorials online, and they "never do that" according to owner Doush. Bottom line, quoted $600 and a couple of days, and ended up over $3000 and almost 8 weeks for about $200 worth of parts and maybe 4 hours of work total. Biggest complaint isn't the high cost, it's the way I was talked down too, misquoted, lied to, and unreal delays and lack of communication, which they will lie about and blame on you regardless if you have proof or not... and that will cost YOU. But hey, it's a nice building. Good techs. Good luck! (Somewhere else)

German Motors is awesome! Fernando was understanding, and listened to my request. I explained that I had driven from Alaska and my primary concern was the A/C. Anything else was incidental at this point. It was like driving around in an oven with ambient temperatures well above 100 F. He said no promises but we can probably have an answer within an hour. I was there at 0800 the next morning. By 1 pm my A/C was working great, the tires were rotated and balanced, the oil/filter was changed, and a couple ram air parts were replaced. I found these folks only after Frank’s Automotive did nothing but disappoint. Thank you German Motors!

Service writer Dave was great to talk to. He was very understanding of my concerns and took time to make sure everything was good. Which I really appreciate. I've been looking for a trusted place in Vegas to service my BMW. Looks like this will be my place after several others.
