Needed a hydraulic lift for my E350. Had one side replaced 4 years ago, ($800) needed the other side done now ($800). Brought the car in, picked it up 2 days later with everything working. They charge accordingly, but the work they do is perfect. Would recommend them to anyone with a German car. Also, very friendly staff.

Came in for an oil change and they created a manufactured sense of urgency to replace my front brakes. I was told that I have metal to metal and to replace pads and rotors ASAP and this was Not supported by 2 other inspections I did afterwards, where I was told I still have 1/4 inch on pads left and did not need rotors replaced. So the cost of $1026 with estimate here vs. $244 at a dealer with factory parts was substantially different. I am very disappointed and surprised that the “urgency” of the issue was driven by overselling. I came to establish a relationship, because the reviews seemed to be good. Glad I sought out other opinions! Ps: I called to discuss this with the owner Ron prior to posting here and was dismissed. However, only after I posted this review, there an effort made here to address the issue. FYI, my car had been fully inspected on a lift by both shops and the dealer Ferman of Tampa definitely used genuine OEM parts in this repair.

I was looking to find an alternative to the Mercedes dealership for my 2014 E350 and I believe I found a better alternative. There prices are more than reasonable. They let you know what you may need in the future and the cost of those services and they don't high pressure you to have them done "today". I am very happy I found German cars of Sarasota and would highly recommend them to anyone with a Mercedes, BMW or Cooper.
