Just got my BMW x3 serviced here , they were very thorough with their inspection and also letting me know what’s wrong with the car , I came in already knowing some of the problems , but was great to know they also see those problems and also others , they were able to walk me through the steps to getting it fixed , , they also have a great response with emails sending you a link , where you can check the progress of the maintenance, and I thought that was cool , and also if they need to add more things , in that link you can approve or decline the changes , was super cool and easy , definitely going to be coming back here ! Reasonable price as well! For all the work that got done . I’m just happy to get my car working perfectly again 💪🏽

Came in to Auto Master with a busted tail light and window and Jorge sourced parts and got my Audi turned around in a day. He got me a fix quicker than the dealership could and charged a fair price. Not common to find this kind of service these days so I’ll definitely be coming back!

Hello my name is Nancy and I would never recommend this shop they are very expensive I went to go and fix a malfunction in my car and they end up telling me about other problems I had for my car to find out they never fixed anything and they kept messing with my car for me to come back I came with my car working and ever since I let them touch my car I'm bringing it back with tows I been there 5 times already andy car is still not fixed I will be going to small claims court to gety money back

I don't really think i could say enough good things about this place. The recent storms got water into the headlight of my bmw 535d. If sny of you have been in this hell you know how insanely expensive replacing the headlight is. I talked to pretty much every shop in town and fid insane research. These guys probably saved me $2k! Snd they did an awesome service on the car. I now have my new mechanic. I'm not taking my beemer anywhere else!

I just called this shop and Jorge (the owner) gave me a great pricing rate to get my front brakes fixed. I must say this is a better rate than the other auto company i called prior to calling Jorge. Let’s just say I’m saving $300 when I schedule an appointment with his business.

Jorge, the owner, is an awesome guy. This is my go to place for all my car needs because they go above and beyond and the prices are very reasonable. I brought in my BMW 328i with electrical issues, which the BMW agency was not able to diagnose let alone fix. Jorge and team ran their diagnostics, tried to re-use/refurbish the damaged part in an attempt to save me money. That speaks a lot about their honesty and ethics! All the while they had my car, waiting for the parts, they kept it covered, and even gave me a loaner!!! Did I say they go above and beyond?! Lastly, they kept me informed all throughout the process and finally my car was fixed in a very timely manner. Now they're working on my wife's A3. I'm very glad to have found them.

I paid Jorge $1,600 to fix my ignition. It kept locking. On three occasions I had to take it back to him, because it continued to lock up. The day I paid him, his receptionist showed me what I should do to the ignition to get it to turn. I asked her how come I just can't put the key in and turn the ignition. She explained a needed part was coming and I should bring my car back in. The same day the ignition locked up and I had to have my car towed back to their shop. Days later I contacted Jorge to see if the repairs were completed. They weren't and I told him that I was coming to retrieve my car. When I got to his shop, he had a van blocking my car and would not move it although he was paid in full. The tow truck I called had to leave because he refused to move the van. I then called the police. While I waited for them he taunted me for about twenty minutes, then decided to release my car. I had to call a second tow truck. I had my car towed to Mercedes Benz dealership. My car was repaired within days. I took Jorge to court and won. He didn't show up. He has not paid. I am taking him to court on January 24,2022. If he doesn't show up, I then must subpoena his financial information. DO NOT USE THIS SHOP!

Very nice owner and family, just not happy with the service I received for my sprinter. Had to bring my van back multiple times to fix the same problem. It’s like they just don’t double check anything. That being said all the repairs were completed at the end for the original price agreed upon. Like I said, nice owner but if you value your time and can not afford to keep bringing your van back here for them to fix it again and again then I’d go somewhere else if I were you

Found Jorge in May when my husband’s car needed some diagnostics and radiator work. He’s straightforward, pricing was aligned with estimate, and made us really impressed with the overall service. Returned when we had another issue recently. No-nonsense, got it in, work was handled, car was ready faster than we expected. We are typically customers who like to find a good shop and stick with them. Jorge + team will be “our shop” going forward (we recently moved to the area) and we’ll definitely be referring him to friends and neighbors! Thanks again, Jorge!

Extremely expensive! Better if you fix it with the dealer since they’re more expensive than dealer estimate! Also make sure to take an agreement before you start repair if you decide to repair your car there since they add up so much repair cost afterwards and you literally stuck have no options.

TL;DR If ‘honest mechanic = unicorn’ you’ll find one such unicorn at GAM, and he goes by the name of Jorge! Jorge worked on my 2004 BMW 325i twice, the first time it was a radiator / coolant leak, and he was able to resolve all the issues in less than the quoted amount in the estimate. The second time around, I gave him my car for a regular service and a few hours after I drove the car off, my car then broke down on the freeway. Note that my car is about 17 years old with about 150K miles and I am the second owner. Also note, this was running a previously used transmission that I had got installed somewhere else, when the original transmission went out on me at 110K miles. I was certain that my transmission and car were at end of life, and had the car towed to GAM. Jorge was nice enough to take it and have a second look and offered me his car as a loaner for several days. He then went on to find another used transmission, swapped it out and charged me a very reasonable ‘labor’ fee. Thereby, reviving my car so it is not total junk and saving me the trouble of having to buy a new car without being under pressure. (I owe you bigtime Jorge) It is not often that you find principled people who are willing to pride their reputation and workmanship over the tempting allure of making a quick buck. So, when you do, support these kinds of people and also support local businesses who have come up the hard way and are going through rough times in this very challenging pandemic year!
