I have used Gerber twice now. The first time it was wonderful and the Derby branch was great about keeping us informed on the progress of our repairs. The second time we went back to Derby but they suggested letting the west location do the repairs and the repairs were top notch but little to no communication and our car sat there for weeks. They blamed the insurance company and the insurance company blamed them, I should have been informed. That's why they only get 4 stars.

Took my car for an estimate the front desk couldn’t find my paperwork sent through email from my insurance yesterday, come to find out they didn’t didn’t open the email left unopen and thats why they could find my information took me 10 min to call the insurance person who sent my information way ahead to avoid this situation. Once they located my information the lady was trying to justify why she couldn’t see the email, , but another worker who has no reason to get involved in our conversation bud in and she was rude her name is Payton. As this situation is stressful she didn’t make it better she needs to work on her customers service skills. She must not like her job…I won’t take my car there for service!!

It’s been 3 weeks and I’m still waiting on a call from the manager. It was an awful experience. There are plenty of collision repair shops in Wichita. Do not choose this one.

I regret choosing this place I put a dent in the bed of my truck took it to these people. They informed me that it’s gonna cost over five grand. To fix turned it into my insurance, took it to them on Monday. They had my bed. My truck tore apart by Tuesday. Got a phone call from State Farm on Friday saying they were totaling my truck was in shock for sure from a dent anyhow when I went to buy my truck back, it was at Insurance auction my insurance inform me it was put back together and for me to go pick it up when I did it was not put back together in fact, the side of my bed, my bumper tailgate was all laying in the back of my truck. They had cut into the quarter panel they said to check on more damage so therefore they couldn’t put it back together like I took it to them. They had already ruined my truck now , they refuse to fix it The insurance auction brought my truck out on a forklift so therefore, they messed up the frame underneath so needless to say for me to take my truck to their shop for a dent in the bed now I have a truck that is non-drivable, therefore think twice before you take it to these people, they are not an honest, honest business, and I regret driving onto their parking lot The only reason they have a one star is because I could not put in this review without putting in a star or they wouldn’t even have one another thing I want to add is they just kept telling me the big boss was out of town and as soon as he gets back in town, I would be getting a phone call. This all started at the end of April. Still haven’t received a phone call. And that’s been going on since last Friday and here it is the next week on Thursday go figure and you wonder why people realize they’re being scammed from body shops and insurance companies. They are working together to screw us. Sad but true.

It’s a complete scam!!!! We have pictures and documents! Do not go here! They personally totaled our vehicle when it was supposed to be fixed! Go elsewhere! We have all proof!!!!! They keep saying the big boss is out of town and is still out of town. We still have not received a phone call from them and the body shop and the insurance company are working together it’s all a scam. We also recorded everything they said and they couldn’t keep their story straight! They got mad when asked to get the signed documents. Be very aware of this place! They don’t care about their customers! They only collect the money.

Do not use the Hoover rd location. Made appt for March 11th they told me they would have vehicle for 2 to 3 weeks for just a bumper replacement because lack of staff and other excuses. Called before my appt and they didn't even have me scheduled. Thank goodness they didn't have me scheduled as i went to location on Ridge rd and they were amazing.

DO NOT trust Gerber Collision and Glass with your repairs. They will half way, fix it and then tell you this is what it look like before the accident. Then tell you, I'm we're happy to fix it for you, but you're gonna have to pay out of your pocket because the damage isn't related to the collision. My car had no damage before this collision, the bumper sat perfectly proper before the collision. His response, " I know that's what you think". Gerber handled my repairs after I was rear-ended. I knew the repairs would take a few weeks because of how extensive they were, but I honestly expected to be out of my car a week or so longer than I was. Part of the damage included a bent screw on my license plate that I couldn't get off, and they even fixed that and mounted my plate for me! It made the whole experience just that much easier. If I have one gripe, it's that I was supposed to get text updates on my car on Tuesdays and Thursdays but never did. They had the right number but the system just didn't work. However, they were responsive when I called for updates and apologized for the texts not coming through. All-in-all, a very minor annoyance in what could have been a much bigger hassle than it was. The car looks great, and I'm happy to have my baby back.

Had vehicle repaired from very minor front end damage. They painted over my ceramic coating even after I told them it needed removed. Paint had orange peel, fish eye and particles within the paint. Service manager lied to me saying it was normal and also stated he installed the new ceramic coating which was a lie because they do not perform that service and your not supposed to do it until 60 days after the panel was painted. Took it to another body shop where they and the insurance confirmed they did a bad job and lied. They also broke brackets on my bumper and ruined a parking sensor. I highly recommend not using this business!

I literally can walk out into the street and see your building from my house, but yet you have no glass technicians in my area to install glass. How can that be. Your shop is 2 blocks away. Glass is in your name.

