Got all my questions asked and answered from both Chris and Amber. I even took into some of their lunch time which I apologize for but they were more than willing and very helpful! A great chemistry and balance between those two and I am really glad I stopped in.

Personally, I believe this place should be removed from the list of insurance-recommended repair shops. I had a very negative experience, as my vehicle was returned with a more serious issues than when I initially brought it in. The company seems to be more focused on avoiding accountability rather than ensuring proper repairs or arrangements are made. I cannot recommend them and would caution others to consider other options for repairs.

STAY AWAY!!! They worked on my vehicle and it was not very pleasant process... Actually ended up paying way more to another shop to actually fix the repairs out of my own pocket since they tried to say some major issues were nothing of concern. The only contact I had after was me calling and questioning them and things I noticed were wrong upon pick up for them to not have the customers best interest at all. Todd pretty much told me their company is in his best interest and they will look out for themselves even if they don't do the repairs properly and mess up you vehicle. Good luck to anyone who goes here 0/10 would not recommend

Great place!!! Had a deer strike in northern Manitoba Canada in June. Luckily she was drivable and I was able to get home. (“Deer strike” because the deer chose to hit me…. lol) This is our second time using the shop and we will continue to do so! They have earned our business. They were able to get her back to her original condition. (17 Ram Rebel) Thank you Chris for your hard work and getting my truck back on the road.

They did a good job on my bodywork, but whoever put the inside of my truck together should’ve washed their hands before they started. I shouldn’t have to clean the grimy handprints off of my headliner and my visors. They also scratched the plastic on the passenger side of the windshield. What could have been an excellent job in a five star review was messed up because of sloppy assembly work

Awesome customer service, quality repair work, and reasonable fair price. The people are all super nice, easy to work with, and very fast with the repair. Their communication was great with updates. I asked neighbor who recommended this place from her insurance company, and I highly recommend Gerber Collision! This place is great, five stars. Our vehicle looks brand new, very happy with their services.

Amazing customer service and great communication! The time frame on my car was spot on and they took very good care of it! Highly recommend and I hope I don’t have to but if I ever needed to use them again they would be top choice!

Chris and Amber are absolutely AMAZING! They took our financial needs into consideration and made the best plan for us to get our car fixed AND it not cost tons of money. They communicated every step of the way and while I *HOPE* we don't have to use them again, I know that we probably will and I will use them in the future without any hesitation. I cannot say enough good things about how great they were to work with.

Called for a quote on windshield repair. The call goes to a call center in Illinois 😳 The call was cut off and after a second attempt I'm being told Gerber Collision and GLASS does not do glass repairs..... Why is it called 'Collions and Glass' then?

Gerber is the best. They go over and beyond. Their work is excellent. The customer service is excellent. I think they are some of the best to ever do body work.

I am writing to warm customers. Service was aweful, associates are disrespectful, and they don't follow up or call when they say they will. They also did a poor job on the repairs. They came highly recommended by our insurance company & were paid in full even thought 1/2 of the repaires were not complete after a year. We had to consistantly follow up. It was a very stressful experiance Go somewhere else! Noone called to follow up, even after the review.

Very disappointed in this business. Went to the Andover KS office and was told my car would be sent to the Wichita east side location. Repeatedly told they would call me to schedule. Told my insurance company they would call. 2 weeks after the estimate, they still have not scheduled. Now their Andover branch is closed. Obviously they do not want my business, they closed their office to avoid me LOL.

Amber at the front was awesome as well. She helped me get the rental and return it. She just went above an beyond. Best experience EVER!!!

I’ve always taken my car there before it was gerber never an issue this time it was brought out very dirty to hide the discrepancy in repairs whatever they used in the repaint side left residue on multiple spots and the fumes ruined my window visors will not return after that hope I can get the residue off myself because I won’t let them do it again but the customer service was good I can give them that

The woman who assessed my car misses several things that were damaged. I tooky car to a person in Harper Kansas who pointed out several details this woman missed. She was also unfriendly and said she had 10 years of experience. The man I took it to has over 40 years of experience.

I took my car here after an accident. My car had to get the suspension, fender, headlight and some paint repaired. I got a quick virtual estimate. When I called to get my car scheduled the team was SO friendly and helpful on the phone. Both Amber and Chris were always great to communicate with me and give weekly updates on the progress of my car. Chris helped me find the best deal for a tow company and he went out of his way to get me the best prices with parts. There were a few times that we had some miscommunication but they were quick to resolve this issue! My car is back up and running in a timely manner and I cannot be more pleased with the work the Gerber team did. Thank you :)

Wow, I cannot say enough wonderful things about this business. Everybody that works here is extremely helpful very kind and patient and I would definitely recommend them to anybody and use them again. Milo, Amber , Todd, Maria, Shannon and honestly the entire staff here at the business is wonderful, helpful kind, considerate, efficient, honest, and I will never take my cars. Anybody else for long as I live. Their customer service is excellent and I will be back for future business and I will be sending in feature business at my phone. In the chance that you do need the services this place offers I would totally recommend you give them a try because it is absolutely worth it. You will have a wonderful experience and you will leave the smile.