Good inspection overall to have a well noted quote. Although I would like to be precise on how brutally one of their ways are when you have side stepping rails on your vehicle and climb on. Not with care but with fun. Estimator climbed on railing and decided to jump up and down making my vehicle suspend his 300+ lbs .. be out there when they are inspecting your vehicle.. don't let him or them abuse of their "expertise" to have their way with your vehicle. I won't take my vehicle to this shop anymore nor who works and sacrifices their time inorder to purchase their vehicle with pride. Too bad I am not a person with his attitude or else me and him won't have a job to go to the next day.

Collision works has had my wife's car for over a month now because of a whole slew of reasons. Car was originally supposed to be ready Sept 28th then collision works pushed it out to Oct. 5th because of the wrong part coming in. Oct 5th our car is still not ready and then they push it back until Oct 15th (no reason given as to why the delay). 15th came and went, no call or text saying they are ready for us to come pick it up. Called this morning after they opened straight to voicemail. most unprofessional business I've had to work with and I'll be avoiding them as much as possible going forward.

Extremely frustrating and disappointing. I got into a wreck on 9/30 and had wait a good week before I had to call myself to hear any updates from them (I had gotten with them through my insurance company for estimates). I was given an estimate when I called and was told they were waiting on insurance to decide if it was repairable or not. I was fine with that and decided to give it more time. Fast forward to this Tuesday and found out they hadn’t submitted the information to insurance correctly (or at all possibly) and was told they’d refile with insurance and I’d hear by today. Today I still haven’t heard anything. Contacted insurance and found out the shop still has not submitted the information and doesn’t know when they will. So now I have no way of getting a check for my now totaled car from insurance, meaning I cannot get a new car even though insurance will no longer cover my rental after Monday next week. Also called corporate to see if there was anything that could be done to speed this up or get the information to insurance ASAP but had to leave a message as apparently NO ONE was available. So now I get to see if I’ll have a car or not to even get to work every day, or if I’ll have to churn out a bunch of money I do not have right now to rent until I’m able to pay off my old loan and get a new car. I try not to leave negative reviews over most things ever but this is just disappointing.

I am blown away with the quality, professionalism, and the speed of the repair. We hit a deer and took the car in on Friday for repair. Since they are a Geico repair shop it was a easy one stop for estimate and repair for me. We had another trip planned the following Friday and ask if it would be done by then. Ryan our service advisor said they would do their best to have it done by then. Ryan kept me informed of the progress all week and by Thursday, 6 days later, he called me and said it was done and in the detail booth. We picked it up at 5pm Thursday and left town at 3am Friday. That's less than 1 week! I could not believe how quickly they got the car back to us and it was detailed and carpet swept. I just want to send a huge Thanks to ALL the employees for completing the work quickly and expertly. Everyone at Collision works was very easy to work with and treated me like their only customer. I could go on and on but you can't go wrong with Collision Works. I will take all my future repairs to Collision Works. Thank you Collision Works Staff!!!

I needed a new window for my car so they took a picture of my Vin number and got all my info. They told me they would call. Over a month later I still haven't heard anything so I called them. I was on hold for 15 minutes before I hung up to find out what was up. I called back later in the day and get no explanation of what happened but was referred elsewhere. I would give 0 stars if I could. Don't waste your time. Go elsewhere.

I’ve used this place before and they do a great job, if you have any issues they take care of it with no attitude and they do it right away. This is my favorite body shop and I will continue to use them as I haven’t had great customer service like this in years. Thanks you for taking care of my 2015 Camry XSE, I know it was only minor touch up work but it’s much appreciated. Thank you for taking care of my clear bra as well.

Make sure to take pictures before you hand over the keys. Their favorite phrases are “that was already there” or “not our problem”. But at least they still got the insurance money!! Don’t be shy about getting an independent inspection after, if you do make the mistake of trusting them. You’ll likely be surprised at the results. I know we were.

The manager luke is the most disrespectful person I have ever met. Avoid this location at all costs! Work they did to my car, he wished it would break on me and I have a family I that I get to and from with this so this was very disrespectful on many levels. I hope no other customers go through anything like this with Collision Works manager Luke Gensen.

Went in to have a door panel replaced, and repainted. Took a week longer than expected, was told I could pick up on Wednesday, showed up and they said that no one had been working on my vehicle and that they'd call when it was finished. They never called me back I had to call them yet again I picked up my truck and the rear door sensor had been broken in the process and they told me to reschedule another appointment to fix. then that night both my turbos blew on me costing over 4 thousand dollars. my truck went in to them in great mechanical condition. needless to say I wouldn't trust them with another vehicle and customer service was non existent.

Witness some horrible customer service coming from the Store Leader, Luke. Approaches the customer huffing and puffing, slams the gentleman’s papers on the counter and even told the customer that he hopes that his motor falls out of his car, I couldn’t believe what I heard, so I just left. Definitely has a temper, not sure if the heat got to him but I wouldn’t trust him with my vehicle.
